Abstract
本发明涉及清洗液技术领域,具体涉及一种钛棒过滤机滤芯清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:聚丙烯酰胺1‑5份、聚乙烯蜡5‑8份、N‑二甲基对甲基苯胺6‑8份、碱式钼酸钙锌3‑6份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8‑16份、S‑腺苷甲硫氨酸6.2‑12.2份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂22‑34份、聚氨基甲酸乙酯6‑10份、瓜耳胶醚4‑8份、纳米氧化镁12‑18份、木质素5‑10份、全对位芳酰胺共聚纤维8‑12份、改性植物提取液8‑12份。本发明清洗液无毒无异味,粘度低,而且清洗液自净能力好,清洗液在露天存放的保质期是3年,清洗液性能稳定并且具有抗氧化性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及清洗液技术领域,具体涉及一种钛棒过滤机滤芯清洗液。
背景技术
钛棒过滤机使用的是钛粉末烧结滤芯,一般用于粗滤或中间过滤。此滤芯具有精度高,耐高温,耐腐蚀,机械强度高等优点,在医药行业广泛应用,外壳材料为316L或304不锈钢。符合GMP标准。
钛棒滤芯在使用一段时间以后,将产生一定程度的堵塞,表现流量减少,过滤前端压力增高,如:从0.22mPa以下升高到0.3mPa以上,这时就要对滤芯进行清洗,清洗方法一般有以下几种:
1、对于新使用的滤芯,一般采用清水反冲,气体反吹的方法来进行清洗,即用稍大于工作压力(如;0.3MPa)的清水反方向注水清洗。反冲时间约为1-3分钟即可。
2、对于多次反冲洗后,过滤效果不明显回升的时候,可用5%以下的盐酸溶液,或8%以下的硫酸溶液,或10%以下的NaoH溶液在常温下浸泡,再用清水洗净。
具体选择用酸洗或碱洗,应视过滤液中杂质容易溶于酸或碱来选择。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种钛棒过滤机滤芯清洗液。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种钛棒过滤机滤芯清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:聚丙烯酰胺1-5份、聚乙烯蜡5-8份、N-二甲基对甲基苯胺6-8份、碱式钼酸钙锌3-6份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8-16份、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸6.2-12.2份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂22-34份、聚氨基甲酸乙酯6-10份、瓜耳胶醚4-8份、纳米氧化镁12-18份、木质素5-10份、全对位芳酰胺共聚纤维8-12份、改性植物提取液8-12份。
所述改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:樟脑油4份、柠檬酸钠6份、六氯代环己烷1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、β-萘磺酸4份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明清洗液无毒无异味,粘度低,而且清洗液自净能力好,清洗液在露天存放的保质期是3年,清洗液性能稳定并且具有抗氧化性能。

实施例1
一种钛棒过滤机滤芯清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:聚丙烯酰胺3份、聚乙烯蜡6份、N-二甲基对甲基苯胺7份、碱式钼酸钙锌5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚12份、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸9份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂28份、聚氨基甲酸乙酯8份、瓜耳胶醚6份、纳米氧化镁15份、木质素8份、全对位芳酰胺共聚纤维10份、改性植物提取液10份。
改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:樟脑油4份、柠檬酸钠6份、六氯代环己烷1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、β-萘磺酸4份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
实施例2
一种钛棒过滤机滤芯清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:聚丙烯酰胺1份、聚乙烯蜡5份、N-二甲基对甲基苯胺6份、碱式钼酸钙锌3份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸6.2份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂22份、聚氨基甲酸乙酯6份、瓜耳胶醚4份、纳米氧化镁12份、木质素5份、全对位芳酰胺共聚纤维8份、改性植物提取液8份。

改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:樟脑油4份、柠檬酸钠6份、六氯代环己烷1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、β-萘磺酸4份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。

1.一种钛棒过滤机滤芯清洗液,其特征在于,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:聚丙烯酰胺1-5份、聚乙烯蜡5-8份、N-二甲基对甲基苯胺6-8份、碱式钼酸钙锌3-6份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8-16份、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸6.2-12.2份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂22-34份、聚氨基甲酸乙酯6-10份、瓜耳胶醚4-8份、纳米氧化镁12-18份、木质素5-10份、全对位芳酰胺共聚纤维8-12份、改性植物提取液8-12份。
2.如权利要求1所述的钛棒过滤机滤芯清洗液,其特征在于,所述改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:樟脑油4份、柠檬酸钠6份、六氯代环己烷1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、β-萘磺酸4份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
