本发明涉及工业包装膜技术领域,特别涉及一种包装哑光膜及其制备工艺;本发明包装哑光膜包括PET基层、离型层、哑光雾面亮光膜层、电镀铝层,以及制造本发明包装哑光膜的工艺方法,通过镍雾面版压制在亮光膜层形成哑光雾面的亮光膜层,雾面版层压印进行消光,哑光效果均匀逼真,避免向现有技术哑光膜出现的哑光度不均匀等问题的产生。

一种包装哑光膜及其制备工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及工业包装膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种包装哑光膜及其制备工艺。
背景技术:
包装哑光膜,广泛的使用在印刷包装行业,哑光膜的制制作通常是在树脂涂料中添加消光粉来进行消光显示哑光效果,传统哑光膜需对涂料粘度及消光粉颗粒大小进行严格的控制,同时还需配合相匹配的网辊;由于消光粉具有不溶解性,容易在涂料中沉淀,造成所生产的哑光膜哑光度不均匀,同时,涂料喷涂后也会产生局部涂料流挂现象,影响哑光膜的表面外观。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的包装哑光膜的的结构及工艺存在的不足而提供一种解决以上问题的一种包装哑光膜及其制备工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种包装哑光膜,包括由以下顺序的层次组成:PET基层、离型层、哑光雾面亮光膜层、电镀铝层。
一种上述的包装哑光膜的制备工艺,包括以下制备工艺:
(1)、在PET基层的一面纤维素树脂涂覆离型层;
(2)、在步骤1的离型层上涂覆着聚氨酯树脂亮光膜层;
(3)、制备金属雾面版:利用电铸装置制得哑光效果的镍雾面版;
(4)、将步骤3中的镍雾面版压印在步骤2所得到的亮光膜层上,在亮光膜层表面形成哑光雾面亮光膜层;
(5)、将步骤4压制成的哑光雾面亮光膜层的哑光雾面的一侧表面真空电镀铝层,既得本发明的包装哑光膜。
本发明有益效果在于:本发明包装哑光膜包括PET基层、离型层、哑光雾面亮光膜层、电镀铝层,以及制造本发明包装哑光膜的工艺方法,通过镍雾面版压制在亮光膜层形成哑光雾面的亮光膜层,雾面版层压印进行消光,哑光效果均匀逼真,避免向现有技术哑光膜出现的哑光度不均匀等问题的产生。

具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明:
一种包装哑光膜,如图1所示,包括由以下顺序的层次组成:PET基层1、离型层2、哑光雾面亮光膜层3、电镀铝层4。
本发明还包括一种准备本发明包装哑光膜的制备工艺,包括以下制备工艺:
(1)、在PET基层的一面纤维素树脂涂覆离型层;
(2)、在步骤1的离型层上涂覆着聚氨酯树脂亮光膜层;
(3)、制备金属雾面版:利用电铸装置制得哑光效果的镍雾面版;
(4)、将步骤3中的镍雾面版压印在步骤2所得到的亮光膜层上,在亮光膜层表面形成哑光雾面亮光膜层;
(5)、将步骤4压制成的哑光雾面亮光膜层的哑光雾面的一侧表面真空电镀铝层,既得本发明的包装哑光膜。
本发明包装哑光膜包括PET基层、离型层、哑光雾面亮光膜层、电镀铝层,以及制造本发明包装哑光膜的工艺方法,通过镍雾面版压制在亮光膜层形成哑光雾面的亮光膜层,雾面版层压印进行消光,哑光效果均匀逼真,避免向现有技术哑光膜出现的哑光度不均匀等问题的产生。

Claims (1)

1.一种包装哑光膜,其特征在于,包括由以下顺序的层次组成:PET基层、离型层、哑光雾面亮光膜层、电镀铝层,所述包装哑光膜的制备工艺包括:
(1)、在PET基层的一面涂覆纤维素树脂离型层;
(2)、在步骤1的离型层上涂覆聚氨酯树脂亮光膜层;
(3)、制备金属雾面版:利用电铸装置制得哑光效果的镍雾面版;
(4)、将步骤3中的镍雾面版压印在步骤2所得到的亮光膜层上,在亮光膜层表面形成哑光雾面亮光膜层;
(5)、将步骤4压制成的哑光雾面亮光膜层的哑光雾面的一侧表面真空电镀铝层,既得所述包装哑光膜。
