一种水果消毒液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗消毒液,尤其涉及一种水果消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
清洗水果需要专用的水果清洗剂,绿色果蔬清洗剂让蔬菜水果吃起来更放心。洗涤剂的主要成分是表面活性剂,表面活性剂是分子结构中含有亲水基和亲油基两部分的有机化合物。一般是根据表面活性剂在水溶液中能否分解为离子,又将其分为离子型表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂的两大类。离子型表面活性剂又可分为阳离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂三种。
现在水果蔬菜在种植大力推广绿色、无污染的种植方法,即尽可能的少用化肥与农药,因此,在种植过程中使用了大量的农家肥(如经发酵后的人畜粪便等),这些有机农家肥中会含有金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、肺炎双球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、等,仅用自来水洗涤,不能有效的抑制这些菌类,尤其是对于生食的瓜果,会对人们身体健康造成影响。
专利公开号为CN101138346,公开了一种名称为“含珊瑚姜油的消毒液及其制备方法”的发明专利,该发明公开了含珊瑚姜油的消毒液及其制备方法,涉及消毒液。该消毒液是以珊瑚姜油为主要活性成分,经乳化,与甘油、乙醇和蒸馏水配制而成的消毒液;每1000ml该消毒液的组分及其用量如下:珊瑚姜油150ml,乳化剂50ml,甘油50ml,95%乙醇450ml,蒸馏水300ml。制备方法是:提取珊瑚姜挥发油;在加热搅拌下加入土温80,搅拌至乳化均匀,静置;按配方比例取甘油、95%乙醇置搅拌机中搅拌,再将珊瑚姜油加入搅拌机中继续混合搅拌,置于高压液流均质机中均质,然后过滤;加蒸馏水调整至规定量即制成本发明的消毒液。但该发明酒精含量高,且乳化成分,不易清洗故不适用于果蔬的消毒。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种水果消毒液及其制备方法,其目的是利用中草药配方配制的绿色环保的水果专用清洗剂,抑制水果上的细菌,且有利环保。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种水果消毒液,其特征在于:包括如下重量组分:
(1)板蓝根30-60份、(2)柴胡10-30份、(3)大青叶10-20份、(4)表面活性剂1-5份;(5)次氯酸钠1-4份;(6)柠檬酸钾10-20份,(7)椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5-10份,(8)水200-400份。
还包括防腐剂0.5-1份,葡萄糖1-3份。
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
一种水果消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将板蓝根、柴胡与大青叶放入锅内,然后加入金银花、山楂与鱼腥草的总重10倍的水,煎煮1-2小,过滤得原液;
(2)将原液浓缩至原液重量的0.1-0.2倍,并利用活性炭再次过滤,得初液;
(3)将柠檬酸钾、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺与葡萄糖混加入水混合均匀,然后将混合均匀的混合液加入50℃-70℃的初液中,再加入表面活性剂、防腐剂,制得水果消毒液。
还包括将水果消毒液的工PH值调节在7.6-8.4之间。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明的配方中以板蓝根为主,配合柴胡与大青叶,结合表面活性剂、柠檬酸钾与椰油酸二乙醇酰制备成果蔬清洗剂,与现有技术相比,省去了大量的化学制剂,由于板蓝根朋肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌与肠炎杆菌都有抑制作用,并辅之柴胡与大青叶,柠檬酸钾与椰油酸二乙醇酰对果蔬清洗,从而抑制水果上的细菌,清洗后,经过1-2分钟食用效果最佳。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步阐述,但本发明并不限于以下实施例,所述方法如无特别说明均为常规方法,所述材料如无特别说明均能从公开商业途径而得。
实施例1
一种水果消毒液,包括如下重量组分:
(1)板蓝根30-60份、(2)柴胡10-30份、(3)大青叶10-20份、(4)表面活性剂1-5份;(5)次氯酸钠1-4份;(6)柠檬酸钾10-20份,(7)椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5-10份,(8)水200-400份。表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
还包括防腐剂0.5-1份,葡萄糖1-3份。
上述水果消毒液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将板蓝根、柴胡与大青叶放入锅内,然后加入金银花、山楂与鱼腥草的总重10倍的水,煎煮1-2小,过滤得原液;
(2)将原液浓缩至原液重量的0.1-0.2倍,并利用活性炭再次过滤,得初液;

(1)板蓝根60份、(2)柴胡30份、(3)大青叶10份、(4)表面活性剂5份;(5)次氯酸钠1份;(6)柠檬酸钾20份,(7)椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5份,(8)水400份。表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
还包括防腐剂1份,葡萄糖3份。
上述水果消毒液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将板蓝根、柴胡与大青叶放入锅内,然后加入金银花、山楂与鱼腥草的总重10倍的水,煎煮2小,过滤得原液;
(2)将原液浓缩至原液重量的0.2倍,并利用活性炭再次过滤,得初液;
(3)将柠檬酸钾、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺与葡萄糖混加入水混合均匀,然后将混合均匀的混合液加入70℃的初液中,再加入表面活性剂、防腐剂,制得水果消毒液。
还包括将水果消毒液的工PH值调节在8.4。
实施例4
(1)板蓝根50份、(2)柴胡15份、(3)大青叶12份、(4)表面活性剂2份;(5)次氯酸钠4份;(6)柠檬酸钾20份,(7)椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5份,(8)水300份。表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
还包括防腐剂0.5份,葡萄糖1份。
上述水果消毒液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将板蓝根、柴胡与大青叶放入锅内,然后加入金银花、山楂与鱼腥草的总重10倍的水,煎煮1小,过滤得原液;
(2)将原液浓缩至原液重量的0.1倍,并利用活性炭再次过滤,得初液;
(3)将柠檬酸钾、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺与葡萄糖混加入水混合均匀,然后将混合均匀的混合液加入60℃的初液中,再加入表面活性剂、防腐剂,制得水果消毒液。
还包括将水果消毒液的工PH值调节在7.8。

Claims (5)

1.一种水果消毒液,其特征在于:包括如下重量组分:
(1)板蓝根30-60份、(2)柴胡10-30份、(3)大青叶10-20份、(4)表面活性剂1-5份;(5)次氯酸钠1-4份; (6)柠檬酸钾10-20份,(7)椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5-10份,(8)水200-400份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水果消毒液,其特征在于:还包括防腐剂0.5-1份,葡萄糖1-3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水果消毒液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
4.根据权利要求2所述的水果消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
(1)将板蓝根、柴胡与大青叶放入锅内,然后加入金银花、山楂与鱼腥草的总重10倍的水,煎煮1-2小,过滤得原液;
(2)将原液浓缩至原液重量的0.1-0.2倍,并利用活性炭再次过滤,得初液;
(3)将柠檬酸钾、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺与葡萄糖混加入水混合均匀,然后将混合均匀的混合液加入50℃-70℃的初液中,再加入表面活性剂、防腐剂,制得水果消毒液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的水果消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括将水果消毒液的工PH值调节在7.6-8.4之间。
