治疗高尿酸的药物主要是一些排尿酸的药物,主要是苯磺唑酮、羧苯磺胺等,这些西药都有严重的毒副作用,而且只能治标,无法治愈!治疗慢性肾病的他汀类药物不仅有严重的毒副作用,而且只能延缓慢性肾脏病的进展。中医系统干预综合治疗慢性肾脏病也没有明显的效果!尿毒症的治疗也只能是透析来勉强维持生命!
以药食两用品种沙棘鲜浆、沙棘叶提取液、蒲公英提取液、余甘子提取液、苦荞麦提取液配伍制成的沙棘复方口服液降尿酸、干预慢性肾脏病及尿毒症产品尚属空白。
本发明的目的,在于提供一种降低尿酸、干预慢性肾脏病及尿毒症的沙棘复方口服液产品及其制作方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明药食两用品种食疗产品“沙棘复方口服液”是由:沙棘鲜浆、沙棘叶、蒲公英、余甘子、苦荞麦组成。
本发明降尿酸、干预慢性肾脏病及尿毒症的药食两用食疗产品“沙棘复方口服液”由以下重量份数的药食两用品种组成:沙棘浓缩浆35-70,沙棘叶提取液10-30,蒲公英提取液10-30,余甘子提取液8-30,苦荞麦提取液7-30。
本发明配方中的沙棘浓缩浆主要含有多种维生素、氨基酸、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素、有机酸、多糖类、黄酮类、脂肪酸、甾醇类、三萜类及多种必要微量元素等多种活性物质。现代药理学研究证实,沙棘浓缩浆具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗炎、抗突变、降血脂、降血粘、降血糖、抗心律失常、抗凝血、抑制血小板聚集、抗缺血、抗辐射、脑缺血保护、解重金属毒、保护肝脏、预防癌症等广泛的保健药理作用。沙棘叶主要含有多种维生素、蛋白质、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素、多糖类、黄酮类、SOD、多酚类、科罗索酸及多种微量元素等多种活性物质。沙棘叶提取物具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗突变、降血脂、降血糖、抗心律失常、抗凝血、抗心肌缺血、抑制血小板聚集、脑缺血保护、抗炎、抗辐射、解重金属毒、保护肝脏、抗肝硬化、消除亚硝酸盐、预防癌症等广泛的保健药理作用。蒲公英富含多种维生素、胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素、多糖类、黄酮类、甾醇类、有机酸、胆碱、蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、蒲公英苦素及多种微量元素等多种活性成分。现代药理学证实,蒲公英活性成分具有增强免疫力、抗突变、抗炎抑菌、降血脂、降血糖、保护肝脏、抗胃溃疡、增强胃肠动力、润肠通便、解食毒等广泛的保健药理作用。余甘子提取物富含多种维生素、多种氨基酸、有机酸、蛋白质、多糖类、黄酮类、SOD、生物碱、单宁、鞣质、矿物质及多种必要的微量元素等活性成分。现代药理学证实,余甘子提取物具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗菌抗炎、降血脂、降血压、降血糖、抗衰老、抗癌、保肝肾、、解重金属毒等广泛的保健药理作用。苦荞麦富含多种维生素、蛋白质、纤维素、生物类黄酮、富含钙、磷、钾、铁、铜、锌、镁、锰、硒等多种矿物质及微量元素。具有降血脂、降血压、降血糖、软化血管、特别是苦荞中含有其它谷类作物缺乏的硒,硒在人体内与金属相结合形成一种不稳定的“金属-硒-蛋白”复合物,有助于排解人体中的有毒物质(如铅、汞、镐等毒素)。本方五味合用,形成活性成分群,其共同叠加效应起到更有效的降尿酸、干预慢性肾脏病及尿毒症的作用。特别是该产品能有效降尿酸而预防高尿酸血症的发生,预防慢性肾脏病的发生。
本发明所述降尿酸、干预慢性肾脏病及尿毒症的药食两用品种“沙棘复方口服液”制备方法,步骤如下:
1、按比例称取各品种;
2、制备沙棘浓缩浆:将超高温瞬时灭菌后的沙棘鲜浆,采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的沙棘浓缩浆;
3、制备沙棘叶提取液:沙棘叶破碎至10-40目;10-20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;15-50℃常温闪式提取法提取0.2~0.5小时,提取2次,300目过滤;滤液高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液;
4、制备蒲公英提取液:沙棘叶破碎至10-40目;10-20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;15-50℃常温闪式提取法提取0.2~0.5小时,提取2次,300目过滤;滤液高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液;
5、制备余甘子提取液:沙棘叶破碎至10-40目;10-20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;15-50℃常温闪式提取法提取0.2~0.5小时,提取2次,300目过滤;滤液高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液;
6、制备苦荞麦提取液:沙棘叶破碎至10-40目;10-20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;15-50℃常温闪式提取法提取0.2~0.5小时,提取2次,300目过滤;滤液高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液;
7、沙棘复方口服液制备:将沙棘浓缩浆、沙棘叶提取液、蒲公英提取液、余甘子提取液、苦荞麦提取液混合均匀,制成降尿酸、干预肾脏病及尿毒症的食疗产品“沙棘复方口服液”,也可制成浓缩丸、颗粒剂、粉剂。
本发明的有益结果:
1、本发明配方全为药食两用品种,确保了产品的安全性,可以长期服用,无毒副作用。
2、本发明“沙棘复方口服液”不仅能降尿酸、有效干预肾脏病及尿毒症加重,而且能有效预防高尿酸血症的发生,预防肾脏病的发生。
3、本发明“沙棘复方口服液”产品制备方法采用了高新技术常温闪式提取技术,低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩技术,提取,浓缩温度低、时间短、不仅大大提高了产品的生物活性,而且节能环保,大大降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
(1)、按比例称取各品种:沙棘浓缩浆240公斤,沙棘叶35公斤,蒲公英33公斤,余甘子22公斤,苦荞麦20公斤。
(2)制备沙棘叶提取液:将35公斤沙棘叶破碎至20-40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;40℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;滤渣加10倍纯水,40℃闪式提取0.2小时,过滤;合并两次滤液,超高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液45℃负压(-0.095MPa)热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液50公斤;
(3)制备蒲公英提取液:将33公斤沙棘叶破碎至20-40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;40℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;滤渣加10倍纯水,40℃闪式提取0.2小时,过滤;合并两次滤液,超高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液45℃负压(-0.095MPa)热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液45公斤;
(4)制备余甘子提取液:将22公斤沙棘叶破碎至20-40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;40℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;滤渣加10倍纯水,40℃闪式提取0.2小时,过滤;合并两次滤液,超高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液45℃负压(-0.095MPa)热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液35公斤;
(5)制备苦荞麦提取液:将20公斤沙棘叶破碎至20-40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;40℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;滤渣加10倍纯水,40℃闪式提取0.2小时,过滤;合并两次滤液,超高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液45℃负压(-0.095MPa)热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液30公斤;
(6)沙棘复方口服液制备:将沙棘浓缩浆240公斤、沙棘叶提取液50公斤、蒲公英提取液45公斤、余甘子提取液35公斤、苦荞麦提取液30公斤混合均匀,罐装50毫升的口服液,理论产量8000支。检验,成品。待用。制成降尿酸、干预肾脏病及尿毒症的食疗产品“沙棘复方口服液”。
(7)服用剂量及方法:
每次1支,每日2次。
实施例2:
(1)按比例称取各品种:沙棘浓缩浆500公斤,沙棘叶80公斤,蒲公英78公斤,余甘子70公斤,苦荞麦65公斤。
(2)制备沙棘叶提取液:将80公斤沙棘叶破碎至20-40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;40℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;滤渣加10倍纯水,40℃闪式提取0.2小时,过滤;合并两次滤液,超高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液45℃负压(-0.095MPa)热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液130公斤;
(3)制备蒲公英提取液:将78公斤沙棘叶破碎至20-40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;40℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;滤渣加10倍纯水,40℃闪式提取0.2小时,过滤;合并两次滤液,超高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液45℃负压(-0.095MPa)热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液128公斤;
(4)制备余甘子提取液:将70公斤沙棘叶破碎至20-40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;40℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;滤渣加10倍纯水,40℃闪式提取0.2小时,过滤;合并两次滤液,超高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液45℃负压(-0.095MPa)热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液122公斤;
(5)制备苦荞麦提取液:将65公斤沙棘叶破碎至20-40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;40℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;滤渣加10倍纯水,40℃闪式提取0.2小时,过滤;合并两次滤液,超高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液45℃负压(-0.095MPa)热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液120公斤;
(6)沙棘复方口服液制备:将沙棘浓缩浆500公斤、沙棘叶提取液130公斤、蒲公英提取液128公斤、余甘子提取液122公斤、苦荞麦提取液120公斤混合均匀,罐装50毫升的口服液,理论产量20000支。检验,成品。待用。制成降尿酸、干预肾脏病及尿毒症的食疗产品“沙棘复方口服液”。
(7)服用剂量及方法:
每次1支,每日2次。
Claims (3)
1.一种降尿酸、干预肾脏病及尿毒症的沙棘复方制剂及制备方法,其特征在于由以下品种组成:沙棘鲜浆、沙棘叶、蒲公英、余甘子、苦荞麦,其提取物重量份数组成为:沙棘浓缩浆35-70,沙棘叶提取物10-30,蒲公英提取物10-30,余甘子提取液8-30,苦荞麦提取液7-30;
(1)、制备沙棘浓缩浆:将超高温瞬时灭菌后的沙棘鲜浆,采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的沙棘浓缩浆;
(2)、制备沙棘叶提取液:沙棘叶破碎至10-40目;10-20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;15-50℃常温闪式提取法提取0.2~0.5小时,提取2次,300目过滤;滤液高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液;
(3)、制备蒲公英提取液:蒲公英破碎至10-40目;10-20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;15-50℃常温闪式提取法提取0.2~0.5小时,提取2次,300目过滤;滤液高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液;
(4)、制备余甘子提取液:余甘子破碎至10-40目;10-20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;15-50℃常温闪式提取法提取0.2~0.5小时,提取2次,300目过滤;滤液高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液;
(5)、制备苦荞麦提取液:苦荞麦破碎至10-40目;10-20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;15-50℃常温闪式提取法提取0.2~0.5小时,提取2次,300目过滤;滤液高温瞬时灭菌;灭菌滤液采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于18%的浓缩液;
(6)、沙棘复方口服液制备:将沙棘浓缩浆、沙棘叶提取液、蒲公英提取液、余甘子提取液、苦荞麦提取液混合均匀,制成降尿酸、干预肾脏病及尿毒症的食疗产品50毫升沙棘复方口服液。
2.根据权利要求1所述降尿酸、干预肾脏病及尿毒症的沙棘复方制剂,其特征在于:生产工艺采取15-50℃常温闪式提取法提取;采用低温(50℃以下)负压(-0.095MPa以上)闭环式热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩提取液。
3.根据权利要求1所述降尿酸、干预肾脏病及尿毒症的沙棘复方制剂食疗产品可制成各种剂型,包括浓缩丸、颗粒剂、粉剂等。
