Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物，按重量份数计，所述组合物的主要原料为：魔芋精粉40~50份、口蘑20~30份、牛肝菌15~20份、白背三七10~15份、翻白草10~13份、北豆根6~9份、防汉己6~9份、玉竹4~6份、蒺藜3~4份、黄毛楤木3~5份、潺槁树根5~7份、沙蓬3~5份、番茄红素1~2份、苦瓜皂甙0.5~1.5份、柑橘皮黄酮0.5~1份、木糖醇1~2份和L‑阿拉伯糖1~2份。本发明利用中药之间各组分的协同作用，同时起到了降血糖和降血压的功效，并且食用安全，没有任何毒副作用，可以长期食用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于保健食品领域，具体涉及一种用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物。
背景技术
随着人们水平的提高，人们的生活节奏也越来越快，并且由于工作压力等，造成了现代人生活不规律、缺乏运动，此外，快餐行业的快速发展，也使得现代人饮食越来越趋于不健康化，这些都成为了糖尿病和高血压并发的诱因，并且有越来越年轻化的趋势。糖尿病和高血压作为危及人类健康和生命的两种常见慢性病，二者的关系很复杂，常同时存在。
由于糖尿病和高血压为慢性疾病，治疗周期长，长期服用西药，不仅价格昂贵，而且副作用比较大，患者不仅长期忍受着头晕、疲乏、心悸的折磨，而且血压居高不下，对心脑肾的伤害日趋严重，患者面临着心肌梗死、脑中风、肾衰竭的危险。因此，需要一种能起到较好的预防和治疗作用，而且无副作用，可以长期食用的药物或食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术不足，提供一种用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物。本发明利用中药之间各组分的协同作用，同时起到了降血糖和降血压的功效，并且食用安全，没有任何毒副作用，可以长期食用。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物，按重量份数计，所述组合物的主要原料为：魔芋精粉40~50份、口蘑20~30份、牛肝菌15~20份、白背三七10~15份、翻白草10~13份、北豆根6~9份、防汉己6~9份、玉竹4~6份、蒺藜3~4份、黄毛楤木3~5份、潺槁树根5~7份、沙蓬3~5份、番茄红素1~2份、苦瓜皂甙0.5~1.5份、柑橘皮黄酮0.5~1份、木糖醇1~2份和L-阿拉伯糖1~2份。
优选的，一种用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物，按重量份数计，所述组合物的主要原料为：魔芋精粉45份、口蘑25份、牛肝菌18份、白背三七12份、翻白草11份、北豆根8份、防汉己8份、玉竹5份、蒺藜3份、黄毛楤木4份、潺槁树根6份、沙蓬4份、番茄红素1份、苦瓜皂甙1份、柑橘皮黄酮0.7份、木糖醇1.5份和L-阿拉伯糖1.5份。
如上所述的用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物，可添加到食品中，制成健康食品。
本发明的有益效果在于：
（1）本发明的组合物在具有降血糖功效的魔芋精粉中加入了中药成分，利用中药之间各组分的协同作用，同时起到了降血糖和降血压的功效，并且食用安全，没有任何毒副作用，可以长期食用；
（2）本发明加入了口蘑和牛肝菌，利用这两种菌类所含有的具有调节功能的维生素和矿物质元素，参与体内糖代谢，降低血糖，并能调节血脂，降低血液黏稠度；此外，口蘑和牛肝菌种所含有的微量元素铬，是与胰岛素配合的因子之一，可促进机体糖代谢的正常运行；此外，口蘑和牛肝菌还能补充糖尿病、高血压患者所缺少的维生素D，预防骨质疏松。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明，但本发明不仅仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物，按重量份数计，所述组合物的主要原料为：魔芋精粉40份、口蘑20份、牛肝菌15份、白背三七10份、翻白草10份、北豆根6份、防汉己6份、玉竹4份、蒺藜3份、黄毛楤木3份、潺槁树根5份、沙蓬3份、番茄红素1份、苦瓜皂甙0.5份、柑橘皮黄酮0.5份、木糖醇1份和L-阿拉伯糖1份。
实施例2
一种用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物，按重量份数计，所述组合物的主要原料为：魔芋精粉45份、口蘑25份、牛肝菌18份、白背三七12份、翻白草11份、北豆根8份、防汉己8份、玉竹5份、蒺藜3份、黄毛楤木4份、潺槁树根6份、沙蓬4份、番茄红素1份、苦瓜皂甙1份、柑橘皮黄酮0.7份、木糖醇1.5份和L-阿拉伯糖1.5份。
实施例3
一种用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物，按重量份数计，所述组合物的主要原料为：魔芋精粉50份、口蘑30份、牛肝菌20份、白背三七15份、翻白草13份、北豆根9份、防汉己9份、玉竹6份、蒺藜4份、黄毛楤木5份、潺槁树根7份、沙蓬5份、番茄红素2份、苦瓜皂甙1.5份、柑橘皮黄酮1份、木糖醇2份和L-阿拉伯糖2份。
上述实施例1-3所述的一种用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物，其制备方法如下：
（1）将白背三七、翻白草、北豆根、防汉己、玉竹、蒺藜、黄毛楤木、潺槁树根和沙蓬先用乙醇回流提取，收集醇提有效成分，将醇提后剩余的药渣用沸水提取，收集水提的有效成分，合并醇提和水提的有效成分并浓缩得浸膏，将所得浸膏喷雾干燥得中药复合粉末；
（2）将口蘑和牛肝菌洗净并晾干后进行超微粉碎，将所得粉末混合并辐照灭菌，得到复合菌粉；
（3）将魔芋精粉、步骤（1）制得的中药复合粉末、步骤（2）制得的复合菌粉、番茄红素、苦瓜皂甙、柑橘皮黄酮、木糖醇和L-阿拉伯糖混合均匀后，制得所述组合物。
利用现有成熟的工艺，将本发明制得的用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物添加到食品中，制成健康食品，改善血流状况，增强胰岛素反应，起到降低血糖和血压的作用。
一、药物毒性实验
将实施例1~实施例3得到的组合物进一步加入药用辅料然后用冲压装置压制成片，制得含片剂，每片0.3克。
急性经口毒性试验：该品按卫生部《化妆品卫生规范》 (2002年版 )“急性经口毒性试验中一次限量试验法”，一次经口给予小白鼠（体重18g～22g），30只，将获得的实施例1-3的含片剂分别用蒸馏水溶解，获得灌胃量20ml/kg，每个实施例经口分别给予10只小白鼠，观察 15 天，试验动物未发现中毒表现、无死亡，处死后解剖未明显异常，判断该品对小鼠急性经口毒性属实际无毒级。
二、效果测试
随机抽取90名同时患有糖尿病、高血压的患者，男40名，女50名，年龄30~55岁。服用由本发明组合物制得的含片剂，一日三次，持续6个月，对照组不服用本发明药物，结果如表1所示：

从表1可以看出，6个月后服用本发明的患者，其血糖含量平均值和血压平均值都回到了正常水平，其中实施例2的效果最好；而未服用药物的对照组的血糖含量和血压值仍然高于正常水平。由此可见，本发明的用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物能够改善血流状况，起到降低血糖和血压的作用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例，凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰，皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

1.一种用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物，其特征在于：按重量份数计，所述组合物的主要原料为：魔芋精粉40~50份、口蘑20~30份、牛肝菌15~20份、白背三七10~15份、翻白草10~13份、北豆根6~9份、防汉己6~9份、玉竹4~6份、蒺藜3~4份、黄毛楤木3~5份、潺槁树根5~7份、沙蓬3~5份、番茄红素1~2份、苦瓜皂甙0.5~1.5份、柑橘皮黄酮0.5~1份、木糖醇1~2份和L-阿拉伯糖1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物，其特征在于：按重量份数计，所述组合物的主要原料为：魔芋精粉45份、口蘑25份、牛肝菌18份、白背三七12份、翻白草11份、北豆根8份、防汉己8份、玉竹5份、蒺藜3份、黄毛楤木4份、潺槁树根6份、沙蓬4份、番茄红素1份、苦瓜皂甙1份、柑橘皮黄酮0.7份、木糖醇1.5份和L-阿拉伯糖1.5份。
3.一种如权利要求1-2所述的用于防治糖尿病和高血压的组合物的应用：其特征在于：所述组合物添加到食品中，制成健康食品。
