本发明涉及机体降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖,为其而专门研制药食两用品种沙棘叶提取物、沙棘果皮提取物、黄精提取物、牛蒡根提取物及苦丁茶提取物配伍制成的沙棘叶五味丸。
背景技术:
目前,最威胁国民健康的是心脑血管病、癌症与糖尿病。随着社会的发展,国民生活水平的提高,糖尿病的发病率日益呈上升的趋势!2015年的数据显示,国民中糖尿病人群已突破1亿,餐后血糖异常人群已达4.9亿。胰岛素的治疗虽然使糖尿病急性并发症明显减少,但死于慢性合并症,如心血管病、肾病等的人群仍居高不下。糖尿病人要控制血糖,需要终身服药,这些化学合成药长期服用,势必损害肝肾,形势是严峻的。而中医药对糖尿病也无明显的干预作用。为此,寻找有效干预糖尿病的发生与预防糖尿病加重的药物和方法是一件十分棘手的事情。
以药食两用品种沙棘叶提取物、沙棘果皮提取物、黄精提取物、牛蒡根提取物及苦丁茶提取物配伍制成有降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的沙棘叶五味丸尚属空白。
发明目的:
本发明的目的,在于提供一种有效降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的“沙棘叶五味丸”产品及其制作方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明药食两用品种“沙棘叶五味丸”是由:沙棘叶、沙棘果皮、黄精、牛蒡根、苦丁茶组成。
本发明降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的药食两用“沙棘叶五味丸”产品,由以下重量份数的药食两用品种组成:沙棘叶提取物10~30,沙棘果皮提取物8~30,黄精提取物20~35,牛蒡根提取物10~25,苦丁茶提取物8~20。
本发明配方中沙棘叶主要含有多种维生素、蛋白质、氨基酸、多糖类、黄酮类、胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素、SOD及多种微量元素等多种生物活性物质。现代药理学研究证实,沙棘叶提取物具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗突变、降血脂、降血粘、降血糖、抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血、抗凝血、抑制血小板聚集、脑缺血保护、抗辐射、保肝护肝、润肠通便、清除亚硝酸盐、解重金属毒、预防癌症等广泛的保健药理作用。沙棘果皮是沙棘鲜果榨出果汁、祛除种籽后的剩余部分,是沙棘果外皮和果肉的混合物。其富含多种维生素、多种氨基酸、胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素、多糖类、多酚类化合物、黄酮类化合物、甾醇类化合物、萜类化合物、多种微量元素等多种生物活性成分。具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、降血脂、降血粘、降血糖、降低心肌耗氧、增加心肌供血、加强心脏功能、保肝护肝等广泛的保健药理作用。黄精富含多种维生素、胡萝卜素、多糖类、低聚糖、黄精皂甙等活性成分。具有增强免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等多种保健药理作用。牛蒡根富含多种维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、多糖类、木质素、甾醇、牛蒡酚、牛蒡甙、多种微量元素等多种生物活性成分。现代药理学研究证实,牛蒡根具有清肠通便、降血脂、降血糖、降血压、保护修复血管内皮、抗肿瘤、吸附清除重金属作用。苦丁茶富含多种维生素、氨基酸、单宁酸、多酚类、黄酮类、苦丁皂甙、熊果酸、多种微量元素等多种生物活性成分。药理学研究证实,苦丁茶具有增强免疫力、降血脂、降血压、降血糖、增加冠脉血流量、增加心肌供血、抗动脉粥样硬化等广泛的保健药理作用。本方五药合用,形成活性成分群,其共同叠加效应起到更有效的降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的作用,真正起到预防糖尿病发生与预防糖尿病加重的作用。
本发明所述降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的药食两用品种“沙棘叶五味丸”制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)、按比例称取各药物;
(2)、制备沙棘叶提取物:沙棘叶破碎至20~40目;10~20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;50~90℃闪式提取法提取0.3~1小时,提取2次;过滤;滤液采用低温负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物25~40%的浓缩液;浓缩液采用喷粉装置喷粉制成120目以上的沙棘叶提取物粉剂。
(3)、制备沙棘果皮提取物:沙棘果皮用10~20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;50~90℃闪式提取法提取0.3~1小时,提取2次;过滤;滤液采用低温负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物25~40%的浓缩液;浓缩液采用喷粉装置喷粉制成120目以上的沙棘果皮提取物粉剂。
(4)、制备黄精提取物:黄精破碎至20~40目;10~20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;50~90℃闪式提取法提取0.3~1小时,提取2次;过滤;滤液采用低温负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物25~40%的浓缩液;浓缩液采用喷粉装置喷粉制成120目以上的黄精提取物粉剂。
(5)、制备牛蒡根提取物:牛蒡根破碎至20~40目;10~20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;50~90℃闪式提取法提取0.3~1小时,提取2次;过滤;滤液采用低温负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物25~40%的浓缩液;浓缩液采用喷粉装置喷粉制成120目以上的牛蒡根提取物粉剂。
(6)、制备苦丁茶提取物:苦丁茶破碎至20~40目;10~20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;50~90℃闪式提取法提取0.3~1小时,提取2次;过滤;滤液采用低温负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物25~40%的浓缩液;浓缩液采用喷粉装置喷粉制成120目以上的苦丁茶提取物粉剂。
(7)、将沙棘叶提取物粉、沙棘果皮提取物粉、黄精提取物粉、牛蒡根提取物粉、苦丁茶提取物粉及常规辅料混合均匀,制成降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的沙棘叶五味复方的各种制剂,包括浓缩丸、颗粒剂、散剂,也可制成口服液剂型。
本发明的有益结果:
(1)、本发明配方全为药食两用品种,确保了产品的安全性,可以长期服用,无毒副作用。
(2)、本发明“沙棘叶五味丸”不仅能有效降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖,而且能有效预防糖尿病的并发症发生,预防糖尿病并发症的加重。
(3)、本发明“沙棘叶五味丸”产品制备方法采用了高新技术闪式提取技术、低温负压热泵蒸发浓缩技术,提取浓缩温度低、时间缩短,大大提高了产品的生物活性。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
(1)、按比例称取各药物:沙棘叶30公斤、沙棘果皮43公斤、黄精48公斤、牛蒡根30公斤、苦丁茶42公斤。
(2)、制备沙棘叶提取物:将30公斤沙棘叶破碎至20~40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时;80℃闪式提取法提取0.5小时,过滤,滤渣用10倍纯水,80℃闪式提取法提取0.4小时,过滤;合并两次滤液50℃负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于35%的浓缩液;浓缩液喷粉得120目以上的沙棘叶提取物粉剂7.5公斤。
(3)、制备沙棘果皮提取物:将43公斤沙棘果皮用20倍纯水浸泡1小时;80℃闪式提取法提取0.5小时,过滤,滤渣用10倍纯水,80℃闪式提取法提取0.4小时,过滤;合并两次滤液50℃负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于35%的浓缩液;浓缩液喷粉得120目以上的沙棘叶提取物粉剂4.5公斤。
(4)、制备黄精提取物:将48公斤黄精破碎至20~40目;用15倍纯水浸泡1小时;80℃闪式提取法提取0.5小时,过滤,滤渣用10倍纯水,80℃闪式提取法提取0.4小时,过滤;合并两次滤液50℃负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于35%的浓缩液;浓缩液喷粉得120目以上的黄精提取物粉剂16公斤。
(5)、制备牛蒡根提取物:将30公斤牛蒡根破碎至20~40目;用15倍纯水浸泡1小时;80℃闪式提取法提取0.5小时,过滤,滤渣用10倍纯水,80℃闪式提取法提取0.4小时,过滤;合并两次滤液50℃负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于35%的浓缩液;浓缩液喷粉得120目以上的牛蒡根提取物粉剂7.5公斤。
(6)、制备苦丁茶提取物:将42公斤苦丁茶破碎至20~40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时;80℃闪式提取法提取0.5小时,过滤,滤渣用10倍纯水,80℃闪式提取法提取0.4小时,过滤;合并两次滤液50℃负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于35%的浓缩液;浓缩液喷粉得120目以上的苦丁茶提取物粉剂6公斤。
(7)、浓缩丸制备:将7.5公斤沙棘叶提取物粉、4.5公斤沙棘果皮提取物粉、16公斤黄精提取物粉、7.5公斤牛蒡根提取物粉、6公斤苦丁茶提取物粉、13.5公斤淀粉加入粉料高效混合机混制45分钟,将混合均匀的粉料加入搅拌混合机中,逐步喷入纯水,将粉料和水搅拌揉制成软材,将软材加入浓缩丸制丸机制丸、整丸、低温干燥、检丸、包装。每袋5.5克。其理论产量为10500袋。检验,成品。待用。制成降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的”沙棘叶五味丸”。
(8)、服用剂量及方法:
每次1袋,每日2次。
实施例2:
(1)、按比例称取各药物:沙棘叶45公斤、沙棘果皮70公斤、黄精70公斤、牛蒡根42公斤、苦丁茶60公斤。
(2)、制备沙棘叶提取物:将45公斤沙棘叶破碎至20~40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时;75℃闪式提取法提取0.5小时,过滤,滤渣用10倍纯水,75℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;合并两次滤液55℃负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于30%的浓缩液;浓缩液喷粉得120目以上的沙棘叶提取物粉剂11.5公斤。
(3)、制备沙棘果皮提取物:将70公斤沙棘果皮用20倍纯水浸泡1小时;75℃闪式提取法提取0.5小时,过滤,滤渣用10倍纯水,75℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;合并两次滤液55℃负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于30%的浓缩液;浓缩液喷粉得120目以上的沙棘果皮提取物粉剂9公斤。
(4)、制备黄精提取物:将70公斤黄精破碎至20~40目;用15倍纯水浸泡1小时;75℃闪式提取法提取0.5小时,过滤,滤渣用10倍纯水,75℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;合并两次滤液55℃负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于30%的浓缩液;浓缩液喷粉得120目以上的黄精提取物粉剂23公斤。
(5)、制备牛蒡根提取物:将42公斤牛蒡根破碎至20~40目;用15倍纯水浸泡1小时;75℃闪式提取法提取0.5小时,过滤,滤渣用10倍纯水,75℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;合并两次滤液55℃负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于30%的浓缩液;浓缩液喷粉得120目以上的牛蒡根提取物粉剂10公斤。
(6)、制备苦丁茶提取物:将60公斤苦丁茶破碎至20~40目;用20倍纯水浸泡1小时;75℃闪式提取法提取0.5小时,过滤,滤渣用10倍纯水,75℃闪式提取法提取0.3小时,过滤;合并两次滤液55℃负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物大于30%的浓缩液;浓缩液喷粉得120目以上的苦丁茶提取物粉剂9.5公斤。
(7)、浓缩丸制备:将11.5公斤沙棘叶提取物粉、9公斤沙棘果皮提取物粉、23公斤黄精提取物粉、10公斤牛蒡根提取物粉、9.5公斤苦丁茶提取物粉、19公斤淀粉加入粉料高效混合机混制45分钟,将混合均匀的粉料加入搅拌混合机中,逐步喷入纯水,将粉料和水搅拌揉制成软材,将软材加入浓缩丸制丸机制丸、整丸、低温干燥、检丸、包装。每袋5.5克。其理论产量为15600袋。检验,成品。待用。制成降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的“沙棘叶五味丸”。
(8)、服用剂量及方法:
每次1袋,每日2次。
Claims (3)
1.一种有效降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的“沙棘叶五味丸”产品,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的药食两用品种组成:沙棘叶提取物10~30,沙棘果皮提取物8~30,黄精提取物20~35,牛蒡根提取物10~25,苦丁茶提取物8~20。制成浓缩丸,或粉剂、颗粒剂、口服液。
2.由权利要求1所述的一种有效降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的“沙棘叶五味丸”产品,其特征在于:各品种提取物制取采用纯水和乙醇溶液作为溶剂。
3.由权利要求1所述的一种有效降低空腹血糖及餐后血糖的“沙棘叶五味丸”产品,其特征在于:各品种提取物制取采用低温闪式提取技术、低温负压热泵蒸发浓缩技术等生产工艺。
