随着社会的发展,环保越来越受到人们的重视,而丝网印花是一种代替染料在织物上印花的生产工艺,由于不产生染料印花时漂洗产生的废水,是国家鼓励发展的清洁生产工艺。
目前一般的丝网印花多数用水性丙烯酸树脂作为胶浆乳液或者油性有机硅硅橡胶,水性聚氨酯的应用及其少见,由于水性丙烯酸树脂自身结构决定它热粘冷脆及在高防水布、尼龙、雨伞布面料的牢度不理想,而油性有机硅硅橡胶不环保,且价格极高,极难在市场推广。
CN201510388761公开了一种尼龙面料用水性聚氨酯胶浆乳液及制备方法,由氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20-50、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯5-35、聚四亚甲基二醇(分子量1000-3000)50-70、聚碳酸酯二醇(分子量1000-3000)40-70、聚乙二醇(分子量600-1000)10-25、丙酮25-35、扩链剂(分子量200-550)5-15、小分子扩链剂5-20、去离子水100-300,其制备的水性聚氨酯乳液由于固含量高,胶膜在尼龙表面形成的高厚度胶才能在尼龙面料上达到很好的牢度,但价格昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生产简单方便,生产成本低,牢度、耐磨、耐洗、柔软性、环保性好的纺织品印花用水性聚氨酯胶浆乳液及制备方法,特别是高防水布、尼龙、雨伞布面料印花使用的高牢度、柔软性好的水性聚氨酯胶浆乳液及制备方法。

原料按重量配比:
(1)预聚反应:将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30-50、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体20-40、聚三亚甲基二醇5-20、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇30-60、聚环氧乙烷二醇30-50、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇3-5、二羟甲基丁酸2-6加入反应釜中,升温至70-90℃,反应4—6小时;
(2)中和反应:降温至50-60℃,加入三乙胺1-5,反应25-35分钟;
(3)扩链反应:加入去离子水210-440,高速分散后加入水合肼4-6,搅拌升温至50-60℃,反应1-2小时,得产品;
产品化学指标如下:

本发明原料组合中的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体具有环状三官能团结构,合成过程中环状三官能结构稳定,形成高聚物后仍能稳定存在,此结构可以使聚氨酯形成交联网状结构,大幅提升了产品与织物的牢度。
本发明选用是一种特殊的聚亚丙基醚二醇,聚三亚甲基醚二醇是由1,3-丙二醇聚合得到的直链高性能聚醚二醇,具有非常好的耐热氧化性能,优异的耐久性,光泽和保色性。聚三亚甲基醚二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应,会生成中间链段极易旋转,高交联度的结构,增加了聚氨酯与织物的牢度,还提高了柔软度。
本发明采用的聚环氧乙烷二醇,由于的亲水链段的亲水性使成膜过程中膜的表面舒展达到绵柔的滑爽手感,而且聚环氧乙烷二醇与聚三亚甲基醚二醇共同作为聚氨酯的软锻,两者通过异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体相连不仅提高了分子旋转的空间,还增加了分子亲水性,并且可以降低乳液的表面张力和提高乳液的渗透性,进而提高与面料的结合牢度。
本发明采用2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇进行扩链,由于含有侧链甲基结构增加了产品分子间斥力,降低了乳液粘度,使水分散更容易,同时与聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇配合使用,使聚氨酯结构刚性增强,进一步增加了耐水、耐溶剂、耐磨性和提高与面料的结合牢度;
本发明选用阴离子亲水基团和非离子亲水基团协同作用,乳液稳定性得到进一步加强,发明的产品制得的胶膜渗透性更好,与面料的结合牢度好。
本发明选用小分子胺类扩链剂,使聚氨酯分子内形成脲键,增加了分子内作用力,进而提高了与面料的结合牢度。
本发明具有良好的工艺实施性,环保无污染。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1、预聚反应:将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体40、聚三亚甲基醚二醇15、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇30、聚环氧乙烷二醇50、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇4、二羟甲基丁酸3加入反应釜中,升温至70℃,反应6小时;
2、中和反应:上述预聚体降温至50℃,加入三乙胺2,反应35分钟;
3、扩链反应:加入去离子水320,高速分散后加入水合肼4.6,继续搅拌,升温至50℃,反应2小时得产品。
产品外观状态为半透明,固含量为35.2%。
该实施例产品由于异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体较多,提高了产品的交联度,致使产品耐水性,耐溶剂性,牢度提升效果明显。
实施例2
1、预聚反应:将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯40、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体30、聚三亚甲基醚二醇5、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇50、聚环氧乙烷二醇45、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇5、二羟甲基丁酸2加入反应釜中,升温至80℃,反应5小时;
2、中和反应:上述预聚体降温至50℃,加入三乙胺1.4,反应35分钟;
3、扩链反应:加入去离子水330,高速分散后加入水合肼4.8,继续搅拌升温至55℃,反应1.5小时,得产品。
产品外观状态为半透明,固含量为34.9%。
该实施例产品由于原料配比中2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇和二羟甲基丁酸比例较大,少量的二羟甲基丁酸可获得很好的耐水性。
实施例3

2、中和反应:上述预聚体降温至55℃,加入三乙胺3.4,反应30分钟;
3、扩链反应:加入去离子水340,高速分散后加入水合肼5,继续搅拌升温至55℃,反应1.5小时得产品。
产品外观状态为半透明,固含量为35.6%。
该实施例产品选用原料配比中聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇和聚环氧乙烷二醇较多,结晶性提高,分子间内能增大,使成膜牢度提高更效果明显,且软锻比例增大手感柔软性效果明显。
实施例4
1、预聚反应:将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯50、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体25、聚三亚甲基醚二醇20、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇40、聚环氧乙烷二醇30、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇4、二羟甲基丁酸6加入反应釜中,升温至90℃,反应4小时;
2、中和反应:上述预聚体降温至60℃,加入三乙胺4.0,反应25分钟;
3、扩链反应:加入去离子水325,高速分散后加入水合肼5.6继续搅拌,升温至60℃,反应1小时得产品。
产品外观状态为半透明,固含量为35.5%。
该实施例产品由于提高了聚三亚甲基醚二醇的比例,使直链的聚醚二元醇在聚氨酯分子内的比例增大,增加了分子的旋转性,使成膜更柔软,且与面料的结合牢度提高效果明显。

胶浆制备:将本发明实施例1-4所得的产品乳液用增稠剂(汽巴公司生产的增稠剂PTF)增稠,黏度达到10000-12000厘泊(25℃)。
对比例:东莞长联科技有限公司的产品3711(一种水性聚氨酯胶浆)。
取上述胶浆96份加入色浆4份(上海泗联实业有限公司产的红色浆),分别对30D高防水布、30D尼龙面料、30D雨伞布面料,通过手工台版印花,控制胶浆厚度为0.45厘米,室温晾干后,再在130℃烘干。
性能检测结构如下例表:
干膜牢度检测:按GB/T5237.5-2000涂层织物 耐磨性能测试方法;
皂洗牢度检测:按GB/T8029-2001纺织品试验用家庭水洗和干燥程序;
手感和干爽度检测:通过手触摸。
通过上述检测结果可以看出,本发明产品在高防水、尼龙、雨伞布面料上印花使用,牢度优异,手感干爽,柔软,性能明显优于同类现有技术产品。

Claims (2)

1.纺织品印花用水性聚氨酯胶浆乳液制备方法,其特征是:
原料按重量配比:
(1)预聚反应:将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯20-50、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体20-40、聚三亚甲基二醇5-20、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇30-60、聚环氧乙烷二醇30-50、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇3-5、二羟甲基丁酸2-4加入反应釜中,升温至70-90℃,反应4—6小时;
(2)中和反应:降温至50-60℃,加入三乙胺1-3,反应25-35分钟;
(3)扩链反应:加入去离子水210-440,高速分散后加入水合肼4-6,搅拌升温至50-60℃,反应1-2小时,得产品;
产品化学指标如下:
外 观:半透明乳液
离子性:阴
pH 值:7±1
含固量:35±1%;
所述聚三亚甲基醚二醇:美国DuPont公司的Cerenol H2400产品;
所述聚三亚甲基醚二醇:分子量2500;
所述聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇:分子量2000;
所述聚环氧乙烷二醇:分子量1000。
