Abstract

reciclagem da cor de resíduo de revestimento do presente pedido de patente de invenção, prove um método de recuperação e reciclagem de cor de resíduo de revestimento a partir do processo de revestimento na fabricação de papel para uso como enchedor de extremidad úmida; o método inventivo supera muitos técnicos inerentes à utilização de cores de resíduo de revestimento como enchimento da extremidade úmida, tais como revestimentos tendo pigmentos finos que danificam a resistência da folha mais do que o enchimento regular, tendo forte carga aniônica e tendência para agitar a química da extremidade úmida, causando espuma e excesso e contendo uma grande quantidade de partículas de ligante hidrofóbico que tendem a aglomerar na água brnaca e depositar no equipamento de fabricação de papel; o método envolve mistura de revestimentos com partículas de enchimento fresco, adição de agente de remoção de espuma, adição de coagulante catiônico, depois pré-floculação da mistura; este processo faz com que as partículas de enchimento fresco, os pigmentos e ligantes na cor de resíduo de revestimento aglomerem e formem massas flutuantes estáveis com distribuição do tamanho de partícula definido; além disso, descobriu-se que a utilização de tal aglomerado como enchimento da extremidade úmida melhora as propriedades de resistência da folha tirando vantagem da capacidade de ligação do látex ou ligantes na cor do resíduo de revestimento.
