The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of units. Claims (8)

1. A menu generating apparatus, comprising:
the refrigerator comprises a collector, a refrigerator body and a refrigerator body, wherein the collector is used for acquiring food materials stored in the refrigerator and acquiring food material information of the food materials, and the food material information comprises freshness of the food materials;
the processor is used for determining a menu which can be realized by the food materials and the food material information corresponding to the food materials according to a menu model, wherein the menu model is obtained by using a plurality of groups of data through machine learning training, and each group of data in the plurality of groups of data comprises: a food material and a menu which can be realized by the food material information corresponding to the food material;
the generator is used for generating the determined menu, wherein the menu is one menu determined according to the food materials and the information corresponding to the food materials in the menu capable of being realized;
wherein the apparatus further comprises: the first acquisition device is used for acquiring multiple groups of data based on different cuisines, wherein the multiple groups of data based on different cuisines comprise: food materials and recipes of different cuisines realized by adopting the food materials; the trainer is used for training the plurality of groups of data based on different cuisines to obtain a menu model corresponding to the cuisine;
wherein the apparatus further comprises: the second acquisition device is used for acquiring the physiological parameters of the user associated with the refrigerator and determining the physical state of the user according to the physiological parameters; a transmitter for transmitting a health recipe corresponding to the physical state selected from the generated recipes to a predetermined terminal associated with the refrigerator, for displaying the health recipe at the predetermined terminal;
the collector is also used for collecting the portrait of the refrigerator user; the apparatus further comprises: the identifier is used for identifying the age of the refrigerator user according to the portrait adopted by the collector; a first discriminator for judging whether the menu determined according to the identified age is within the menu determined by the processor; and the first pusher is used for pushing first prompt information to a preset terminal associated with the refrigerator when the judging result of the first judging device is that the menu determined according to the identified age is in the menu determined by the processor, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting that food materials in the refrigerator can realize the menu corresponding to the age of a user of the refrigerator.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the collector comprises at least one of:
the camera is used for acquiring the food stored in the refrigerator in a mode of photographing the storage space of the refrigerator;
and the video recorder is used for acquiring the food materials stored in the refrigerator by recording the storage space of the refrigerator.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the display is used for displaying the menu generated by the generator.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a third obtaining device for obtaining a preference menu of the refrigerator user;
a second discriminator for judging whether the favorite menu is in the menu determined by the processor;
and the second pusher is used for pushing second prompt information to a preset terminal associated with the refrigerator under the condition that the judging result of the second judging device is that the favorite menu is in the menu determined by the processor, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting food materials in the refrigerator to realize the favorite menu of a refrigerator user.
5. The apparatus according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that the apparatus further comprises: the prompter is used for sending out first prompt information or second prompt information through the refrigerator, wherein the prompter comprises at least one of the following:
the flashing lamp is used for sending out the first prompt information or the second prompt information in a mode of flashing light with a preset color;
the buzzer is used for sending out the first prompt information or the second prompt information in a mode of generating preset beeping sounds;
and the display element is used for sending out the first prompt information or the second prompt information in a mode of displaying a preset pattern.
6. A refrigerator comprising the apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The refrigerator of claim 6, wherein the refrigerator is a two-door refrigerator or a three-door refrigerator.
8. A recipe generation method, comprising:
acquiring food materials stored in a refrigerator and acquiring food material information of the food materials, wherein the food material information comprises freshness of the food materials;
determining a menu which can be realized by the obtained food materials and food material information corresponding to the food materials according to a menu model, wherein the menu model is obtained by using a plurality of groups of data through machine learning training, and each group of data in the plurality of groups of data comprises: a food material and a menu which can be realized by the food material information corresponding to the food material;
generating the determined menu, wherein the menu is one menu determined according to the food materials and the information corresponding to the food materials in the menu capable of being realized;
wherein the method further comprises: acquiring multiple sets of data based on different cuisines, wherein the multiple sets of data based on the different cuisines comprise: food materials and recipes of different cuisines realized by adopting the food materials; training the plurality of groups of data based on different cuisines to obtain a menu model corresponding to the cuisine;
wherein the method further comprises: acquiring physiological parameters of a user associated with the refrigerator, and determining the physical state of the user according to the physiological parameters; transmitting a health menu corresponding to the physical state selected from the generated menus to a predetermined terminal associated with the refrigerator, and displaying the health menu at the predetermined terminal;
wherein the method further comprises: acquiring the portrait of the refrigerator user; identifying an age of a user of the refrigerator according to the portrait employed; judging whether the menu determined according to the identified age is in the determined menu; and pushing first prompt information to a preset terminal associated with the refrigerator under the condition that the menu determined according to the identified age is in the determined menu, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting food materials in the refrigerator to realize the menu corresponding to the age of a refrigerator user.
