本发明公开了一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置,包括成型模具、主加热料筒、副加热料筒、隔板和模具出口,所述主加热料筒和所述副加热料筒位于所述成型模具的内部,所述隔板分别位于所述主加热料筒和所述副加热料筒内部的空腔内,所述模具出口位于所述成型模具的底部,所述隔板的顶部与模具出口留有间隙,所述主加热料筒内部设有主螺杆,所述副加热料筒内部设有副螺杆,所述成型模具上部设有主进料孔,所述主进料口左右分别设有副进料孔。通过采用两个副加热挤压料筒,挤出部分物料,配合特殊结构成型模具,并且隔板的顶部与模具出口留有的间隙作用,两边的物料中中间物料自然融合,形成一个整体,从模具出口处挤出,挤出的薄膜厚度均匀一致。

技术领域
本发明是一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置,属于太阳能技术领域。
背景技术
太阳能背板位于太阳能电池板的背面,对电池片起保护和支撑作用,太阳能背板薄膜是对背板中的PET起保护作用,具有良好的抗环境侵蚀能力。
现有技术中生产太阳能背板薄膜大都采用粒料加热,通过螺杆挤出,通过模具成型,在成型过程中,由于本身结构原因,成型模具型腔中的物料容易出现两边温度降低的现象,这样就会造成成型的薄膜两边厚度增厚的现象,这种两边增厚部分的材料最高可占到成型材料的15-20%,这些两边厚度增加部分必须切除才能流入下道工序继续加工使用,切除下的物料只能当做回料使用,回料使用容易造成产品缺陷,造成原材料的严重浪费的同时也不利于节能。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置,包括成型模具、主加热料筒、副加热料筒、隔板和模具出口,所述主加热料筒和所述副加热料筒位于所述成型模具的内部,所述隔板分别位于所述主加热料筒和所述副加热料筒内部的空腔内,所述模具出口位于所述成型模具的底部,所述隔板的顶部与模具出口留有间隙,所述主加热料筒内部设有主螺杆,所述副加热料筒内部设有副螺杆,所述成型模具上部设有主进料孔,所述主进料口左右分别设有副进料孔。
进一步地,所述成型模具内部型腔通过所述隔板和所述模具出口之间的间隙进行相互连通。
进一步地,所述隔板和所述成型模具进行固定连接,所述隔板呈轴对称分布,所述隔板横截面呈圆锥形。
进一步地,所述主加料孔的长度大于所述副加料口的长度。
进一步地,所述主螺杆和所述副螺杆呈平行状态分别分布在所述主加热料筒和所述副加热料筒的内部,所述副螺杆呈轴对称分布。
本发明的一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置,有益效果是采用两个副加热挤压料筒,挤出部分物料,配合特殊结构成型模具。主加热挤出料筒的物料从主进料孔进入成型模具型腔,两个副加热挤压料筒的物料分别进入左右两个副进料孔,三部分物料彼此间隔独立成型,物料被挤压到模具出口时,由于隔板的顶部与模具出口留有的间隙作用,两边的物料中中间物料自然融合,形成一个整体,从模具出口处挤出,挤出的薄膜厚度均匀一致。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图1-图2,本发明提供一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置,包括成型模具1、主加热料筒2、副加热料筒3、隔板4和模具出口5,所述主加热料筒2和所述副加热料筒3位于所述成型模具1的内部,所述隔板4分别位于所述主加热料筒2和所述副加热料筒3内部的空腔内,所述模具出口5位于所述成型模具1的底部,所述隔板4的顶部与模具出口5留有间隙,所述主加热料筒2内部设有主螺杆6,所述副加热料筒3内部设有副螺杆7,所述成型模具1上部设有主进料孔8,所述主进料口8左右分别设有副进料孔9,所述成型模具1内部型腔通过所述隔板4和所述模具出口5之间的间隙进行相互连通,由于隔板的顶部与模具出口留有的间隙作用,两边的物料中中间物料自然融合,形成一个整体,从模具出口处挤出,挤出的薄膜厚度均匀一致。所述隔板4和所述成型模具1进行固定连接,所述隔板4呈轴对称分布,所述隔板4横截面呈圆锥形,在使用的时候提高物料输出的便捷性。所述主加料孔8的长度大于所述副加料口的长度,方便于进行加料。所述主螺杆6和所述副螺杆7呈平行状态分别分布在所述主加热料筒2和所述副加热料筒3的内部,所述副螺杆7呈轴对称分布,便于进行对物料挤压,提高工作效率和工作质量。
本发明所述的一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置通过采用两个副加热料筒3,挤出部分物料,配合特殊结构成型模具1,在使用的时候,主加热料筒2的物料从主进料孔8进入成型模具1型腔,两个副加热料筒3的物料分别进入左右两个副进料孔9,三部分物料彼此间隔独立成型,物料被挤压到模具出口5时,由于隔板4的顶部与模具出口5留有的间隙作用,两边的物料中中间物料自然融合,形成一个整体,从模具出口5处挤出,挤出的薄膜厚度均匀一致。
本发明的1成型模具、2主加热料筒、3副加热料筒、4隔板、5模具出口、6主螺杆、7副螺杆、8主进料孔、9副进料孔,部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,本发明解决的问题是一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置挤出的薄膜厚度不均匀不一致的问题。本发明通过采用两个副加热挤压料筒,挤出部分物料,配合特殊结构成型模具。在使用的时候,主加热挤出料筒的物料从主进料孔进入成型模具型腔,两个副加热挤压料筒的物料分别进入左右两个副进料孔,三部分物料彼此间隔独立成型,物料被挤压到模具出口时,由于隔板的顶部与模具出口留有的间隙作用,两边的物料中中间物料自然融合,形成一个整体,从模具出口处挤出,挤出的薄膜厚度均匀一致。

1.一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置,包括成型模具(1)、主加热料筒(2)、副加热料筒(3)、隔板(4)和模具出口(5),其特征在于:所述主加热料筒(2)和所述副加热料筒(3)位于所述成型模具(1)的内部,所述隔板(4)分别位于所述主加热料筒(2)和所述副加热料筒(3)内部的空腔内,所述模具出口(5)位于所述成型模具(1)的底部,所述隔板(4)的顶部与模具出口(5)留有间隙,所述主加热料筒(2)内部设有主螺杆(6),所述副加热料筒(3)内部设有副螺杆(7),所述成型模具(1)上部设有主进料孔(8),所述主进料口(8)左右分别设有副进料孔(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置,其特征在于:所述成型模具(1)内部型腔通过所述隔板(4)和所述模具出口(5)之间的间隙进行相互连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置,其特征在于:所述隔板(4)和所述成型模具(1)进行固定连接,所述隔板(4)呈轴对称分布,所述隔板(4)横截面呈圆锥形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置,其特征在于:所述主加料孔(8)的长度大于所述副加料口(9)的长度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能背板薄膜的挤出装置,其特征在于:所述主螺杆(6)和所述副螺杆(7)呈平行状态分别分布在所述主加热料筒(2)和所述副加热料筒(3)的内部,所述副螺杆(7)呈轴对称分布。
