The following details the processing procedure of the device for making pancake fruit:

(4) The telescopic rotating rod of the second transmission mechanism is driven to enable the power gear of the second transmission mechanism to be matched with the main driving wheel of the liquid feed cylinder for controlling the egg liquid to be contained, the extruded quantitative egg liquid is sprayed on the cake crust, and the throwing mode of other liquid sauce materials is the same as that of the extrusion mode;
(5) Starting a lifting frame of the crown block type conveying mechanism, sequentially butting a rotary clamping joint of the solid material cylinder with a power gear of the second transmission mechanism, sowing crushed aggregates such as chopped green onion and coriander, and simultaneously enabling the crushed aggregates to be uniformly distributed by matching with rotation of a griddle;
(6) Starting a clamping mechanism: the rotary table rotates to enable the poking plate to be matched with the poking wheel of the lifting charging barrel to lift the supporting plate and support food materials such as crisp cakes, the power gear of the first transmission mechanism is matched with the main transmission wheels, the sliding seat driving gear and the main shovel driving gear, and is matched with the rotary table to rotate, so that the main shovel scoops the food materials to be sent to the upper part of the formed cake crust, the main shovel handle can be locked in a lifting state by the locking mechanism in the process, and then the push shovel is driven to move forwards to push the food materials to fall onto the cake crust by the first transmission mechanism;

(9) The main shovel is tightly attached to the griddle and moves towards the center of the griddle, one side of the pancake is shoveled up, and the comb-shaped clamp upwards overturns the folded pancake turner, so that the pancake turner is in a state I in fig. 14; when the main shovel is recovered, the second transmission mechanism drives the telescopic rod of the scraping blade mechanism, so that the scraping blade presses the pancake (on the side which is not shoveled) downwards, and the pancake crust is prevented from moving along with the main shovel;
(10) Rotating the griddle by 180 degrees, repeating the folding action of the step (9), and making the cake crust be in a state II in figure 14;
The griddle rotates 90 degrees, the scraping blade mechanism (scraping blade) beats on the pancake in the semi-folded state, the pancake in the pancake skin is broken up, the scraping blade presses or hooks are matched with the clamping mechanism, and the pancake is folded into a state III in fig. 14 by repeating the step (9);
The griddle rotates 180 degrees, and the folding action of the step (9) is repeated for the second time, which is shown as the state IV and the state V in the figure 14, so that the pancake fruit making (wrapping folding) is completed.
In the process, the heating device can automatically control the temperature according to preset parameters to prevent the cake crust from baking.
The device respectively controls the clamping mechanism and the scraping mechanism through the first transmission mechanism and the second transmission mechanism, simulates the actions of manually manufacturing pancake fruits, and achieves the ideal effects of scraping, adding auxiliary materials, lifting the pancake, turning over the shovel (turning over) to wrap and folding, continuously completing the whole processing process, accurately feeding materials, and maximally reducing the mouthfeel of manual manufacturing.

The lifting plate 17 cooperates with the gripping mechanism to complete the flip of the pancake crust, as detailed below with reference to fig. 16:

The sliding seat drives the main shovel to extend forwards to the center of the griddle and shovel one side of the cake crust, the adjusting scraping blade and the telescopic rod form a right angle, and the telescopic rod is extended to enable the cake crust lifting plate to be positioned above the front section of the main shovel; the comb clamp is turned up to turn the scooped cake crust over the crust lifting plate (see state a of fig. 16);
b. The main shovel is retracted; the telescopic rod is contracted, the lifting plate is retracted and drives the pancake (pancake 16) to move leftwards, and when the scraping blade reaches the edge of the griddle (or the edge of the pancake), the telescopic rod stops contracting (see the state b of fig. 16);
c. The telescopic rod swings upwards (lifts), the swing angle of the telescopic rod is that when the telescopic rod body extends to the longest, the cake crust is vertical, and the lower edge of the cake crust leaves the surface of the griddle;
the telescopic rod extends to the maximum length and rapidly descends, and under the action of inertia, the lower part of the pancake skin swings to the right in the figure and falls back to the surface of the griddle (see state c of fig. 16);
d. The telescopic rod is contracted, if stacking phenomenon is generated at the lower end of the cake skin, the lifting plate can level the stacking part along with the left movement of the telescopic rod; the main shovel stretches forwards to the left side in the figure to shovel into the lower part of the cake crust, and meanwhile, the comb-shaped clamp turns upwards and presses the upper part of the cake crust, and the state d in fig. 16 is seen; the upper and lower surfaces of the cake crust are turned over at the moment;
e. the telescopic rod is contracted to an initial position (the outer side of the griddle), and the main shovel and the comb-shaped clamp drive the pancake turner to right along the surface of the griddle so that the pancake turner is arranged at the central position of the griddle;
The telescopic rod extends forwards to enable the scraping blade to press the left side of the cake crust, the comb-shaped clamp is lifted to reset, the main shovel is retracted to reset, and the state e in fig. 16 is seen, so that the up-down turning action is completed.
