本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种葛根保健藜麦的制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种葛根保健藜麦的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备葛根粉溶液,备用;
(2)藜麦淘洗晒干,备用;
(3)将葛根粉溶液喷洒在藜麦粒上混合拌匀,捂5-15分钟;
(4)烘干,即成。
所述的葛根粉溶液,将葛根片打粉过100目,葛根粉和水的用量重量分配比为15-20:80-85;
所述的喷洒,藜麦和葛根粉溶液的用料重量分配比为100:10-15;

(1)制备葛根粉溶液,备用;
(2)藜麦淘洗晒干,备用;
(3)将葛根粉溶液喷洒在藜麦粒上混合拌匀,捂5-15分钟;
(4)烘干,即成。
