本发明涉及一种环保型印花黏合剂,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
涂料印花是将不溶性颜料借粘合剂成膜,机械的固着于纤维表面,从而达到着色印花的目的。而粘合剂为高分子成膜物质,是涂料印花的主要组成部分。由于目前世界工业以节能、环保为目标,所以粘合剂的研究也趋向于低温型、环保型的探索。目前市场上的黏合剂环保承担并不理想。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种环保型印花黏合剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10-20份乳液、15-20份溶剂、60-70份水,所述乳液是由刺云实胶、瓜尔胶和硫酸铵水组成的混合物,所述刺云实胶、瓜尔胶和硫酸铵水的质量比是1:1:2,所述溶剂是由尿素和丙烯腈组成的混合物,所述尿素和苯酚的质量比是2:1。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明使用刺云实胶和瓜尔胶等天然材料,减少污染物的产生。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:还包括5-10份杜仲胶。杜仲胶可以在不影响黏合剂使用的情况下,增加黏合剂的粘度并减少污染。

为了在保证涂料印花黏合剂在不影响黏合剂使用的情况下,增加黏合剂的粘度并减少污染,本实施例中还可以添加5-10份杜仲胶。
