现有KT板一般使用PP背胶纸(写真纸)喷绘,手工粘贴,机台压实压平,产能低,消耗大,不适合批量生产。

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种KT板饰面复合工艺方法,解决了现有KT板采用PP背胶纸(写真纸)喷绘,手工粘贴,机台压实压平,产能低,消耗大等缺陷。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种KT板饰面复合工艺方法: KT板表面装饰效果层采用纸板复合在原KT板(市售通用板)面层,所述白纸板采用网纹辊网孔深度0.10mm的胶印机印刷,复合时用裱纸机复合压实压平。
优选地,所述纸板为150克至450克的白卡纸、白纸板、铜版纸。
优选地,所述板纸与原KT板符合时,在板纸背面均匀满面涂用不起膜、高渗透、粘结强的胶水。
