【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种胶囊生产的技术领域，特别是一种卧式螺带胶囊粉料混合机的技术领域。
【背景技术】
在胶囊的生产过程中，需要对胶囊内多种成分的粉料进行均匀混合，为后续的加工工艺做准备。对混合机械的一般要求是，混合物的混合均匀度高，混合速度快；物料在容器内的残留量少，设备结构简单，坚固耐用，操作方便，便于检查、取样和清理。目前的一些卧式胶囊粉料混合机通常是直接加料、出料，缺乏一种加出料的输送设备，导致混合机内粉料的量不稳定，影响了混合的效果，并且筒体内采用的混合叶片工作效率较低，也导致混合不够均匀。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种卧式螺带胶囊粉料混合机，具有进出料输送装置，方便控制混合筒体内的粉料量，并且采用混合能力强的螺带，提高混合均匀水平。
为实现上述目的，本发明提出了一种卧式螺带胶囊粉料混合机，包括混合筒体、进料头、出料尾、进料口、出料口、筒体轴、若干送料叶片、螺旋环带、支撑座，所述混合筒体为卧式圆筒形结构，所述进料头和出料尾固定设置，所述混合筒体固定在进料头和出料尾之间，所述混合筒体中央轴向有筒体轴，所述筒体轴上设有螺旋环带，所述进料头顶部设有进料口，所述出料尾底部设有出料口，所述进料头和出料口内设有若干送料叶片，所述支撑座支撑并固定进料头、出料尾和混合筒体。
作为优选，所述进料头和出料尾内的若干送料叶片均匀、倾斜地设置在筒体轴上，且每一送料叶片的长度和宽度相同。
作为优选，所述筒体轴一端由转动轴承固定并与电机连接，通过电机驱动带动螺旋环带和送料叶片同轴转动。
作为优选，所述进料口和出料口的开口处分别设有前盖板和后盖板。
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过一种卧式螺带胶囊粉料混合机，其中进料头和出料尾内设有若干送料叶片，能够方便及时地向混合机内输送粉料，提高工作效率，防止发生阻塞；混合筒体内选用混合力强的螺旋环带进行混合，增强了流动性，避免一些附着性强、凝聚性高的粉料在混合筒体内发生结块、固着等情况，使混合得到的物料混合均匀、品质好，并且适合大批量、连续化生产。

参阅图1，本发明一种卧式螺带胶囊粉料混合机，包括混合筒体1、进料头2、出料尾3、进料口4、出料口5、筒体轴6、若干送料叶片7、螺旋环带8、支撑座9，所述混合筒体1为卧式圆筒形结构，所述进料头2和出料尾3固定设置，所述混合筒体1固定在进料头2和出料尾3之间，所述混合筒体1中央轴向有筒体轴6，所述筒体轴6上设有螺旋环带8，所述进料头2顶部设有进料口4，所述出料尾3底部设有出料口5，所述进料头2和出料口5内设有若干送料叶片7，所述支撑座9支撑并固定进料头2、出料尾3和混合筒体1，所述进料头2和出料尾3内的若干送料叶片7均匀、倾斜地设置在筒体轴6上，且每一送料叶片7的长度和宽度相同，所述筒体轴6一端由转动轴承固定并与电机10连接，通过电机10驱动带动螺旋环带8和送料叶片7同轴转动，所述进料口4和出料口5的开口处分别设有前盖板41和后盖板51。
本发明工作过程：
本发明一种卧式螺带胶囊粉料混合机在工作过程中，启动电机10，筒体轴6在电机10驱动下带动螺旋环带8和送料叶片7同轴转动，粉料通过进料头2顶部的进料口4加入，送料叶片7输送粉料进入混合筒体1，螺旋环带8高速转动将各粉料进行混合，混合粉料从出料尾3底部的出料口5输出，进料口4和出料口5的开口处分别设有前盖板41和后盖板51，可在非操作时间闭合，防止尘埃和杂物进入混合机机体内。

1.一种卧式螺带胶囊粉料混合机，其特征在于：包括混合筒体(1)、进料头(2)、出料尾(3)、进料口(4)、出料口(5)、筒体轴(6)、若干送料叶片(7)、螺旋环带(8)、支撑座(9)，所述混合筒体(1)为卧式圆筒形结构，所述进料头(2)和出料尾(3)固定设置，所述混合筒体(1)固定在进料头(2)和出料尾(3)之间，所述混合筒体(1)中央轴向有筒体轴(6)，所述筒体轴(6)上设有螺旋环带(8)，所述进料头(2)顶部设有进料口(4)，所述出料尾(3)底部设有出料口(5)，所述进料头(2)和出料口(5)内设有若干送料叶片(7)，所述支撑座(9)支撑并固定进料头(2)、出料尾(3)和混合筒体(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种卧式螺带胶囊粉料混合机，其特征在于：所述进料头(2)和出料尾(3)内的若干送料叶片(7)均匀、倾斜地设置在筒体轴(6)上，且每一送料叶片(7)的长度和宽度相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种卧式螺带胶囊粉料混合机，其特征在于：所述筒体轴(6)一端由转动轴承固定并与电机(10)连接，通过电机(10)驱动带动螺旋环带(8)和送料叶片(7)同轴转动。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的一种卧式螺带胶囊粉料混合机，其特征在于：所述进料口(4)和出料口(5)的开口处分别设有前盖板(41)和后盖板(51)。
