Abstract

本发明涉及一种工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料,饲料的原料组成配比按重量百分比为:蛋白源原料60~70%,脂肪源原料6~9%,碳水化合物原料20~25%,维生素1.0~3.0%,矿物盐1.0~3.0%,抗氧化剂0.1~0.2%,脱壳素0.1~0.2%,抗应激物质0.05~0.1%。本发明的南美白对虾的生态饲料,在确保对虾正常生长的同时,可显著提高对虾的存活率、增重率,提高对虾的抗应激能力和抗病力。同时有效解决了南美白对虾养殖过程中饲料氮磷过高和对环境污染的严重问题,能够明显降低养殖水体中的氮磷排放,具有良好的生态效益。

Description

一种工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料
技术领域
本发明属于水产品养殖饲料技术领域,特别是一种工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料。
背景技术
目前主养南美白对虾的模式有三种:外塘养虾、温棚养虾和工厂化车间养虾。工厂化车间养虾与前两种模式相比,密度较大,水体中天然饵料极少,这就决定了工厂化养殖南美白对虾的营养需求有较大不同,针对性地开发工厂化养殖南美白对虾饲料有着重要的实践意义。此外,目前南美白对虾养殖饲料中蛋白质和磷含量较高,对虾本身的消化系统不太完善,导致对饲料的消化吸收率偏低,致使未消化吸收的氮磷排放到到水体中,加上残饵,更加剧了对周围环境的污染,不利于南美白对虾的可持续养殖,为此,我们在大量研究的基础上,研制了工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料。
通过检索,发现如下4篇与本专利申请相关的公开专利文献:1、本发明公开了一种南美白对虾专用饲料(CN201611169616.7),主要由以下原料制成:鱼粉、花生麸、啤酒酵母、豆粕、玉米蛋白粉、海带粉、维生素、氨基酸、红薯粉、植物油、贝壳粉、大蒜粉和中药;所述中药包括以下的中药组分:板蓝根、连翘、穿心莲、黄芪、辣木叶、益母草、车前草、远志、苏梗、银杏叶、桑叶和双肾藤。2、本发明公开了一种南美白对虾饲料(CN201610884539.7),特别涉及一种环保型无鱼粉南美白对虾饲料,属于水产饲料领域。该饲料包括以下组分:鸡肉粉、猪肺粉、发酵豆粕、花生粕、鱼溶浆粉、海虾粉、乌贼膏、高筋面粉、鱼油、大豆磷脂粉、氯化胆碱、磷酸二氢钙、复合维生素预混料、复合矿物盐预混料、维生素C-磷酸酯、丝兰提取物、藤茶黄酮、三丁酸甘油酯、中草药复方制剂,其中所述中草药复方制剂由杜仲和枸杞混合后经超微粉碎过100目筛制备而成。本发明的优点在于:饲料配方成本低且营养均衡,诱食性佳,适口性好,能增强对虾的抗病、抗逆抗应激能力和提高存活率,改善养殖水体水质,改善南美白对虾的肉质和肉色,生产绿色安全美味的对虾产品。3、本发明公开了一种对虾水产养殖专用配合饲料制备方法(CN201510883519.3),属于饲料领域,提供了一种能满足高盐度(30‰以上)下南美白对虾生长的营养需要、水中稳定性好、抗应激能力强、成活率高、生长快、饵料系数低、经济实用的高盐度养殖专用的高效南美白对虾饲料制备方法,以解决当前在高盐度胁迫养殖时,南美白对虾生长慢、发病厉害、成活率低等问题,促进对虾水产对虾养殖业的健康发展。4、本发明公开了一种冬棚养殖专用的南美白对虾配合饲料及其制备方法(CN201210165317.1)。涉及一种水产养殖饲料,该饲料包含蛋白源原料、脂肪源原料、糖源原料、抗氧化剂、诱食剂、复合维生素和复合矿物盐。本发明提供了一种成活率高、生长速度快、水中稳定性好、摄食快、使用方便、环境污染少的冬棚养殖专用的高效南美白对虾饲料和其制备方法,以解决当前在低温搭冬棚养殖时,南美白对虾生长慢、发病厉害、成活率低等问题,促进南美白对虾养殖业的健康发展。通过比对,上述公开专利文献的技术方案及提取客体均与本专利申请有本质的不同,本专利申请具有创造性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有南美白对虾饲料中存在的蛋白含量和鱼粉过高,致使养殖成本升高,氮和磷排放超标,造成水体环境较大污染及缺乏天然饵料的问题,提供一种工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料,该饲料所含蛋白水平较低,磷含量较低,鱼粉含量较低,降低了饲料成本,缓解了对周围环境的污染,实现了南美白对虾养殖业的可持续发展。
本发明目的在于克服现有产品的不足,提供一种工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料。该饲料的使用,能够明显提高南美白对虾的消化吸收率,促进对虾生长,改善对虾养殖水体,降低对周围环境的污染,提高对虾养殖成活率,为实现对虾的健康养殖提供了可能。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料,饲料的原料组成配比按重量百分比为:蛋白源原料60~70%,脂肪源原料6~9%,碳水化合物原料20~25%,维生素1.0~3.0%,矿物盐1.0~3.0%,抗氧化剂0.1~0.2%,脱壳素0.1~0.2%,抗应激物质0.05~0.1%;
其中,所述蛋白源原料为鱼粉、花生粕、豆粕、发酵豆粕、菜籽粕、虾粉、扇贝裙边粉混合物混合组成,其添加量占饲料总质量的百分数分别为:鱼粉15~20%,豆粕5~8%,发酵豆粕7~12%,花生粕8~15%,菜籽粕6~10%,虾粉8~10%,扇贝裙边粉2~5%;
其中,所述脂肪源原料由鱼油、豆油、大豆卵磷脂以及胆固醇组成,其添加量占饲料总质量的百分数分别为:鱼油1.0~3.0%,玉米油1~3.0%,豆油1~2%,大豆卵磷脂1~3%,胆固醇0.2~0.4%;
其中,所述碳水化合物原料为面粉及玉米粉,其添加量占饲料总质量的百分数分别为:面粉15~20%,玉米粉1~5%;
其中,所述维生素由胆碱和复合维生素组成,其中胆碱的添加量占饲料总质量的百分数为0.2~0.5%;复合维生素的加入量占饲料总质量的百分数为0.5~1.0%;
其中,所述矿物盐的成分组成及占饲料总质量百分比为:磷酸二氢钙加入量占饲料总质量的百分数为1~2%;复合矿物盐加入量占饲料总质量的百分数为0.5~1.0%。
而且,所述抗氧化剂为维生素C磷酸酯,所述抗应激物质为γ-氨基丁酸。
而且,作为一个优选实例,所述生态饲料由如下按质量百分比的各组分构成:鱼粉20%,发酵豆粕10%,豆粕6%,花生粕10%,菜籽粕8%,扇贝裙边粉4%,玉米粉3%,面粉20%,海藻粉2%,虾粉8%,大豆磷脂2%,鱼油1%,豆油1%,玉米油1%,胆碱0.5%,磷酸二氢钙1%,复合维生素1%,复合矿物盐1%,维生素C磷酸酯0.2%,胆固醇0.2%,γ-氨基丁酸0.1%。
而且,该饲料用于南美白对虾养殖水体的盐度为10-20‰。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
(1)本配方是在对南美白对虾营养需求系统研究的基础上形成的,因而具有较好的实验基础和科学依据,能满足南美白对虾的营养需求;
(2)本发明饲料的饲料原料营养物质消化吸收率较高:经消化吸收率研究,对虾对饲料中蛋白源料的蛋白质消化率>80%;
(3)从饲料原料可以看出,配方中鱼粉的用量减少,相应降低了饲料蛋白水平和磷的含量,不仅有利于降低饲料成本,还降低了氮磷排放,减轻了对虾养殖的自身污染,缓解了周围环境的污染压力。
(4)通过消化率实验筛选出凡纳滨对虾能够有效利用的植物蛋白源,作为配方的蛋白源,通过四因素(蛋白质、脂肪、钙和磷)三水平的正交实验,在特定盐度(10-20)条件下,确定南美白对虾生态饲料配方,又通过海藻粉添加试验研究,确定了海藻粉的最佳添加量,筛选完善了南美白对虾生态饲料配方。该饲料示范应用表明,它不仅能满足南美白对虾最佳生长需求条件下对营养的需求,同时又降低了饲料成本,还减少氨氮的排放,提高了对虾养殖成活率和经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进一步说明,下述实施例是说明性的,不是限定性的,不能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
一种工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料,饲料的原料组成通常包括蛋白源原料、脂肪源原料、碳水化合物原料、抗氧化剂、抗应激物质、复合维生素、复合矿物盐、脱壳素。饲料的原料组成配比按重量百分比为:蛋白源原料60~70,脂肪源原料6~9,碳水化合物原料20~25,复合维生素1.0~3.0,复合矿物盐1.0~3.0,抗氧化剂0.1~0.2,脱壳素0.1~0.2,抗应激物质0~0.1。
其中,所述的蛋白源原料为鱼粉、花生粕、豆粕、发酵豆粕、菜籽粕、虾粉、扇贝裙边粉混合物混合组成,其添加量占饲料总质量的百分数分别为:鱼粉15~20,豆粕5~8,发酵豆粕7~12,花生粕8~15,菜籽粕6~10,虾粉8~10,扇贝裙边粉2~5;
其中,所述脂肪源原料由鱼油、豆油、大豆卵磷脂以及胆固醇组成,其添加量占饲料总质量的百分数分别为:鱼油1.0~3.0,玉米油1~3.0,豆油1~2,大豆卵磷脂1~3,胆固醇0.2~0.4;
其中,所述碳水化合物原料为面粉、玉米粉,其添加量占饲料总质量的百分数分别为:面粉15~20,玉米粉1~5。
其中,所述维生素的成分组成为:胆碱和复合维生素组成,其中胆碱的添加量占饲料总质量的百分数为0.2~0.5;多维混合物的加入量占饲料总质量的百分数为0.5~1.0。
其中,所述矿物盐的成分组成及占饲料总质量百分比为:磷酸二氢钙1~2;复合矿物盐加入量占饲料总质量的百分数为0.5~1.0。
其中,所述抗氧化剂为维生素C磷酸酯,添加量占饲料总质量的百分数为0.1~0.2。
其中,所述抗应激物质原料为γ-氨基丁酸,添加量占饲料总质量的百分数为0.05~0.1。
作为一个优选实例,所述饲料中的原料组分按照质量百分数计如下所示:鱼粉20%,发酵豆粕10%,豆粕6%,花生粕10%,菜籽粕8%,扇贝裙边粉4%,玉米粉3%,面粉20%,海藻粉2%,虾粉8%,大豆磷脂2%,鱼油1%,豆油1%,玉米油1%,胆碱0.5%,磷酸二氢钙1%,维生素1%,矿物盐1%,维生素C磷酸酯0.2%,胆固醇0.2%,γ-氨基丁酸0.1%。
而且,该饲料用于南美白对虾养殖水体盐度10-20。
实施例1
一种工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料,按表1或表2所示的配方配制饲料,饲养3.8g的南美白对虾6周,投喂实验组配方(低蛋白和低磷饲料)的南美白对虾增重率212%、饲料效率45%、特定生长率2.28,与对照组配方(高蛋白水平)相比,增重率、饲料效率、特定生长率都没有显著差异,但是氨氮排放量减少了19%,磷排放量减少15%。
实施例2
一种工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料,按表3所示的配方配制饲料,饲养4.2g的南美白对虾6周,投喂实验配方(添加海藻粉)的南美白对虾增重率237%、饲料系数1.27、特定生长率2.29,与对照组配方(未添加海藻粉)相比,增重率增加22%、饲料系数降低35%、特定生长率提高了29%,实验组对虾一氧化氮合酶、超氧化物歧化酶、酚氧化酶、溶菌酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),丙二醛浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。
实施例3
一种工厂化养殖南美白对虾生态饲料,按表3所示的配方配制饲料,饲养3.9的南美白对虾6周,投喂实验配方(添加γ-氨基丁酸)的南美白对虾增重215%、饲料系数1.18、特定生长率2.47,与对照组配方(未添加γ-氨基丁酸)相比,增重率增加42%、饲料系数降低38%、特定生长率提高了27%。
