Abstract
本发明公开的一种藜麦保健燕麦片,是先制备燕麦片,然后将浓度为15‑20%的藜麦粉溶液均匀喷洒在燕麦片上,再碾压一遍,烘干,即成。本发明的优点是:藜麦蛋白质的含量高达16‑22%,品质与奶粉相当,含人体全部必需的9中氨基酸,还含有丰富的硒、锌、锰、铜等矿物质,胆固醇为零,几乎是常见食物中最优秀的,用本发明的方法,将其粘贴到燕麦片上,使燕麦片同时具备了藜麦的保健功能。

本发明涉及保健食品,具体是一种藜麦保健燕麦片的制备方法。
背景技术
燕麦片是人们常用的食品,它含的纤维素较多,消化过程慢,特别适用于糖尿病人食用,但含其他营养保健成分少,保健功用有限。
藜麦有多种保健功能,有营养黄金的美誉。
目前尚未见有藜麦保健燕麦片的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种藜麦保健燕麦片的制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种藜麦保健燕麦片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备燕麦片;
(2)制备藜麦粉溶液;
(3)将藜麦粉溶液喷洒到燕麦片上,拌匀;
(4)将喷有藜麦粉溶液的燕麦片再碾压一遍;
(5)烘干,即成。
所述的藜麦粉溶液,将藜麦打粉过100目,用藜麦粉与水的重量分配比为15-20:80-85,将藜麦粉制成水溶液;
所述的燕麦片和藜麦粉溶液的用料重量分配比为100:8-10;

具体实施方式
制备藜麦保健燕麦片,先制备燕麦片,将裸燕麦粒淘洗,侵泡7分钟,捞出,热风吹干表面水分,碾压成片,再制备藜麦粉溶液,将藜麦打粉过100目,用藜麦粉与水的重量分配比为20:80,将藜麦粉制成水溶液,将藜麦粉溶液喷洒到燕麦片上,燕麦片和藜麦粉溶液用量重量分配比为100:9,拌匀;将喷有藜麦粉溶液的燕麦片再碾压一遍;热风吹干,即成。

1.一种藜麦保健燕麦片的制备方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备燕麦片;
(2)制备藜麦粉溶液;
(3)将藜麦粉溶液喷洒到燕麦片上,拌匀;
(4)将喷有藜麦粉溶液的燕麦片再碾压一遍;
(5)烘干,即成。
2.根据权利要求1所述藜麦保健燕麦片的制备方法,其特征是:所述的藜麦粉溶液,将藜麦打粉过100目,用藜麦粉与水的重量分配比为15-20:80-85,将藜麦粉制成水溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的藜麦保健燕麦片的制备方法,其特征是:所述的燕麦片和藜麦粉溶液的用料重量分配比为100:8-10。
