Abstract

本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种用于给油漆开稀的稀释剂。一种适用于玻纤增强PC复合材料基材的油漆用稀释剂,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙酯30‑50%、丙酮2‑8%、丁酯5‑15%、异丁醇10‑20%、异丙醇15‑25%、二丙酮醇5‑15%。上述稀释剂的应用,是用于将油漆稀释至合适的粘度后,涂覆于玻纤增强PC复合材料表面。使用本发明的稀释剂开稀的油漆,涂覆于玻纤增强PC复合材料基材上,漆膜的韧性明显增强,可以承受多次90℃弯折而不爆裂。

一种适用于玻纤增强PC复合材料基材的油漆用稀释剂及应用
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种用于给油漆开稀的稀释剂。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种常见的工程塑料,由于其机械性能较低,在使用领域上受到一些限制,所以人们开始使用玻纤对聚碳酸酯进行增强。经过玻纤增强改性以后的聚碳酸酯,机械强度高,适用于注射、挤出、压制成型,其优异的抗冲性能和尺寸稳定性,使其适用于机械性能要求极高的领域,发挥功能性作用,以及代替沉重的金属零件。典型的用途为电子电力连接件、线槽、胶版、电容器壳体、代金属零件、体育休闲用品等。
玻纤增强PC复合材料表面需要涂覆油漆以起到美观、防护等作用。在涂覆油漆之前,需要将粘度较高的油漆用稀释剂进行稀释以达到适合作业的粘度。目前普遍使用的稀释剂配方为乙酯48%、丙酮5%、异丙醇35%、防水白(乙二醇单丁醚)12%。但是涂覆后的漆膜的韧性较差,在玻纤增强PC复合材料基材多次弯折的情况下容易爆裂。因此,需要对油漆或稀释剂的配方进行改进,以提高漆膜的韧性。
发明内容
基于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于玻纤增强PC复合材料基材的油漆用稀释剂,采用该稀释剂稀释油漆后涂覆的漆膜在玻纤增强PC复合材料基材上具有优异的韧性,可能承受90℃弯折而不爆裂。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:
一种适用于玻纤增强PC复合材料基材的油漆用稀释剂,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙酯 30-50%、丙酮 2-8%、丁酯 5-15%、异丁醇 10-20%、异丙醇 15-25%、二丙酮醇 5-15%。
进一步的,优选由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙酯 40%、丙酮 5%、丁酯 10%、异丁醇 15%、异丙醇 20%、二丙酮醇 10%。
进一步的,所述油漆为丙烯酸塑胶漆。
进一步的,所述油漆和稀释剂的质量比例为:1:2-2.5。
一种上述稀释剂的应用,是用于将油漆稀释至合适的粘度后,涂覆于玻纤增强PC复合材料表面。
醚类溶剂对玻纤增强PC复合材料基材的韧性有很大的影响,使漆膜容易爆裂。因此本发明的发明人调试出不含醚类的稀释剂,以使该油漆漆膜的韧性达到最好。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和对比例对本发明进行详细的说明。实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
下表是3个实施例稀释剂及1个对比例稀释剂的配方表:

将实施例1-3及对比例的稀释剂分别以2:1的质量比与丙烯酸塑胶漆混合均匀,分别涂覆于相同的四块玻纤增强PC复合材料制成的片材表面,涂膜厚度相同,待漆膜干后,对其性能进行测试。
测试方法为:将片材弯折90℃数次,目测漆膜是否爆裂。
测试结果如下:

由上述测试结果可见,使用本发明的稀释剂开稀的油漆,涂覆于玻纤增强PC复合材料基材上,漆膜的韧性明显增强,可以承受多次90℃弯折。

1.一种适用于玻纤增强PC复合材料基材的油漆用稀释剂的应用,其特征在于,所述稀释剂由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙酯 30-50%、丙酮 2-8%、丁酯 5-15%、异丁醇 10-20%、异丙醇 15-25%、二丙酮醇 5-15%;所述油漆为丙烯酸塑胶漆;所述油漆和稀释剂的质量比例为:1:2-2.5;所述稀释剂是用于将油漆稀释至合适的粘度后,涂覆于玻纤增强PC复合材料表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于玻纤增强PC复合材料基材的油漆用稀释剂的应用,其特征在于,所述稀释剂由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙酯 40%、丙酮 5%、丁酯 10%、异丁醇 15%、异丙醇 20%、二丙酮醇 10%。
