本发明公开了一种醇酸绝缘漆的配方。本发明的醇酸绝缘漆的配方,以质量配比计,组成原料包括:豆油酸9‑13份、甘油8‑11份、邻苯二甲酸酐15‑18份、苯甲酸0.01‑0.05份、氨基树脂7‑12份、二甲苯38‑45份。本发明的醇酸绝缘漆漆膜坚硬但具有足够的韧性,漆膜平滑有光泽、具有良好的耐矿物油和电弧的特性,具有成膜性能好、快干的特点;在用于马达、电机、电路板以及涂覆线圈、漆包线、导线时,具有良好的涂覆性(即能均匀涂覆),漆膜附着力强,表面光滑柔软有韧性,有一定的耐磨性和弹性,电气性能好,耐热,耐溶性,对导体无腐蚀等特性,适合于导线在绕制线圈、嵌线等过程中经受的热、化学和多种机械力的作用,提高被涂覆产品的绝缘性能和抗氧化性能。

本发明涉及一种绝缘漆的配方,具体涉及一种醇酸绝缘漆的配方,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
绝缘漆是一种具有优良电绝缘性的涂料,绝缘漆是漆类中的一种特种漆,要求具有良好的电化性能、热性能、机械性能和化学性能。醇酸绝缘漆是以醇酸树脂为主要成膜物质的一种绝缘漆。现有的醇酸绝缘漆存在涂覆不均匀、附着力不足,表面过于坚硬,在应用于马达、电路板、线圈、漆包线等时,容易出现开裂、韧性差的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种专用于电机、马达、电路板、线圈、漆包线的醇酸绝缘漆。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种醇酸绝缘漆,其组成原料包括:豆油酸9-13份、甘油8-11份、邻苯二甲酸酐15-18份、苯甲酸0.01-0.05份、氨基树脂7-12份、二甲苯38-45份。
进一步的,所述组成原料还包括油酸4-5份。
进一步的,所述组成原料还包括顺酐0.1-1份。
进一步的,所述组成原料还包括丁醇1-3份;优选的,所述丁醇为正丁醇。
进一步的,所述组成还包括催化剂0.01-1份;所述催化剂可以是成膜剂、流平剂、催干剂中的一类或几类中的一种或几种产品,根据在制备过程根据所需醇酸绝缘漆产品的生产要求,有本领域技术人员通过市场购买途径获得。优选的,所述催化剂为CT 900Catalyst。同时,也可以根据生产需要加入颜料,生产带颜色的产品。
本发明的醇酸绝缘漆漆膜坚硬但具有足够的韧性,漆膜平滑有光泽、具有良好的耐矿物油和电弧的特性,具有成膜性能好、快干的特点;在用于马达、电机、电路板以及涂覆线圈、漆包线、导线时,具有良好的涂覆性(即能均匀涂覆),漆膜附着力强,表面光滑柔软有韧性,有一定的耐磨性和弹性,电气性能好,耐热,耐溶性,对导体无腐蚀等特性,适合于导线在绕制线圈、嵌线等过程中经受的热、化学和多种机械力的作用,提高被涂覆产品的绝缘性能和抗氧化性能。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1 采用以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的醇酸绝缘漆:豆油酸9份、甘油11份、邻苯二甲酸酐15份、苯甲酸0.04份、氨基树脂12份、二甲苯43份。
实施例2 采用以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的醇酸绝缘漆:豆油酸10份、甘油8份、邻苯二甲酸18份、苯甲酸0.02份、氨基树脂7份、二甲苯38份、油酸4-5份。
实施例3采用以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的醇酸绝缘漆:豆油酸13份、甘油9份、邻苯二甲酸酐18份、苯甲酸0.03份、氨基树脂10份、二甲苯42份、油酸5份、顺酐1份。
实施例4 采用以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的醇酸绝缘漆:豆油酸11份、甘油11份、邻苯二甲酸酐16份、苯甲酸0.02份、氨基树脂9份、二甲苯39份、油酸4份、顺酐1份、正丁醇2份。
实施例5 采用以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的醇酸绝缘漆:豆油酸10份、甘油10份、邻苯二甲酸酐17份、苯甲酸0.05份、氨基树脂8份、二甲苯40份、顺酐0.5份、正丁醇3份。
实施例6 采用以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的醇酸绝缘漆:豆油酸12份、甘油8份、邻苯二甲酸酐15份、苯甲酸0.01份、氨基树脂12份、二甲苯45份、油酸5份、顺酐0.1份、正丁醇3份、催化剂CT 900 Catalyst 1.01份、颜料1份。

1.一种醇酸绝缘漆的配方,其特征在于:以质量配比计,其组成原料包括:豆油酸9-13份、甘油8-11份、邻苯二甲酸酐15-18份、苯甲酸0.01-0.05份、氨基树脂7-12份、二甲苯38-45份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的醇酸绝缘漆的配方,其特征在于:所述组成还包括油酸4-5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的醇酸绝缘漆的配方,其特征在于:所述组成还包括顺酐0.1-1份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的醇酸绝缘漆的配方,其特征在于:所述组成还包括丁醇1-3份。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的醇酸绝缘漆的配方,其特征在于:所述组成还包括催化剂0.01-1份。
