本发明涉及一种涂料印花黏合剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10‑20份乳液、15‑20份溶剂、60‑70份水,乳液是由丙烯酸乙酯、有机硅改性聚氨酯和内烯睛组成的混合物,丙烯酸乙酯、有机硅改性聚氨酯和内烯睛的质量比是2:2:1,溶剂是由甲基丙烯酸胺、甲基丙烯酞胺和聚丙烯酞胺组成的混合物,甲基丙烯酸胺、甲基丙烯酞胺和聚丙烯酞胺的质量比是1:2:3。本发明使用丙烯酸乙酯、有机硅改性聚氨酯和内烯睛进行聚合反应,并加入甲基丙烯酞胺,本发明具有良好的使用性能。

本发明涉及一种涂料印花黏合剂,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
涂料印花是将不溶性颜料借粘合剂成膜,机械的固着于纤维表面,从而达到着色印花的目的。而粘合剂为高分子成膜物质,是涂料印花的主要组成部分。由于目前世界工业以节能、环保为目标,所以粘合剂的研究也趋向于低温型、环保型的探索。目前市场上的黏合剂并不理想。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种涂料印花黏合剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10-20份乳液、15-20份溶剂、60-70份水,所述乳液是由丙烯酸乙酯、有机硅改性聚氨酯和内烯睛组成的混合物,所述丙烯酸乙酯、有机硅改性聚氨酯和内烯睛的质量比是2:2:1,所述溶剂是由甲基丙烯酸胺、甲基丙烯酞胺和聚丙烯酞胺组成的混合物,所述甲基丙烯酸胺、甲基丙烯酞胺和聚丙烯酞胺的质量比是1:2:3。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明使用丙烯酸乙酯、有机硅改性聚氨酯和内烯睛进行聚合反应,并加入甲基丙烯酞胺,本发明具有良好的使用性能。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:还包括5-10份杜仲胶。杜仲胶可以在不影响黏合剂使用的情况下,增加黏合剂的粘度并减少污染。

为了在保证涂料印花黏合剂在不影响黏合剂使用的情况下,增加黏合剂的粘度并减少污染,本实施例中还可以添加5-10份杜仲胶。
本发明不局限于上述实施例所述的具体技术方案,除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员来说,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等形成的技术方案,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
