Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐磨混纺面料的制备方法,属于服装面料领域。所述制备方法包括耐磨涂层液制备步骤;所述耐磨涂层液制备步骤为:按重量份,取20‑50份聚酯树脂、10‑30份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、5‑20份聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、1‑10份引发剂、1‑10份促进剂;将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、引发剂与促进剂加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液。本发明改进了现有耐磨涂层的配方,使其制备的耐磨混纺面料的耐磨性优于现有同类产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨混纺面料的制备方法,属于服装面料领域。
背景技术
斜纹布分为粗斜纹和细斜纹两种。粗斜纹布用32号以上(18英支以下)棉纱作经、纬纱;细斜纹布用18号以下(32英支以上)棉纱作经、纬纱。斜纹布有本白、漂白和杂色等种类,常用作制服、运动服、运动鞋的夹里、金刚砂布底布和衬垫料。宽幅漂白斜纹布可作被单,经印花加工后也可作床单。元色和杂色细斜纹布经电光或轧光整理后布面光亮,可作伞面和服装夹里。
尼龙可以混纺或纯纺成各种医疗及针织品。锦纶长丝多用于针织及丝绸工业,如织单丝袜、弹力丝袜等各种耐磨的锦纶袜、锦纶纱巾、蚊帐、锦纶花边、弹力锦纶外衣、各种锦纶绸或交织的丝绸品。锦纶短纤维大都用来与羊毛或其它化学纤维的毛型产品混纺,制成各种耐磨经穿的衣料。
棉涤指的是棉和涤纶纤维混纺的织物,是以棉为主要成份,涤棉混纺物是以棉为主要成份,采用65-67%棉和33-35%的棉混纺织成的纺织品,棉涤布俗称棉涤,与涤棉相反。其优点为:涤纶纤维是合成纤维中最主要的品种,学名为“聚酯纤维”。织物坚牢弹性好,是所有纤维中抗皱最好的,耐热耐光,并有较好的一次定型性能;其缺点为:对油污的亲和力比较强,容易吸附油污,而且穿着过程中易产生静电而吸附灰尘,难以洗涤,而且不能用高温熨烫和沸水浸泡,吸湿透气性能差,吸湿率为0.4%,易聚静电,吸灰法,需在高压下染色。
棉麻布是棉布含麻的成分,又称为棉麻交织布料。棉麻布呢有苎麻棉和亚麻棉等等。黄麻布粗狂、手感硬、毛羽多,不适合服装用料。采用织物后整理的手段,研发成功的棉和黄麻交织的布料。棉麻布经各种颜色的染色加工,具有丰富色彩。由于织物比较厚实,且黄麻纤维独特的高吸放湿特性,该织物特别适合劳动防护服装用料,可替代牛仔布,但价格比牛仔布低廉得多。
发明内容
本发明通过调整耐磨涂层的配方,使本发明制备的耐磨混纺面料耐磨强度优于现有的耐磨面料。
本发明提供了一种耐磨混纺面料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括耐磨涂层液制备步骤;
所述耐磨涂层液制备步骤为:
按重量份,取20-50份聚酯树脂、10-30份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、5-20份聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、1-10份引发剂、1-10份促进剂;
将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、引发剂与促进剂加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液。
本发明所述耐磨涂层液制备步骤优选为:
按重量份,取25-45份聚酯树脂、12-25份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、8-15份聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、1.5-8份引发剂、2-8份促进剂;
将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、引发剂与促进剂加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液。
本发明所述制备方法优选为包括基布层制备步骤;
所述基布层制备步骤为:
按重量份,取7-10份聚酯纤维、1-5份聚丙烯纤维;
将聚酯纤维与聚丙烯纤维混纺得到基布层。
本发明所述基布层制备步骤优选为:
按重量份,取8-10份聚酯纤维、1-3份聚丙烯纤维;
将聚酯纤维与聚丙烯纤维混纺得到基布层。
本发明所述制备方法优选为包括如下步骤:
将聚酯纤维与聚丙烯纤维混纺得到基布层;
将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、过氧化苯甲酰与N,N-二甲基苯胺加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液;
将耐磨涂层液均匀涂在基布层的外表面上,干燥,得到耐磨混纺面料。
本发明所述耐磨涂层的厚度优选为0.1-0.5mm。
本发明所述干燥的方法优选为:15-20℃冷风吹干。
本发明所述制备方法包括耐磨涂层液制备步骤;所述耐磨涂层液制备步骤为:按重量份,取20-50份聚酯树脂、10-30份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、5-20份聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、1-10份引发剂、1-10份促进剂;将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、引发剂与促进剂加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液。本发明改进了现有耐磨涂层的配方,使其制备的耐磨混纺面料的耐磨性优于现有同类产品,解决了现有面料耐磨性差的问题。

实施例1
一种耐磨混纺面料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
按重量份,取7份聚酯纤维、5份聚丙烯纤维;
将聚酯纤维与聚丙烯纤维混纺得到基布层;
按重量份,取50份聚酯树脂、10份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、6份聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、2份过氧化苯甲酰、1份N,N-二甲基苯胺;
将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、过氧化苯甲酰与N,N-二甲基苯胺加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液;
将耐磨涂层液均匀涂在基布层的外表面上,耐磨涂层的厚度为0.2mm,15℃冷风吹干,得到耐磨混纺面料。
实施例2
一种耐磨混纺面料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
按重量份,取8份聚酯纤维、3份聚丙烯纤维;
将聚酯纤维与聚丙烯纤维混纺得到基布层;
按重量份,取40份聚酯树脂、20份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、12份聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、2.5份过氧化苯甲酰、2份N,N-二甲基苯胺;
将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、过氧化苯甲酰与N,N-二甲基苯胺加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液;
将耐磨涂层液均匀涂在基布层的外表面上,耐磨涂层的厚度为0.15mm,15℃冷风吹干,得到耐磨混纺面料。
实施例3
一种耐磨混纺面料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
按重量份,取10份聚酯纤维、2份聚丙烯纤维;
将聚酯纤维与聚丙烯纤维混纺得到基布层;
按重量份,取30份聚酯树脂、25份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、15份聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、1.5份过氧化苯甲酰、2.5份N,N-二甲基苯胺;
将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、过氧化苯甲酰与N,N-二甲基苯胺加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液;
将耐磨涂层液均匀涂在基布层的外表面上,耐磨涂层的厚度为0.25mm,15℃冷风吹干,得到耐磨混纺面料。
测试例1
分别将实施例1-3制备的耐磨混纺面料采用织物平磨仪测试其耐磨损性能,重锤质量为395g,夹持器与磨台相对运动速度为50r/min,10min后测耐磨混纺面料的质量损失率,其结果见表1。

1.一种耐磨混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括耐磨涂层液制备步骤;
所述耐磨涂层液制备步骤为:
按重量份,取20-50份聚酯树脂、10-30份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、5-20份聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、1-10份引发剂、1-10份促进剂;
将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、引发剂与促进剂加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述耐磨涂层液制备步骤为:
按重量份,取25-45份聚酯树脂、12-25份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、8-15份聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、1.5-8份引发剂、2-8份促进剂;
将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、引发剂与促进剂加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括基布层制备步骤;
所述基布层制备步骤为:
按重量份,取7-10份聚酯纤维、1-5份聚丙烯纤维;
将聚酯纤维与聚丙烯纤维混纺得到基布层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基布层制备步骤为:
按重量份,取8-10份聚酯纤维、1-3份聚丙烯纤维;
将聚酯纤维与聚丙烯纤维混纺得到基布层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
将聚酯纤维与聚丙烯纤维混纺得到基布层;
将聚酯树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷、过氧化苯甲酰与N,N-二甲基苯胺加热至溶解,得到耐磨涂层液;
将耐磨涂层液均匀涂在基布层的外表面上,干燥,得到耐磨混纺面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述耐磨涂层的厚度为0.1-0.5mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述干燥的方法为:15-20℃冷风吹干。
