The folding gripper comprises a main shovel 7a and an auxiliary shovel 7b; the rear part of the main shovel 7a is connected and assembled with the support arm 9b1, a group of comb-shaped long through holes 7a1 are arranged on the main shovel 7a, the auxiliary shovel 7b is provided with comb teeth 7b1 corresponding to the long through holes 7a1 of the main shovel 7a, the comb teeth 7b1 are arranged in parallel, and the root part of the comb teeth 7b1 is hinged and connected below the middle section of the main shovel 7a through a rotating shaft; the swing rod driving part is connected with the rotating shaft of the auxiliary shovel 7b and drives the auxiliary shovel to rotate, so that the end parts of the comb teeth 7b1 synchronously overturn upwards to pass through the long through holes 7a1 to the upper part of the main shovel 7a and form a clamp shape with the front section of the main shovel 7 a; the swing rod driving part of the swing rod mechanism with the turntable structure adopts four stepping motors to respectively control the support arm 9b1 (swing rod), the turntable and the auxiliary shovel to rotate (wherein the auxiliary shovel rotating shaft is connected with the stepping motor through a belt), and the sliding seat slides along the guide rail.
The folding clamping device is also provided with a push mechanism for pushing food on the main shovel down the shovel body, the push mechanism consists of a telescopic push rod 10a and a contact 10b, the rear end of the telescopic push rod 10a is fixed on the support arm 9b1, and the front end of the telescopic push rod 10a is fixedly connected with the contact 10b and points to the front end of the main shovel. The telescopic push rod 10a is driven by a hydraulic push rod, and the hydraulic push rod can also be directly used for replacing the telescopic push rod 10a to be connected with the contact 10b.
The brush head 8a of the cleaner is arranged on the operation table surface 3 in a swinging way through the supporting rod 8b and is connected with the driving part of the cleaner; the driving part of the cleaner adopts a stepping motor to drive the supporting rod and the brush head 8a to swing in the horizontal plane to scrape the surface of the griddle 4.
The working process of the device is described in detail below:
(1) Starting a heating device, driving a crown block type charging barrel travelling mechanism by a charging barrel travelling driving part, firstly placing a liquid charging barrel containing batter above the center of a griddle, and pushing a piston by a charging driving part (a hydraulic push rod) to extrude the batter out of the barrel when the griddle is heated to a preset temperature, and falling into the center of the griddle;
(2) The hydraulic push rod of the scraping blade swing rod mechanism extends out and controls the telescopic rod through the stepping motor, the scraping blade is sent to and falls on the far end of the center of the griddle, a gap (cake skin thickness) is reserved between the lower edge of the scraping blade and the griddle, the griddle driving part is started to drive the griddle to horizontally rotate, meanwhile, the hydraulic push rod is used for recovering and pulling the scraping blade to horizontally move towards the edge of the griddle along the radius direction of the griddle, as the inclined surface of the scraping blade forms an included angle of 20-60 degrees with the griddle surface and the main body of the scraping blade forms an acute angle of 10-60 degrees with the movement path of the scraping blade, the batter is ensured to be gradually and outwards coated on the surface of the griddle along with the scraping blade from the center of the griddle, the phenomenon of broken holes or uneven coating cannot occur, and the telescopic rod is lifted to finish batter coating;
(3) After the batter is heated to form a cake crust, according to personal taste or preset value, the overhead travelling crane type charging barrel travelling mechanism conveys a liquid auxiliary material barrel (a liquid charging barrel for containing eggs and sauce) to the upper part of the griddle, and the charging driving part sprays auxiliary materials such as egg liquid and/or extrusion sauce to the cake crust under the control of the control circuit, and the griddle is rotationally matched while spraying the liquid auxiliary materials;
(4) According to personal tastes or preset values, the overhead travelling crane type charging barrel travelling mechanism conveys the crushed aggregates barrels, the crisp cake charging barrels and/or the ham slitting barrels which contain the solid auxiliary materials to the upper part of the griddle, and the charging driving part charges corresponding auxiliary materials under the control of the control circuit, and the griddle is matched with the solid auxiliary materials in a rotating way while charging the solid auxiliary materials;
(5) After the pancake is ripe, the griddle and the heating device are suspended, the pressing rod and the folding gripper are driven by the respective swing rod mechanisms to operate respectively, and the pancake is folded by coordination operation:
the swing rod mechanism of the pressing rod lowers the pressing rod, so that the pressing head is propped against the pancake on one side of the pressing rod, the pressing point D is in the I operation state in the figure 11, and the pancake is prevented from sliding along the surface of the griddle when the pancake crust is shoveled; the folding gripper swing rod mechanism directs the guide rail to the center of the griddle (the swing rod is directed to the center of the griddle), lowers the shovel body to the front end of the main shovel to contact the surface of the griddle, drives the fixing seat to approach the griddle to move along the guide rail, scoops one side of the pancake turner to the upper part of the main shovel, drives the auxiliary shovel to turn upwards to be in a pincer shape by the stepping motor (the swing rod driving part), turns the scooped pancake turner (pancake turner) to complete one-time folding of the operation I in fig. 11, and the folding gripper is retracted to the edge of the griddle and lifts the pressing rod;
(6) The griddle rotates 180 degrees, the pressing rod descends to enable the pressing head to be abutted to a folding position (a dotted line circle on the left side of an II operation state in fig. 11) of the pancake, and the folding clamp device repeats the folding actions of the main shovel and the auxiliary shovel in the step (5) to fold the pancake crust on the other side; the pressing rod is lifted, the auxiliary shovel is turned down and reset, the pressing rod extends forwards to abut against the second folding edge (the dotted line circle on the right side of the II operation state in fig. 11), the cake is prevented from being taken away when the main shovel is withdrawn, the folding gripper is retracted, and the second folding of the II operation in fig. 11 is completed;
(7) The griddle rotates 90 degrees, the pressing rod descends to enable the pressing head to press on the pancake (dotted line circle in III operation state in fig. 11) on the pressing rod side, the folding clamp extractor repeats the turning action of the main shovel and the auxiliary shovel in the step (5), three times of folding in III operation in fig. 11 are completed, and the pressing rod is lifted;
(8) The griddle rotates 180 degrees, the pressing rod descends to enable the pressing head to be abutted against a folded edge of the pancake (a dotted line circle in an IV operation state in fig. 11), the folding gripper cooperates with the main shovel and the auxiliary shovel to continuously fold twice, IV and V operations in fig. 11 are completed, and the pancake is folded for five times to form pancake fruits.
(9) The folding gripper is matched with the main shovel and the auxiliary shovel to clamp the pancake, the turntable rotates to enable the swing rod to swing transversely to leave the griddle, the swing rod is sent to the film pressing packaging system or the vending window, the auxiliary shovel is retracted, and the pushing mechanism pushes the pancake down the main shovel.
The folding gripper and the pressing rod can be matched for manufacturing other flour cake foods.
In the process, the heating device can automatically control the temperature according to preset parameters to prevent the cake crust from baking.
Because the preparation of the pancake is continuously finished, and the whole process simulates manual operation and precise feeding after the batter is scraped, the auxiliary materials are put in, the pancake is turned over (turned over) until the pancake is wrapped, the mouthfeel of the manual preparation is reduced to the maximum extent, and the ideal effect is achieved.
(10) After the pancake is made, the supporting rod 8b of the sweeper is driven by the stepping motor of the driving part of the sweeper to transversely swing, the sweeping brush 8a is moved to the surface of the griddle, and the sweeping brush is matched with the griddle to rotate so as to scrape the material residues on the surface of the griddle.

Claims (8)

1. An artificial automatic pancake machine comprises a frame, a power device, a heating device fixed in the frame and a control circuit; the power device and the heating device are electrically connected with the control circuit; the power device comprises a charging barrel walking driving part, a feeding driving part, a griddle driving part, a swinging rod driving part and a sweeper driving part;
the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises a crown block type charging barrel travelling mechanism, a liquid charging barrel, a solid charging barrel, a griddle (4), a scraping blade (5), a pressing rod (6), a folding gripper, a sweeper and a swing rod mechanism;
the crown block type charging barrel travelling mechanism comprises a first lifting rail (1 a), a front-back travelling frame (1 b), a left-right travelling frame (1 c) and a charging barrel lifting frame (1 d);
the first hanging rail (1 a) is horizontally fixed at the upper part of the frame, and a frame body of the front-back walking frame (1 b) is assembled on the first hanging rail (1 a) and controlled by the feed cylinder walking driving part to move along the first hanging rail (1 a); a second hanger rail (1 b 1) is arranged on the frame body of the front-back walking frame (1 b), and the left-right walking frame (1 c) is assembled on the second hanger rail (1 b 1) and driven by the charging barrel walking driving part to move along the second hanger rail (1 b 1); the charging barrel hanging bracket (1 d) is assembled at the lower part of the left-right walking frame (1 c); the liquid material cylinder and the solid material cylinder are hung on a material cylinder hanging bracket (1 d) and are respectively connected with a feeding driving part;
an operation table top (3) is arranged in the middle section of the frame, a rotatable griddle (4) is assembled in the center of the operation table top (3), and a griddle driving part is connected with the griddle (4) and drives the griddle to horizontally rotate; the heating device is fixed on the frame below the griddle (4);
the scraping blade (5), the pressing rod (6) and the folding gripper are respectively assembled on the operating table top (3) at the periphery of the griddle (4) through a swing rod mechanism; each swing rod mechanism is connected with the swing rod driving part respectively;
the swing rod mechanism adopts a telescopic rod body structure and/or a rotary table structure;
the swing rod mechanism of the telescopic rod body structure comprises a fixed seat (9 a 2) and a telescopic rod (9 a 1) serving as a swing rod, and the telescopic rod (9 a 1) is hinged with the fixed seat (9 a 2); the fixed seat (9 a 2) is fixedly connected or rotatably connected with the operation table top (3);
the swing rod mechanism of the turntable structure comprises a turntable (9 b 3), a guide rail, a sliding seat (9 b 2) and a support arm (9 b 1) serving as a swing rod; the sliding seat (9 b 2) is in sliding connection with the rotary table (9 b 3) through a guide rail, the support arm (9 b 1) is hinged with the sliding seat (9 b 2), and the rotary table (9 b 3) is in rotary connection with the operation table top (3);
the scraping blade (5), the pressing rod (6) and the folding gripper are driven by a swing rod of the swing rod mechanism to move up and down and horizontally respectively; the scraping blade (5) body and a horizontal moving path along the radius direction of the griddle are assembled at an acute angle;
the folding gripper comprises a main shovel (7 a) and a secondary shovel (7 b); the rear part of the main shovel (7 a) is connected and assembled with a swing rod of the swing rod mechanism, a group of comb-shaped long through holes (7 a 1) are arranged on the main shovel (7 a), comb teeth (7 b 1) corresponding to the long through holes (7 a 1) are arranged on the auxiliary shovel (7 b), the comb teeth (7 b 1) are arranged in parallel, and the root parts of the comb teeth are hinged below the middle section of the main shovel (7 a) through a rotating shaft; the swing rod driving part is connected with the auxiliary shovel (7 b) and drives the auxiliary shovel to rotate, so that the free end of each comb tooth (7 b 1) synchronously turns upwards to pass through the long through hole (7 a 1) to be above the main shovel (7 a) and form a clamping shape with the front section of the main shovel (7 a);
the brush head (8 a) of the cleaner is arranged on the operation table (3) in a swinging way through a supporting rod (8 b) and is connected with the cleaner driving part; the cleaner driving part drives the supporting rod and the brush head (8 a) to swing in the horizontal plane to scrape the surface of the griddle (4).

An artificial automatic pancake machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the scraping blade (5) forms an included angle of 20-60 degrees with the surface of the griddle (4); the included angle between the main body of the scraping blade (5) and the horizontal moving path of the scraping blade for scraping the paste along the radius direction of the griddle is 10-60 degrees.

An artificial automatic pancake machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the liquid material cylinder (2 a) is at least provided with a conical discharge hole (2 a 1), the end part of the discharge hole (2 a 1) is provided with a valve, a nozzle or a self-closing rubber sleeve opening, and a piston is arranged in the cylinder body of the liquid material cylinder (2 a); the valve or the nozzle is connected with a control circuit, and the piston ejector rod is connected with the feeding driving part.

An artificial automatic pancake machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the solid material cylinder is a cylindrical material crushing cylinder (2 b) with a sector-shaped notch in the section, and a material crushing outlet (2 b 1) which is laterally opened is arranged at the lower end of the side wall of the notch side of the material crushing cylinder (2 b); an impeller type poking wheel (2 b 2) corresponding to the position of the crushed aggregates outlet (2 b 1) is arranged in the cylinder, the included angle between the adjacent blades of the impeller type poking wheel (2 b 2) is the same as the sector-shaped concave unfilled angle of the cylinder, and the two adjacent blades are matched with the crushed aggregates outlet (2 b 1); the impeller type thumb wheel (2 b 2) is connected with the feeding driving part through a transmission shaft.

An artificial automatic pancake machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the solid state charging barrel is a crispy cake charging barrel (2 c) with a rectangular section, the lower ends of two opposite side walls of the crispy cake charging barrel (2 c) are respectively provided with a crispy cake outlet (2 c 1) and a push plate outlet which are corresponding in position, and an L-shaped push plate (2 c 2) is arranged in the crispy cake charging barrel (2 c); the vertical surface of the L-shaped push plate (2 c 2) is correspondingly matched with the crisp cake outlet (2 c 1), and the horizontal section is a supporting plate of the crisp cake and is matched with the push plate outlet; the feeding driving part is connected with an L-shaped push plate (2 c 2) and drives the L-shaped push plate to do horizontal reciprocating motion along the cylinder bottom through the push plate outlet.
