Abstract
本发明公开了一种高遮盖力LED固化底用涂料,属于涂料技术领域,该高遮盖力LED固化底用涂料按重量百分比计包括六官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、两官脂肪族脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、环氧丙烯酸酯、功能性单体、光引发剂、消泡剂、润湿流平剂、钛白粉、填料、分散剂和防沉剂;功能性单体为二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,或为二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,光引发剂为活性胺、2,4,6‑三甲基苯甲酰基‑二苯基氧化膦和苯基双(2,4,6‑三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦的混合物。该高遮盖力LED固化底用涂料具有良好的遮盖力,涂装两次可达到完全遮盖的效果,涂装后漆膜附着力良好,有效降低使用者的成本投入。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种高遮盖力LED固化底用涂料。
背景技术
LED固化涂料与传统UV涂料固化机理一样,涂料中的光引发剂吸收紫外光能形成自由基,引发低聚物交联固化,使涂膜达到固化。目前UV固化辊涂白色涂料普遍采用传统UV灯(镓灯和汞灯组合)进行固化,而LED固化涂料采用新型LED灯进行固化。目前市场上板式家具UV固化辊涂白色底用涂料和LED固化辊涂白色底用涂料至少需要辊涂三次,多数情况需要辊涂四至五次,单次涂布量在30-35g/m2才能将素材完全遮盖,存在底用涂料遮盖力不足,导致辊涂次数增加的问题,一方面会增加辊涂的时间,影响生产效率,另一方面会提升涂料使用的成本。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提高LED固化白色底用涂料钛白粉含量和增加LED固化白色底用涂料涂布量,从而减少辊涂涂装的次数。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种高遮盖力LED固化底用涂料,按重量百分比计,包括5-15%的六官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、2-5%的两官脂肪族脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、10-25%的环氧丙烯酸酯、10-20%的功能性单体、5-12%的光引发剂、0.1-0.6%的消泡剂、0.1-0.4%的润湿流平剂、35-53%的钛白粉、0-10%的填料、1-2%的分散剂和0.1-0.5%的防沉剂;
所述功能性单体为二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯至少一种;
所述光引发剂为活性胺、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦和苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦的混合物三种搭配。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的高遮盖力LED固化底用涂料,首先通过同时添加六官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、两官脂肪族脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂和环氧丙烯酸酯三种树脂,提高固化速度,改善漆膜的柔韧性,增加多次涂装过程中漆膜之间的附着,使漆膜固化后不易开裂;其次与两种功能性单体配合使用,能够平衡两种单体之间的性能,提高固化速度同时调节适合施工的粘度;再次通过三种光引发剂搭配提升高遮盖力LED固化底用涂料表面固化速度和深沉固化速度,提升多次涂装过程中漆膜之间的附着力;最后通过调整钛白粉添加量和LED固化底用涂料涂布量提升遮盖力。本发明提供的高遮盖力LED固化底用涂料,通过辊涂的方式进行涂装,仅涂装两次就能完全覆盖基材,有效减少涂装的时间,提升涂装的效率,降低使用者的成本投入。

将实施例1-5和对比例1-9的原料充分混合分散后,得到高遮盖力LED固化底用涂料。分别使用实施例1-5和对比例1-9的涂料对板材MDF(密度板)进行涂装,涂装厚度全部相同,然后进行LED固化即可得到漆膜,对所得漆膜进行测试,参考标准GB 1726-88、GB/T9286-1998、GB/T 1730-1993。硬度为铅笔法检测,冷热循环为-20℃,2h;50℃,2h重复五次;遮盖力的测试方法用单位面漆质量法,先辊涂在黑白格纸和MDF板上,然后进行LED固化。测试结果见表3-4所示。

1.一种高遮盖力LED固化底用涂料,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,由5-15%的六官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、2-5%的两官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、10-25%的环氧丙烯酸酯、10-20%的功能性单体、5-12%的光引发剂、0.1-0.6%的消泡剂、0.1-0.4%的润湿流平剂、35-53%的钛白粉、0-10%的填料、1-2%的分散剂和0.1-0.5%的防沉剂组成;
所述功能性单体为二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯;
所述光引发剂为活性胺、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦和苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦的混合物;
所述钛白粉为金红石钛白粉;所述润湿流平剂为丙烯酸类流平剂和聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物中的一种或两种;所述防沉剂为气相二氧化硅和聚羟基羧酸酰胺溶液中的一种或两种;
