Detailed Description
In order that the objects and advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood, the following description is given in conjunction with the accompanying examples. It is to be understood that the following text is merely illustrative of one or more specific embodiments of the invention and does not strictly limit the scope of the invention as specifically claimed.
As shown in fig. 1, an automatic food production system for producing a cake comprises a food cooking device, the food cooking device comprises a pan 100, the pan 100 is horizontally arranged, the pan 100 is rotatably mounted on a rack a (shown by reference numeral 10), a heating mechanism for heating the pan 100 is arranged on the rack a, a fabric is laid on the pan 100 for cooking and forming, and a drive mechanism a1 drives the pan 100 to rotate;
the feeding device 110 is used for distributing the fabric onto the surface of the pot; the material distribution device 140 is used for flatly laying the fabric on the pan surface; a peeling device 130 for peeling the cooked cake from the pan surface (peeling means to destroy the adhesive force between the cooked cake and the pan surface so that the cake can move on the pan surface); the discharging device 150 is used for discharging the peeled flour cakes; and the control device is used for regulating and controlling the running state of each component. The flour can be processed according to the functions and sequences of all mechanisms (devices) correspondingly, so that the flour is cooked to be made into pancakes (coarse cereal cakes and thin pancake). The flour is flour or flour slurry prepared by mixing flour, corn flour or other coarse cereal flour with flour.
The specific scheme is as follows: the outer contour of the pan 100 is circular. The feeding device comprises a feeding support 111, a feeding spray head 112 for spraying the shell fabric to the pan surface is arranged on the feeding support 111, and the feeding spray head 112 is connected with the shell fabric storage tank through a shell fabric conveying pipe and a shell fabric conveying pump. The fabric is sprayed by the fabric conveying pump, so that the feeding speed of the fabric is high.
The feeding nozzles 112 are arranged on the feeding support 111 at intervals, each feeding nozzle 112 is respectively connected with each fabric storage tank, and the fabrics in each fabric storage tank are different in composition or color. This embodiment is implemented to prepare a color pancake by forming a spiral cloth on the pan surface while spraying the fabric and scraping the cloth 141 to form a color pancake. If the material is distributed in this way, the comb material 142 may not be provided. The specific scheme is as follows: the length direction of the feeding bracket 111 passes through the center of the pan 100, the feeding nozzles 112 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the feeding bracket 111, the feeding bracket 111 is slidably mounted on the rack A along the length direction of the feeding bracket 111, and the feeding bracket 111 is connected with an A2 driving mechanism for driving the feeding bracket 111 to move; at the beginning of fabric spraying, the feeding nozzle 112 arranged at the tail end of the feeding bracket 111 close to the center of the pan 100 is arranged corresponding to the center of the pan 100, and when fabric spraying is carried out, the A2 driving mechanism drives the feeding bracket 111 to move towards one side far away from the center of the pan 100.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the material distribution device 140 has a material distribution bracket and a material distribution member 141 arranged along the radial range of the pan 100, the material distribution member 141 is vertically arranged on the upper side of the pan 100, the lower edge of the material distribution member 141 is arranged in a flush manner, and when the material is laid flat, the distance between the lower edge of the material distribution member 141 and the pan surface of the pan 100 is consistent with the thickness of the cake to be made. The arrangement of the cloth member 141 is mainly to enable the fabric to be laid on the pan surface in an equal thickness. The pancake thus produced is not thick at one place and thin at one place. The specific material distributing member 141 can be a plate, and the simple operation of the material distributing member 141 is difficult to ensure the uniform-thickness laying, so the present invention is also specifically implemented by adopting the following scheme, that is, the material distributing device 140 is provided with the material combing members 142 arranged vertically, the material combing members 142 are positioned at the outer sides of the material distributing member 141 and arranged correspondingly, the material combing members 142 and the material distributing member 141 are sequentially arranged along the rotation direction of the pan 100, the material combing members 142 comprise material combing member 142 bodies, the material combing member 142 bodies are provided with material combing teeth 143 extending downwards, the material combing teeth 143 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the material combing members 142, the material combing members 142 are slidably mounted on the material distributing support along the length direction, and the material combing members 142 are connected with an a3 driving mechanism for driving the material combing members to move. Because the fabric sprayed on the pan surface by the single spray head is accumulated on the local pan surface, the fabric can be uniformly distributed along the radial direction of the pan 100 by the material combing of the material combing part 142, and the fabric is scraped by the material distributing part 141, so that the fabric is uniformly distributed on the pan surface in equal thickness. Although the material can be coated along the radial direction of the pan 100 by adopting the material combing piece 142, the material is easily accumulated on the material combing teeth 143, and the material is gradually accumulated on the material combing teeth 143 and dried, so that the gaps between the material combing teeth 143 are gradually blocked, and the clinker effect of the material combing teeth 143 is weakened. Therefore, in the invention, the stripping part 142 is provided with a stripping part for stripping the adhered matters on the combing teeth 143, the stripping part comprises a horizontally arranged stripping plate 144, the stripping plate 144 is provided with a stripping hole for inserting each combing tooth 143, the stripping plate 144 is installed on the combing part 142 in a lifting manner, and the A4 driving mechanism drives the stripping part to lift. The dried and fixed fabric on the combing teeth 143 is removed by the material removing plate 144, so that the reliable combing of the combing part 142 is ensured.
In addition, before the flour cake is completely cured every time, fine flour crumbs still remain on the surface of the flour cake, the bonding between the flour crumbs and the flour cake is not firm, the surface quality of the flour cake is affected, and the flour cake is easy to stick to hands when being eaten, particularly the flour made of coarse cereals. Therefore, the cloth device 140 of the present invention has the water spraying member 145 for wetting the fabric, the water spraying member 145 is disposed corresponding to the cloth member 141, the water spraying member 145 and the cloth member 141 are disposed at intervals along the rotation direction of the pan 100, and the water spraying direction on the water spraying member 145 is inclined downward and directed to the side away from the cloth member 141. The water mist sprayed from the water spray 145 is a slurry water containing a very small amount of fabric. The flour scraps are softened by the water mist and then are stricken off by the distributing plate, so that the flour scraps and the flour cakes are firmly combined into a whole, the surface quality of the flour cakes is improved, and hands are prevented from being stained when the flour cakes are eaten. After water is sprayed, the pan 100 rotates for 2-5 circles, the material distribution device 140 is moved to the avoiding position, and the peeling device is started to separate the flour cakes from the pan surface.
The detailed scheme is as follows: the cloth support is rotationally installed on the rack A along the vertical direction, and the cloth support is driven to rotate by the driving mechanism A5. The cloth support is provided with a cloth mounting seat, the cloth member 141 is mounted on the cloth mounting seat, the cloth mounting seat is mounted on the cloth support in a lifting manner, and the A6 driving mechanism drives the cloth mounting seat to lift. Therefore, the flour cakes with different thicknesses can be reliably produced according to requirements, and the material distribution device 140 can be quickly adjusted to be switched between the working position and the avoiding position.
In addition, one end of the material distribution member 141, which is far away from the center of the pan 100, is provided with a material blocking member 146 for preventing the overflow of the material, projections of the material blocking member 146 and the material distribution member 141 on the pan surface are in a sickle shape, the shape of the material blocking member 146 is matched with the outer contour of the pan 100, and the material blocking member 146 and the material distribution member 141 are sequentially arranged along the rotation direction of the pan 100. The overflow of the fabric is prevented, so that the size of the prepared flour cake is consistent with the preset size, and the periphery of the flour cake is smooth and flat.
The peeling mechanism of the invention is implemented by adopting the following scheme that the peeling device 130 comprises a pancake turner 131, the pancake turner 131 is slidably mounted on the A frame along the radial direction of the pan 100, the driving mechanism A7 drives the pancake turner 131 to move, and the height of the pancake turner 131 is matched with the height of the pan surface. By pushing the pancake turner 131 to move along the pan 100 in the radial direction and the pan 100 is continuously rotating, the bonding relation between the pancake and the pan surface can be rapidly broken, so that the pancake is separated from the pan surface.

The food curing equipment has the specific structure that: the cleaning device 120 and the distributing device 140 are oppositely arranged at two sides of the pan 100, the peeling device 130 is arranged between the cleaning device 120 and the distributing device 140, the discharging device 150 is arranged opposite to the peeling device 130, the feeding device 110 is arranged between the discharging device 150 and the cleaning device 120, and the A conveying device for conveying the flour cakes discharged from the pan 100 is arranged at the outer side of the discharging device 150.
The food production system provided by the invention specifically comprises food folding equipment for folding the cakes and packaging equipment for packaging the folded cakes in bags.
The result of the food folding device is shown in fig. 4 and 5, which can reliably fold the flour cake to facilitate the bag-dividing packaging of the flour cake, and the specific scheme is as follows:
a food folding apparatus comprising: the A conveying device (shown by the reference numeral 210) is provided with an A feeding end and an A discharging end, and the A discharging end is provided with an A folding device for folding the food; a conveying device B (shown by the reference numeral 220) which is provided with a feeding end B and a discharging end B, wherein the feeding end B is arranged corresponding to the discharging end A, and the feeding end B is provided with a folding device B for folding the food; the food transferring device 300 is arranged between the discharging end A and the feeding end B and is used for transferring the food folded by the folding device A to the feeding end B; the food is pancake food. The height of the upper layer conveying surface of the conveying device A is greater than that of the upper layer conveying surface of the conveying device B.

Because the folding device needs to be arranged on the conveying line, the folding directions are different, and the problem of interference between the folding device and the conveying belt needs to be considered, the folding device is respectively provided with the folding devices in different directions on the two devices by arranging the A conveying device and the B conveying device which are vertically arranged, so that the problem of folding the flour cakes in different directions is solved. When the turning plate is in the folding state A, the whole turning plate is positioned at the outer side of the conveying device B, and the reliable turning of the turning plate is ensured by the mounting mode.
The further scheme is as follows: the flap is slidably mounted on a flap mounting seat 340 along the length direction of the flap, and the flap mounting seat 340 is rotatably mounted on a material transferring rack 350. The B folding device comprises a B1 folding mechanism and a B2 folding mechanism which are oppositely arranged, and the B1 folding mechanism and the B2 folding mechanism are respectively arranged at the two outer sides of the turning plate; the B1 folding mechanism comprises a B1 folding rotating shaft, a B1 folding rotating shaft is positioned at the lower side of the upper layer conveyor belt surface of the B conveyor device, a B1 pressure lever (shown as 221B) for folding food is arranged on the B1 folding rotating shaft (shown as 221 a) at intervals, the B1 pressure lever and an annular conveying rope 414 on the B conveyor device are arranged in a staggered mode, the lever length direction of the B1 pressure lever is perpendicular to the B1 folding rotating shaft, the B1 folding rotating shaft is connected with a Z2 driving mechanism, and the Z2 driving mechanism adjusts the B1 folding mechanism to be in two states, wherein one state is as follows: the B1 folding mechanism is completely positioned at the avoidance position below the upper layer conveyor belt surface of the B conveyor device, and the second avoidance position is as follows: b1 the working position of folding and pressing the food in the nip by the pressure lever; the B1 pressure lever comprises Z21 zigzag lever, and the Z21 zigzag lever comprises a Z21 straight lever section and a Z21 extending section which is arranged at one end of the Z21 straight lever section in an extending way; when the turning plate is in a B folding state and the B1 pressure lever is in a working position: the folding mechanism comprises a B2 folding rotating shaft, a B21 straight rod section (shown as a reference numeral 222 a) and a B2 folding rotating shaft (shown as a reference numeral 222B) which are positioned at the lower side of the upper conveying belt surface of the B conveying device, B2 folding rotating shafts on which B2 pressure bars (shown as a reference numeral 222B) for folding food are arranged at intervals, a B2 pressure bar and an annular conveying rope 414 on the B conveying device are arranged in a staggered mode, the rod length direction of the B2 pressure bar is perpendicular to the B2 folding rotating shaft, the B2 folding rotating shaft is connected with a Z3 driving mechanism, and the Z3 driving mechanism adjusts the B2 folding mechanism to be in two states, wherein one state is that: the B2 folding mechanism is completely positioned at the avoidance position below the upper layer conveyor belt surface of the B conveyor device, and the second avoidance position is as follows: b2 the working position of folding and pressing the food in the nip by the pressure lever; the B2 pressure lever comprises Z22 zigzag lever, and the Z22 zigzag lever comprises a Z22 straight lever section and a Z22 extending section which is arranged at one end of the Z22 straight lever section in an extending way;
when the turning plate is in a B folding state and the B2 pressure lever is in a working position: the B2 folding rotating shaft is positioned at the outer side of the turning plate, the Z22 straight rod section is positioned above the turning plate and is horizontally arranged, and the end part of the Z22 straight rod section close to the B2 folding rotating shaft is connected with the B2 folding rotating shaft through the Z22 extending section which is obliquely arranged. As shown in particular in fig. 11.
The folding mechanism can reliably fold the flour cakes on the turnover plate.
The invention also provides a food material transferring device 300 for a food folding device, which can realize the folding of flour cakes in different directions, and adopts the scheme as shown in figure 10:
a food transferring device 300 is used for being installed on a food folding device, and the food transferring device 300 comprises: the turning plate comprises a turning plate body 310, and at least one clamping opening for clamping materials is formed in the turning plate body 310; the turning plate mounting seat 340 is used for mounting a turning plate; the material transferring rack 350 is provided with a mounting seat which is rotatably arranged on the material transferring rack 350; and a turnover driving mechanism for adjusting the turnover plate to turn over.
The turning plate and the turning plate mounting seat 340 form sliding guide fit connection along the length direction of the turning plate, and the turning plate is connected with a plate body driving mechanism for driving the turning plate to move. The turning plate installation seat 340 is provided with a turning plate installation cavity, the turning plate installation cavity penetrates through the turning plate installation seat 340, the turning plate is installed in the turning plate installation seat 340 in a sliding mode, the turning plate installation seat 340 is provided with a material turning rotating shaft, the turning plate installation seat 340 is connected with the material rotating frame 350 in a rotating fit mode through the material turning rotating shaft, and the material turning rotating shaft and the turning plate are arranged perpendicularly.
The turning plate body 310 comprises a main plate body and an auxiliary plate body, the turning plate installation cavity is divided into plate body guide holes, and the main plate body and the auxiliary plate body are installed in the plate body guide holes in a sliding guide mode. The plate body driving mechanism comprises a turning plate driving rod arranged on the turning plate mounting seat 340, and a turning plate moving gear for driving the turning plate to move horizontally is arranged on the turning plate driving rod.
The mainboard body sets up one, and the subplate body sets up two, and two outsides of mainboard body are arranged in to two subplate bodies branch, and the plate body guiding hole is including the subplate body guiding hole that is used for mainboard body slidable mounting's mainboard body guiding hole and the subplate body guiding hole that is used for slidable mounting subplate body that sets up respectively in two outsides of mainboard body guiding hole.
