本实用新型涉及包装用纸技术领域，具体地说是一种聚乙烯涂布纸。
背景技术
现有的淋膜纸(板)，即聚乙烯挤出复合纸(板)，虽然具备了优良的热封性、透湿性及食品安全性，但是生产聚乙烯挤出复合纸的淋膜工艺操作比较复杂，它需要专门的挤出复合设备，设备投资大，生产成本高，而且复合的淋膜层厚薄不匀，大大影响了包装用纸的外观，以至现有技术生产的聚乙烯挤出复合纸应用受到了一定的限制。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种聚乙烯涂布纸，它不仅具备了淋膜产品的热封性、透湿性及食品安全性，而且比淋膜产品具有更好的涂层表观，聚乙烯原料用量少，大大降低了生产成本，提高了生产效益。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：一种聚乙烯涂布纸，其特点是它由基纸、聚乙烯涂布层组成，聚乙烯涂布层为聚乙烯乳液均匀涂敷在基纸表面经干燥后成聚乙烯复合纸。
本实用新型设计新颖，制作方便，与现有技术相比不仅具备了淋膜产品的热封性、透湿性及食品安全性，而且比淋膜产品具有更好的涂层表观以及更少的聚乙烯原料用量，降低了生产成本，有利于聚乙烯复合纸在包装行业中的广泛应用。

具体实施方式
参阅附图1，本实用新型由基纸1、聚乙烯涂布层2组成，聚乙烯涂布层2为聚乙烯乳液以网纹辊涂布的方式，均匀涂敷在40克水松纸为基纸1表面，然后在95℃温度下干燥0.3分钟，制得聚乙烯涂布纸。
