Abstract
本发明涉及一种促三黄鸡羽毛生长的添加剂和配合饲料及制备方法。该添加剂包括以下组分:高温水解羽毛粉、鱼溶浆、胡萝巴、辣椒粕、米糠、角蛋白酶、乳酸菌、酿酒酵母菌、大豆异黄酮、溶血磷脂油、耐高温脂肪酶、耐高温植酸酶、姜黄素、茶多酚、青蒿素。该配合饲料的原材料为玉米、豆粕、烘烤大豆、米糠、玉米蛋白粉、柠檬酸渣、核甘酸渣、猪油、大豆油、复合预混料、添加剂。本发明可以使用三黄鸡羽毛生长速度更快,提早5‑10天出栏,出栏时羽毛色泽更加丰盈、艳丽、光亮。

本发明涉及动物饲料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种促三黄鸡羽毛生长的添加剂和配合饲料及制备方法。
背景技术
三黄鸡是由优良地方品种经杂交培育而成的优质肉鸡品系,从外观上看具有黄色的羽毛、黄色的皮肤、黄色的腿胫等特征,其肉质细嫩、皮薄、肌间脂肪适量、肉味鲜美,所以在市场上受到消费者的欢迎。与白羽肉鸡相比,三黄鸡的生长速度要慢,饲养周期要长,其饲养效益相对要差一些。
三黄鸡的饲养主要集中在广东、广西两省,以放养的方式居多,养户为降低饲料成本,片面的添加大量的低能量的副产物和降低豆粕的添加量,导致饲料中能量和蛋白过低,容易引发羽毛干燥无光甚至脱落的情况,两广的高温时节长,热应激影响大,往往采食量不够,更容易出现啄毛的现象。三黄鸡的羽毛外观是影响消费者选择购买的主要因素,羽毛的生长较慢,外观达不到销售要求时,养殖户只得延长饲喂时间,而后期大鸡的生长速度较慢,且料肉比高,饲养成本高,严重影响养殖户的经济效益,也不利于三黄鸡行业发展。本发明旨在于提供一种促三黄鸡羽毛生长的添加剂和配合饲料及制备方法,可使用三黄鸡加快羽毛和机体生长速度,提早5-10天出栏,且出栏时羽毛更加丰盈色泽艳丽、光亮。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种促三黄鸡羽毛生长的添加剂,该添加剂提供丰富的动物小分子蛋白,容易消化和吸收,水解、酶解和发酵后的羽毛粉能提供三黄鸡羽毛生长所需要的丰富的胱氨酸,植物提取物能直接杀菌抑菌,减少球虫感染率,发病率低,改善肠道菌群平衡,促进有益菌的生长,提高免疫机能,促进脂肪的代谢和改善肉品质,提高生长速度和促进羽毛的生长。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种促三黄鸡羽毛生长的配合饲料及制备方法,动物源性蛋白经菌酶协同发酵处理,提高原料的安全性和适口率,油脂添加高但不产生脂肪肝的现象,高营养高吸收,饲料利用率高,提供天然色素和抗氧化,鸡只生长速度快且羽毛光亮、艳丽。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种促三黄鸡羽毛生长的添加剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括如下原料:高温水解羽毛粉、鱼溶浆、胡萝巴、辣椒粕、米糠、角蛋白酶、乳酸菌、酿酒酵母菌、大豆异黄酮、溶血磷脂油、耐高温脂肪酶、耐高温植酸酶、姜黄素、茶多酚、青蒿素。
优选地,所述添加剂由如下重量份的组分组成:高温水解羽毛粉200-700份、鱼溶浆50-300份、胡萝巴50-500份、辣椒粕50-500份、米糠10-100份、角蛋白酶1-5份、乳酸菌0.5-2份、酿酒酵母菌0.5-2份、大豆异黄酮1-5份、耐高温脂肪酶1-5份、溶血磷脂油10-50份、耐高温植酸酶1-5份、姜黄素1-5份、茶多酚1-5份、青蒿素1-5份。
优选地,所述添加剂由如下重量份的组分组成:高温水解羽毛粉200-500份、鱼溶浆150-300份、胡萝巴100-500份、辣椒粕100-400份、米糠50-100份、角蛋白酶2-4份、乳酸菌1-2份、酿酒酵母菌0.5-1份、大豆异黄酮2-5份、耐高温脂肪酶2-5份、溶血磷脂油20-50份、耐高温植酸酶2-5份、姜黄素2-5份、茶多酚2-5份、青蒿素2-5份。
优选地,所述添加剂由如下重量份的组分组成:高温水解羽毛粉250份、鱼溶浆200份、胡萝巴250份、辣椒粕200份、米糠50份、角蛋白酶2份、乳酸菌2份、酿酒酵母菌1份、大豆异黄酮2份、耐高温脂肪酶4份、溶血磷脂油25份、耐高温植酸酶4份、姜黄素4份、茶多酚2份、青蒿素4份。
一种促三黄鸡羽毛生长的配合饲料,所述配合饲料包括如下原料:上述的添加剂、玉米、豆粕、烘烤大豆、米糠、玉米蛋白粉、柠檬酸渣、核甘酸渣、猪油、大豆油、复合预混料。
优选地,所述的配合饲料由上述的饲料添加剂10-40份,和如下重量份的组分组成:
玉米200-700份、豆粕50-250份、烘烤大豆5-100份、米糠5-180份、玉米蛋白粉5-80份、柠檬酸渣5-50份、核甘酸渣5-50份、猪油1-50份、大豆油1-50份、复合预混料10-40份。
优选地,所述的配合饲料由上述的饲料添加剂20-40份,和如下重量份的组分组成:
玉米400-650份、豆粕100-250份、烘烤大豆20-80份、米糠50-120份、玉米蛋白粉20-50份、柠檬酸渣20-40份、核甘酸渣20-40份、猪油20-50份、大豆油10-40份、复合预混料20-40份。
优选地,所述的配合饲料由上述的饲料添加剂40份,和如下重量份的组分组成:
玉米570份、豆粕100份、烘烤大豆50份、米糠60份、玉米蛋白粉50份、柠檬酸渣20份、核甘酸渣20份、猪油30份、大豆油20份、复合预混料40份。
优选地,所述复合预混料由维生素预混料、微量元素预混料、磷酸氢钙、羟基蛋氨酸钙、甲酸钙、碳酸钙、氯化钠、硫酸钙、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸硫酸盐、苏氨酸、缬氨酸、氯化胆碱、甜菜碱、乙氧基喹啉和稻壳粉混合而成,优选根据行业推荐用量进行混合。
优选地,上述微量元素预混料由蛋氨酸锌、甘氨酸锌、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碱式氯化铜、甘氨酸铁、硫酸亚铁、酵母硒、碘酸钙、氯化钴与沸石粉和稻壳粉混合而成,优选根据行业推荐用量进行混合。
优选地,上述维生素预混料由维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K 3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、生物素和维生素C与载体稻壳粉混合而成,优选根据行业推荐用量进行混合。
上述促三黄鸡羽毛生长的配合饲料的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将维生素预混料、微量元素预混料、磷酸氢钙、羟基蛋氨酸钙、甲酸钙、碳酸钙、氯化钠、硫酸钙、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸硫酸盐、苏氨酸、缬氨酸、氯化胆碱、甜菜碱、乙氧基喹啉与稻壳粉进行混合成复合预混料;
(2)将玉米、豆粕、烘烤大豆、米糠、玉米蛋白粉、柠檬酸渣、核甘酸渣过2.0mm筛片进行粉碎投入混合机;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)的混合料与猪油、大豆油、添加剂一起投入混合机中,混合均匀;
(4)步骤(3)的混合料进入调质机,经调质,在85℃温度下制粒破碎,再分级过筛冷却而成配合饲料。
优选的,所述饲料添加剂由下述步骤制成:
(1)将高温水解羽毛粉、胡萝巴、辣椒粕、米糠过2.0mm筛片进行粉碎投入混合机;
(2)鱼溶浆溶于50 ℃温水,将角蛋白酶、乳酸菌和酿酒酵母菌投入鱼溶浆水溶液中,搅拌均匀,用1.0mm筛网进行过滤,去除筛上物;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的混合液和步骤(1)的混合料一起投入混合机中,混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的混合物进行发酵24-48小时后低温烘干;
(5)将步骤(4)的烘干物过2.0mm筛片进行粉碎,与大豆异黄酮、耐高温脂肪酶、溶血磷脂油、耐高温植酸酶、姜黄素、茶多酚、青蒿素一起投入混合机,混合均匀制得添加剂。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明使用的添加剂,提供丰富的动物小分子蛋白,容易消化和吸收;该饲料使用植物提取物替代抗生素,能直接杀菌抑菌,减少球虫感染率,发病率低,改善肠道菌群平衡,提高免疫机能;水解、酶解和发酵后的羽毛粉能提供三黄鸡羽毛生长所需要的丰富的胱氨酸,油脂添加高但不产生脂肪肝的现象,促进脂肪的代谢和改善肉品质,高营养高吸收,提高生长速度和促进羽毛的生长,可提早5-10天出栏,出栏鸡只羽毛光亮;动物源性蛋白经菌酶协同发酵处理,提高原料的安全性和适口率,饲料利用率高;提供天然色素和抗氧化,鸡只羽毛艳丽。

为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明的发明人发现,如果在三黄鸡的配合饲料中添加一些有特定组成的添加剂,添加剂能提供丰富的动物小分子蛋白,容易消化和吸收,水解、酶解和发酵后的羽毛粉能提供三黄鸡羽毛生长所需要的丰富的胱氨酸,使用植物提取物替代抗生素,能直接杀菌抑菌,减少球虫感染率,发病率低,改善肠道菌群平衡,促进有益菌的生长,提高免疫机能;促进脂肪的代谢和改善肉品质,提高生长速度和促进羽毛的生长。而用于添加剂的组分包括:高温水解羽毛粉、鱼溶浆、胡萝巴、辣椒粕、米糠、角蛋白酶、乳酸菌、酿酒酵母菌、大豆异黄酮、溶血磷脂油、耐高温脂肪酶、耐高温植酸酶、姜黄素、茶多酚、青蒿素。将这些动物和植物原料经菌酶发酵低湿烘干与植物提取物等混合均匀,再与其他的原料混合,制得的配合饲料可以提高三黄鸡的生长速度和羽毛的完整性、光亮度。
本发明实施方式部分所用的所有原料均为市售取得,其质量均符合国家标准。
本发明实施方式部分维生素预混料,微量元素预混料的混合都是按照行业推荐的用量进行混合。
实施例1
一种添加剂,该1000g饲料添加剂由如下组分组成:高温水解羽毛粉250g、鱼溶浆200g、胡萝巴250g、辣椒粕200g、米糠50g、角蛋白酶2g、乳酸菌2g、酿酒酵母菌1g、大豆异黄酮2g、耐高温脂肪酶4g、溶血磷脂油25g、耐高温植酸酶4g、姜黄素4g、茶多酚2g、青蒿素4g。
所述饲料添加剂由下述步骤制成:
(1)将高温水解羽毛粉250g、胡萝巴250g、辣椒粕200g、米糠50g过2.0mm筛片进行粉碎投入混合机;
(2)鱼溶浆200g溶于50 ℃温水,将角蛋白酶2g、乳酸菌2g和酿酒酵母菌1g投入鱼溶浆水溶液中,搅拌均匀,用1.0mm筛网进行过滤,去除筛上物;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的混合液和步骤(1)的混合料一起投入混合机中,混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的混合物进行发酵24-48小时后低温烘干;
(5)将步骤(4)的烘干物过2.0mm筛片进行粉碎,与大豆异黄酮2g、耐高温脂肪酶4g、溶血磷脂油25g、耐高温植酸酶4g、姜黄素4g、茶多酚2g、青蒿素4g一起投入混合机,混合均匀制得添加剂。
实施例2
一种促三黄鸡羽毛生长的配合饲料,1000g该配合饲料包括如下重量份的组分:
玉米570g、豆粕100g、烘烤大豆50g、米糠60g、玉米蛋白粉50g、柠檬酸渣20g、核甘酸渣20g、猪油30g、大豆油20g、复合预混料40g,添加剂40g;
其中,添加剂按照实施例1的组分、含量及方法制得;
其中,复合预混料由维生素预混料0.4g、微量元素预混料2g、磷酸氢钙10g、羟基蛋氨酸钙1.2g、甲酸钙2g、碳酸钙12.5g、氯化钠4g、硫酸钙2g、蛋氨酸0.8g、赖氨酸硫酸盐1.6g、苏氨酸0.2g、缬氨酸0.1g、氯化胆碱1.0g、甜菜碱1g、乙氧基喹啉0.2g与稻壳粉1.0g进行混合而成;
微量元素预混料由蛋氨酸锌、甘氨酸锌、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碱式氯化铜、甘氨酸铁、硫酸亚铁、酵母硒、碘酸钙、氯化钴与沸石粉和稻壳粉混合而成;
维生素预混料由维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K 3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、生物素和维生素C与载体稻壳粉混合而成;
本实施中维生素预混料、微量元素预混料的混合都是按照行业协会推荐的用量进行混合。
促三黄鸡羽毛生长的配合饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将维生素预混料0.4g、微量元素预混料2g、磷酸氢钙10g、羟基蛋氨酸钙1.2g、甲酸钙2g、碳酸钙12.5g、氯化钠4g、硫酸钙2g、蛋氨酸0.8g、赖氨酸硫酸盐1.6g、苏氨酸0.2g、缬氨酸0.1g、氯化胆碱1.0g、甜菜碱1g、乙氧基喹啉0.2g与稻壳粉1.0g进行混合成复合预混料;
(2)将玉米570g、豆粕100g、烘烤大豆50g、米糠60g、玉米蛋白粉50g、柠檬酸渣20g、核甘酸渣20g过2.0mm筛片进行粉碎投入混合机;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)的混合料与猪油30g、大豆油20g、添加剂40g一起投入混合机中,混合均匀;
(4)步骤(3)的混合料进入调质机,经调质,在85℃温度下制粒破碎,再分级过筛冷却而成配合饲料;
步骤(1)微量元素预混料由蛋氨酸锌、甘氨酸锌、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碱式氯化铜、甘氨酸铁、硫酸亚铁、酵母硒、碘酸钙、氯化钴与沸石粉和稻壳粉混合而成;
维生素预混料由维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K 3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、生物素和维生素C与载体稻壳粉混合而成;
步骤(3)中的添加剂的组分与制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
促三黄鸡羽毛生的配合饲料的应用(试验设计与分组)
本试验在广西玉林某鸡场进行,选取70日龄体重相近的三黄鸡600只,随机分成试验组和对照组2组,每组3个重复,每个重复100只鸡。对照组喂食市售普通三黄大鸡配合饲料产品,试验组分别喂食实施例2的饲料。试验鸡采用地面平养,自由采食和饮水,按照常规免疫程序进行免疫。试验时间为28天。记录体重、死亡只数、耗料量,羽毛完整度和感观观察等,计算平均体重、死亡率、料重比等。试验结果见表 1。

从表1中可以看出 :喂食实施例2三黄鸡与对照组相比,体重提高 20.0%,耗料量即采食量提高了2.0%,料重比降低了15.0%。试验结果表明本发明的促三黄鸡羽毛生长的配合饲料,羽毛外观色泽较黄,明显光亮艳丽,羽毛和鸡体生长速度快,可提早5-10天出栏。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (11)
1.一种促三黄鸡羽毛生长的添加剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括如下原料:高温水解羽毛粉、鱼溶浆、胡萝巴、辣椒粕、米糠、角蛋白酶、乳酸菌、酿酒酵母菌、大豆异黄酮、溶血磷脂油、耐高温脂肪酶、耐高温植酸酶、姜黄素、茶多酚、青蒿素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的添加剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂由如下重量份的组分组成:高温水解羽毛粉200-700份、鱼溶浆50-300份、胡萝巴50-500份、辣椒粕50-500份、米糠10-100份、角蛋白酶1-5份、乳酸菌0.5-2份、酿酒酵母菌0.5-2份、大豆异黄酮1-5份、耐高温脂肪酶1-5份、溶血磷脂油10-50份、耐高温植酸酶1-5份、姜黄素1-5份、茶多酚1-5份、青蒿素1-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂由如下重量份的组分组成:高温水解羽毛粉200-500份、鱼溶浆150-300份、胡萝巴100-500份、辣椒粕100-400份、米糠50-100份、角蛋白酶2-4份、乳酸菌1-2份、酿酒酵母菌0.5-1份、大豆异黄酮2-5份、耐高温脂肪酶2-5份、溶血磷脂油20-50份、耐高温植酸酶2-5份、姜黄素2-5份、茶多酚2-5份、青蒿素2-5份。
4.一种促三黄鸡羽毛生长的配合饲料,其特征在于,所述配合饲料包括如下原料:权利要求1所述的添加剂、玉米、豆粕、烘烤大豆、米糠、玉米蛋白粉、柠檬酸渣、核甘酸渣、猪油、大豆油、复合预混料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的配合饲料,其特征在于,所述配合饲料由权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂10-40份,和如下重量份的组分组成:玉米200-700份、豆粕50-250份、烘烤大豆5-100份、米糠5-180份、玉米蛋白粉5-80份、柠檬酸渣5-50份、核甘酸渣5-50份、猪油1-50份、大豆油1-50份、复合预混料10-40份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的配合饲料,其特征在于,所述配合饲料由权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂20-40份,和如下重量份的组分组成:
玉米400-650份、豆粕100-250份、烘烤大豆20-80份、米糠50-120份、玉米蛋白粉20-50份、柠檬酸渣20-40份、核甘酸渣20-40份、猪油20-50份、大豆油10-40份、复合预混料20-40份。
7.根据权利要求4所述的配合饲料,其特征在于,所述配合饲料由权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂40份,和如下重量份的组分组成:
玉米570份、豆粕100份、烘烤大豆50份、米糠60份、玉米蛋白粉50份、柠檬酸渣20份、核甘酸渣20份、猪油30份、大豆油20份、复合预混料40份。
8.根据权利要求4所述的配合饲料,其特征在于,所述复合预混料由维生素预混料、微量元素预混料、磷酸氢钙、羟基蛋氨酸钙、甲酸钙、碳酸钙、氯化钠、硫酸钙、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸硫酸盐、苏氨酸、缬氨酸、氯化胆碱、甜菜碱、乙氧基喹啉与沸石粉和稻壳粉混合而成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的复合预混料,其特征在于,所述微量元素预混料由蛋氨酸锌、甘氨酸锌、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碱式氯化铜、甘氨酸铁、硫酸亚铁、酵母硒、碘酸钙、氯化钴与沸石粉和稻壳粉混合而成;所述维生素预混料由维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K 3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、生物素和维生素C与载体稻壳粉混合而成。
10.如权利要求4所述的促三黄鸡羽毛生长的配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将维生素预混料、微量元素预混料、磷酸氢钙、羟基蛋氨酸钙、甲酸钙、碳酸钙、氯化钠、硫酸钙、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸硫酸盐、苏氨酸、缬氨酸、氯化胆碱、甜菜碱、乙氧基喹啉与沸石粉和稻壳粉进行混合成复合预混料;
(2)将玉米、豆粕、烘烤大豆、米糠、玉米蛋白粉、柠檬酸渣、核甘酸渣过2.0mm筛片进行粉碎投入混合机;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)的混合料与猪油、大豆油、添加剂一起投入混合机中,混合均匀;
(4)步骤(3)的混合料进入调质机,经调质,在85℃温度下制粒破碎,再分级过筛冷却而成配合饲料。
11.根据权利要求10所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述饲料添加剂由下述步骤制成:
(1)将高温水解羽毛粉、胡萝巴、辣椒粕、米糠过2.0mm筛片进行粉碎投入混合机;
(2)鱼溶浆溶于50 ℃温水,将角蛋白酶、乳酸菌和酿酒酵母菌投入鱼溶浆水溶液中,搅拌均匀,用1.0mm筛网进行过滤,去除筛上物;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的混合液和步骤(1)的混合料一起投入混合机中,混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的混合物进行发酵24-48小时后低温烘干;
(5)将步骤(4)的烘干物过2.0mm筛片进行粉碎,与大豆异黄酮、耐高温脂肪酶、溶血磷脂油、耐高温植酸酶、姜黄素、茶多酚、青蒿素一起投入混合机,混合均匀制得添加剂。
