Abstract

本发明提供高端超厚哑膜,涉及超厚哑膜技术领域。该高端超厚哑膜,包括哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜,所述哑光离型膜通过粘结材料与PET高光亮膜进行粘合,所述哑光离型膜由离型层涂布液经涂布热固化形成,所述的离型层涂布液的各成分按重量配比为氟系树脂1‑2份;丙烯酸树脂0.5‑1份;醛酮树脂0.4‑0.8份;固化剂0.6‑1.1份;添加剂0.3‑0.6份;消光剂0.5‑1份,所述添加剂中含有抗老化剂和防静电剂,所述粘结材料层的厚度为10‑15微米,所述PET高光亮膜的厚度为30‑80微米。通过利用哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜粘合,从而提高哑膜的厚度,使哑膜的强度变大,不容易在使用的时候产生破损,使被保护的印刷品遭到破坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及超厚哑膜技术领域,具体为高端超厚哑膜。
背景技术
像产品说明书印刷中的封面、纸盒的外表面这些容易磨损的部位,如果需要保护膜,就在印刷之后、折叠和裁切之前给它裱一层,这层膜必须很透明,有很好的韧性,质地均匀,没有砂眼气泡,表面很平整,它通常是聚丙烯材料做成的,它还预涂了热塑性高分子粘合剂以便和纸张结合,印刷厂用热压滚筒把它牢牢地贴在纸上,这样一来,纸的表面有了更好的光泽,质地更厚实,而且印在上面的颜色受到了保护,一般印刷保护膜有两种,一种是光亮如镜的,一种是不太反光的,它们分别叫“光膜”和“哑膜”,哑膜的质感厚实稳重,比光膜高档,价格也贵些。
传统的哑光膜厚度比较薄,结构强度比较小,使用的时候容易产生局部破损,从而使得被保护的印刷品遭到破坏,无法用于高端的印刷品的保护。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了高端超厚哑膜,解决了传统的哑光膜厚度比较薄,结构强度比较小,使用的时候容易产生局部破损,从而使得被保护的印刷品遭到破坏,无法用于高端的印刷品的保护的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:高端超厚哑膜,包括哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜,所述哑光离型膜通过粘结材料与PET高光亮膜进行粘合。
优选的,所述哑光离型膜由离型层涂布液经涂布热固化形成。
优选的,所述的离型层涂布液的各成分按重量配比为氟系树脂1-2份;丙烯酸树脂0.5-1份;醛酮树脂0.4-0.8份;固化剂0.6-1.1份;添加剂0.3-0.6份;消光剂0.5-1份,所述添加剂中含有抗老化剂和防静电剂。
优选的,所述粘结材料各成分按重量配比为聚氨酯聚合物45-70份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸聚合物20-35份、丙烯酸异辛脂5-10份、丙烯酸丁酯1-4份、光引发剂1-3份、光引发剂TPO1-3份。
优选的,哑膜制造包括以下制备工艺:
步骤1、首先把哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜穿进滚轮传送装置中;
步骤2、在哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜之间涂抹粘结材料;
步骤3、然后把哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜进行挤压,使其贴合,去除之间的气泡;
步骤4、然后送进UV固化机中进行固化,使哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜完全固定。
优选的,所述步骤4中的UV固化时间为3-5分钟,固化能量为600-1100mj。
优选的,所述粘结材料层的厚度为10-15微米,所述PET高光亮膜的厚度为30-80微米。
优选的,所述哑光离型膜的厚度为60-120微米。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了高端超厚哑膜。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明,通过利用哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜粘合,从而提高哑膜的厚度,使哑膜的强度变大,不容易在使用的时候产生破损,使被保护的印刷品遭到破坏。
2、本发明,通过合理的选用原料比例,能够使制得的哑膜具有较好的透光性和耐氧化性,使得哑膜的质量大大提高。

本发明实施例提供高端超厚哑膜,包括哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜,其特征在于:哑光离型膜通过粘结材料与PET高光亮膜进行粘合。
本实施例中,哑光离型膜由离型层涂布液经涂布热固化形成。
本实施例中,的离型层涂布液的各成分按重量配比为氟系树脂1.5份;丙烯酸树脂0.75份;醛酮树脂0.6份;固化剂0.85份;添加剂0.45份;消光剂0.75份,添加剂中含有抗老化剂和防静电剂。
本实施例中,粘结材料各成分按重量配比为聚氨酯聚合物37.5份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸聚合物27.5份、丙烯酸异辛脂7.5份、丙烯酸丁酯2.5份、光引发剂2份、光引发剂TPO2份。
本实施例中,包括以下制备工艺:
步骤1、首先把哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜穿进滚轮传送装置中;
步骤2、在哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜之间涂抹粘结材料;
步骤3、然后把哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜进行挤压,使其贴合,去除之间的气泡;
步骤4、然后送进UV固化机中进行固化,使哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜完全固定。
本实施例中,步骤4中的UV固化时间为4分钟,固化能量为850mj,粘结材料层的厚度为12微米,PET高光亮膜的厚度为60微米,哑光离型膜的厚度为90微米。
实施例二:
本发明实施例提供高端超厚哑膜,包括哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜,其特征在于:哑光离型膜通过粘结材料与PET高光亮膜进行粘合。
本实施例中,哑光离型膜由离型层涂布液经涂布热固化形成。
本实施例中,的离型层涂布液的各成分按重量配比为氟系树脂1.5份;丙烯酸树脂0.75份;醛酮树脂0.6份;固化剂0.85份;添加剂0.45份;消光剂0.75份,添加剂中含有抗老化剂和防静电剂。

步骤2、在哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜之间涂抹粘结材料;
步骤3、然后把哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜进行挤压,使其贴合,去除之间的气泡;
步骤4、然后送进UV固化机中进行固化,使哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜完全固定。

1.高端超厚哑膜,包括哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜,其特征在于:所述哑光离型膜通过粘结材料与PET高光亮膜进行粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高端超厚哑膜,其特征在于:所述哑光离型膜由离型层涂布液经涂布热固化形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高端超厚哑膜,其特征在于:所述的离型层涂布液的各成分按重量配比为氟系树脂1-2份;丙烯酸树脂0.5-1份;醛酮树脂0.4-0.8份;固化剂0.6-1.1份;添加剂0.3-0.6份;消光剂0.5-1份,所述添加剂中含有抗老化剂和防静电剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高端超厚哑膜,其特征在于:所述粘结材料各成分按重量配比为聚氨酯聚合物45-70份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸聚合物20-35份、丙烯酸异辛脂5-10份、丙烯酸丁酯1-4份、光引发剂1-3份、光引发剂TPO1-3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高端超厚哑膜,其特征在于:包括以下制备工艺:
步骤1、首先把哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜穿进滚轮传送装置中;
步骤2、在哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜之间涂抹粘结材料;
步骤3、然后把哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜进行挤压,使其贴合,去除之间的气泡;
步骤4、然后送进UV固化机中进行固化,使哑光离型膜和PET高光亮膜完全固定。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高端超厚哑膜,其特征在于:所述步骤4中的UV固化时间为3-5分钟,固化能量为600-1100mj。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高端超厚哑膜,其特征在于:所述粘结材料层的厚度为10-15微米,所述PET高光亮膜的厚度为30-80微米。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高端超厚哑膜,其特征在于:所述哑光离型膜的厚度为60-120微米。
