本发明实施例提供一种熨烫剂,涉及服装技术领域。其中,该熨烫剂按质量份包括以下组分:蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯1~5、高分子脂肪醇0.5~2.5、甜菜碱型离子表面活性剂0.5~1、水91.5~98。在织物熨烫时,将熨烫剂均匀喷洒到织物上,然后将织物熨烫烘干;当织物变形后,将温度升高到熨烫剂树脂转变温度以上,织物在形状记忆的作用下快速回复到初始形状,即平整的状态,实现织物的保型和防皱。

技术领域
本发明属于服装技术领域,尤其涉及一种熨烫剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
服装是人们生活的必需品,随着人们生活水平的提高,对服装的要求也越来越高,例如服装的定形和保型。实际上,衣服穿久了以及洗涤时间长了之后,衣服会变得柔软或是起皱,大大的影响了美观。通常熨烫会改善衣服起皱的状态。但是,传统的熨烫方法,是将清水喷洒到衣服表面,借助高温来使衣服的织物平整,但衣服只能在短时间内保持平整。
为了解决上述问题,现有的技术中主要采用低聚物或有机复配物来作为熨烫纺织助剂,如硅氧烷凝胶或者羧甲基纤维素钠和苯甲酸的复配物,通过这些纺织助剂,促进织物的纤维表面结构打开,实现熨烫定形。现有的熨烫纺织助剂其主要功能仅是实现快速熨烫功效,达不到持久定型及防皱功能,而且,使用这些纺织助剂的时间过长,会损坏衣物。
发明内容
本发明提供一种熨烫剂及其制备方法,旨在解决熨烫衣服后,织物保持平整的时间过短,褶皱不容易回复,给人们生活带来不便的问题。

本发明提供一种熨烫剂及其制备方法,本发明提供一种熨烫剂,由于蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯属于形状记忆聚合物,在转变温度下的温度范围内具有较好的贮能模量和硬度。因此,将其制备的熨烫剂喷洒于织物表面,熨烫后,形状记忆聚合物牢固的附着于织物上,在室温下具有良好的形状固定效果,从而保持平整的外观。当织物变形后,将温度升高到转变温度以上,织物在形状记忆的作用下快速回复到初始形状,即平整的状态,实现织物的保型和防皱。

本发明提供一种熨烫剂,按照质量份包括如下组分:
本发明提供一种熨烫剂,由于蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯属于形状记忆聚合物,在转变温度下的温度范围内具有较好的贮能模量和硬度。因此,将其制备的熨烫剂喷洒于衣物表面,熨烫后,形状记忆聚合物牢固的附着于织物上,在室温下具有良好的形状固定效果,从而保持平整的外观。当织物变形后,将温度升高到转变温度以上,织物在形状记忆的作用下快速回复到初始形状,即平整的状态,实现织服的保型和防皱。
需要说明的是,蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯作为熨烫剂的主要成分,通过附着于衣物上,利用其形状记忆功能实现衣物的防皱。
进一步地,蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯的制备方法包括:
按照质量份称取蓖麻油5~8、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯5~8、催化剂0.2、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸0.5~3及三乙胺0.4~0.8;
将蓖麻油和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯混合,加入催化剂,通入氮气,在60~80℃的条件下反应1~3小时,加入的催化剂的质量为称取的催化剂总量的40~60%;
降温至40~50℃,加入丙酮,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸以及剩余的催化剂,在40~50℃反应0.5~1.5小时,丙酮的加入量为反应体系总体积的50~100%;
降温至20~30℃,加入三乙胺,反应20~40min,加入水,得到蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯。
具体地,催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡和辛酸亚锡的至少一种。
具体地,甜菜碱型离子表面活性剂可以使蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯紧密的附着于衣物上,其中,甜菜碱型离子表面活性剂为N-十二烷基-N,N-二甲基-N-羧甲基甜菜碱,N,N-二甲基(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)铵基丙磺酸内盐和N,N-二甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰胺基丙基-N-丙烷磺酸内盐中的至少一种。
具体地,高分子脂肪醇可以调控衣物的柔顺度,其中,高分子脂肪醇为聚氧乙烯脂肪二醇,聚己内酯,聚己二酸乙二醇酯,聚己二酸丁二醇酯和聚己二酸己二醇酯中的至少一种。其中,高分子脂肪醇的分子量为3000~6000。
本发明提供一种熨烫剂的制备方法,包括:
按照质量份称取蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯1~5、高分子脂肪醇0.5~2.5、甜菜碱型离子表面活性剂0.5~1以及水91.5~98,混合,得到熨烫剂。
实施例1
1、蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯的制备
将6.883g蓖麻油和6.766g异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDP)加入到500mL的三颈圆底烧瓶,加0.1g二月桂酸二丁基锡,通入氮气,在70℃下反应2小时。
降温至50℃,加入120mL的丙酮、1.8g 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和0.1g二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂,在50℃反应1h。
降温至30℃,加入0.6g三乙胺反应30min中和未反应的酸,在1000rpm高速搅拌下滴加60mL蒸馏水,得到泛蓝透明的澄清溶液,溶液经过旋转蒸发仪除去丙酮,得到固含量约25wt%的水性形状记忆聚氨酯乳液。
然后,以上述水性形状记忆聚氨酯乳液为主要原料,加入蒸馏水,得到含量为2wt%的蓖麻油的水性形状记忆聚氨酯。
2、熨烫剂的制备
将上述制备得到的蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯5g、N-十二烷基-N,N-二甲基-N-羧甲基甜菜碱0.5g、聚氧乙烯脂肪二醇0.5g以及98g水均匀混合,得到熨烫剂。
实施例2
1、蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯的制备
将4.685g蓖麻油和5.211异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDP)加入到500mL的三颈圆底烧瓶,加0.15g辛酸亚锡,通入氮气,在70℃下反应2小时。
降温至40℃,加入80mL的丙酮、1.2g 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和0.13g辛酸亚锡催化剂,在40℃反应1.5h。
降温至20℃,加入0.4g三乙胺反应20min中和未反应的酸,在1000rpm高速搅拌下滴加80mL蒸馏水,得到泛蓝透明的澄清溶液,溶液经过旋转蒸发仪除去丙酮,得到固含量约20wt%的水性形状记忆聚氨酯乳液。
然后,以上述水性形状记忆聚氨酯乳液为主要原料,加入蒸馏水,得到含量为4wt%的蓖麻油的水性形状记忆聚氨酯。
2、熨烫剂的制备
将上述制备得到的蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯1g、N,N-二甲基(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)铵基丙磺酸内钠1g、聚己二酸乙二醇酯2.5g以及91g水均匀混合,得到熨烫剂。
实施例3
将上述实施例1制备得到的蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯1g、N,N-二甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰胺基丙基-N-丙烷磺酸内盐钠1g、聚己二酸丁二醇酯2.5g以及91g水均匀混合,得到熨烫剂。
实施例4
将上述实施例2制备得到的蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯1g、N,N-二甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰胺基丙基-N-丙烷磺酸内钠1g、聚己二酸乙二醇酯2.5g以及91g水均匀混合,得到熨烫剂。
实施例5
将上述实施例2制备得到的蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯1g、N,N-二甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰胺基丙基-N-丙烷磺酸内钠1g、聚己二酸己二醇酯2.5g以及91g水均匀混合,得到熨烫剂。
在对起皱的织物进行处理时,可先在织物上均匀喷洒一层上述实施例1~5熨烫定型剂,然后采用熨斗,在80-120℃温度条件下熨烫织物,使织物水份蒸发,最后得到平整的织物。将上述熨烫整理后的织物,经简单手动揉皱处理,然后用电吹风在80-120℃热吹风处理,即可观察织物皱痕慢慢消失,回复到织物的平整效果。将上述熨烫整理后的织物,经简单手动揉皱处理,然后用清水喷洒织物,然后放在室温下冰干处理,即可观察织物皱痕慢慢消失,回复到织物的平整效果。
图1~图4为实施例1制备得到的熨烫剂在棉布上的定形效果的对比效果图,其中图1和图3示例的棉布均未在熨烫时使用熨烫剂,图2和图4使用了熨烫剂,对棉布加热到80℃,由图2和图4可以看出,使用了熨烫剂的棉布(图2)褶皱已经全部消除掉了,优于图1,且图4示例的棉布的定形效果明显优于图3。

4.根据权利要求1或3所述的熨烫剂,其特征在于,所述高分子脂肪醇的分子量为3000~6000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的熨烫剂,其特征在于,所述蓖麻油水性形状记忆聚氨酯的制备方法包括:
按照质量份称取蓖麻油5~8、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯5~8、催化剂0.2、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸0.5~3及三乙胺0.4~0.8;
将蓖麻油和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯混合,加入催化剂,通入氮气,在60~80℃的条件下反应1~3小时,加入的催化剂的质量为称取的催化剂总量的40~60%;
降温至40~50℃,加入丙酮,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸以及剩余的催化剂,在40~50℃反应0.5~1.5小时,丙酮的加入量为反应体系总体积的50~100%;
