本发明选用的龙胆草,味苦,性凉,归肝、胆经,有清热,消肿,止血,解毒,祛黄水之功效;栀子,味苦,性寒,归心、肝、肺、胃经,有清热、泻火、凉血之功效;麦冬,味甘、微苦,性微寒,归心、肺、胃经,有养阴生津、润肺清心之功效;黄精,味甘、性平,归脾、肺、肾经,有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾之功效;金银花,味甘,性寒,归肺、心、胃经,有清热解毒、疏散风热之功效;党参,味甘,性平,归脾、肺经,有补中益气、健脾益肺之功效;蒲公英,味甘,微苦,性寒,归肝、胃经,有清热解毒、消肿散结之功效;泽泻,味甘、淡,性寒,归肾、膀胱经,有利水渗湿、泄热通淋之功效;钩藤,味甘,性凉,归肝、心经,有清热平肝、熄风止痉之功效;益母草,味苦、辛,性微寒,归肝、心包经,有活血、祛瘀、调经、消水之功效;沙棘,味酸涩,性温,有止咳祛痰、消食化滞、活血散瘀之功效;枸杞子,味甘、性平,归肝、肾经,有补肝肾、明目、润肺之功效。以上各原料在发挥单一作用的同时,共奏健脾养胃、消暑降温、利火通便、生津止渴之功。

本发明的目的之二,是提供上述消清热祛湿保健饮料的制备方法。本发明的制备方法简单,市场前景广阔,适合规模化生产。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种清热祛湿保健饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备以下重量份数的原料:龙胆草4~12份、栀子6~12份、麦冬5~9份、黄精5~9份、金银花4~8份、党参4~8份、蒲公英4~8份、泽泻4~12份、钩藤5~15份、益母草4~12份、沙棘5~9份、枸杞子2~8份,混合均匀后,粉碎,得到原料粉;
(2)将步骤(1)所得原料粉置于容器中,加入800~1200份水,加热至80~90℃,保持25~35min,冷却至常温,40~60目滤布粗滤,再200目滤布过滤,灭菌,灌装,即得所述清热祛湿保健饮料。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,步骤(1)所述各原料的重量份数分别为:龙胆草8份、栀子9份、麦冬7份、黄精7份、金银花6份、党参6份、蒲公英6份、泽泻8份、钩藤10份、益母草8份、沙棘7份、枸杞子5份。
进一步,步骤(2)所述水的重量份数为1000份,所述加热的温度为85℃,所述保持的时间为30min。
进一步,步骤(2)所述灭菌的方式为钴60灭菌8~12min。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的保健饮料,以多种中药为原料,药膳同源,众药合用,具有清热祛湿、败火润喉、利火通便、生津止渴的功效。
(2)本发明不含抗菌剂、防腐剂等化学添加剂,天然环保、无任何毒副作用。
(3)本发明的制备方法简单,适合规模化生产。

实施例1:
本实施例的清热祛湿保健饮料,由如下重量的原料制成:龙胆草4份、栀子12份、麦冬5份、黄精9份、金银花4份、党参8份、蒲公英4份、泽泻12份、钩藤5份、益母草12份、沙棘5份、枸杞子8份和水800份。
上述清热祛湿保健饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备以下重量的原料:龙胆草4份、栀子12份、麦冬5份、黄精9份、金银花4份、党参8份、蒲公英4份、泽泻12份、钩藤5份、益母草12份、沙棘5份、枸杞子8份,混合均匀后,粉碎,得到原料粉;

本实施例的清热祛湿保健饮料,由如下重量的原料制成:龙胆草12份、栀子6份、麦冬9份、黄精5份、金银花8份、党参4份、蒲公英8份、泽泻4份、钩藤15份、益母草4份、沙棘9份、枸杞子2份和水1200份。
上述清热祛湿保健饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备以下重量的原料:龙胆草12份、栀子6份、麦冬9份、黄精5份、金银花8份、党参4份、蒲公英8份、泽泻4份、钩藤15份、益母草4份、沙棘9份、枸杞子2份,混合均匀后,粉碎,得到原料粉;
(2)将步骤(1)所得原料粉置于容器中,加入1200份水,加热至90℃,保持35min,冷却至常温,60目滤布粗滤,再200目滤布过滤,灭菌,灌装,即得所述清热祛湿保健饮料。
实验例
一、安全性试验
实验动物与环境:清洁级SD大鼠。实验期间实验环境温度20-25℃,湿度40-58%。
小鼠急性毒性试验:选用体重为18g-22g的健康SD大鼠20只,雌雄各半。分别取实施例1-3制备的饮料按100mL/kg·bw剂量,间隔3小时分两次经口灌胃,每次灌胃体积为0.5mL/10g·bw。灌胃后连续观察两周,记录中毒表现及死亡情况。
30天喂养试验:选择初断乳的SD大鼠随机分为三组,即对照组及实施例1-3受试组,每组20只,雌雄各半。对照组予以等体积的蒸馏水。分别给以受试动物灌胃,每天灌胃一次,灌胃体积为5mL/100g·bw,连续30天。各组动物均喂以普通饲料,笼内喂养,自由饮食、饮水。
检验结果:
30天喂养试验结果:实验组经口灌胃30天,试验期间,动物生长发育良好,各剂量组体重、增重、食物利用率、血常规指标、血生化指标、脏器系数与对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。大体解剖和组织病理检查未见与样品有关的异常改变。提示送检样品30天喂养对大鼠各项观察指标未产生明显毒副作用。
二、临床实验
随机选择门诊病例75例为治疗组,女性45例,男性30例,其中便秘30例,腹部饱胀消化不良不适25例,口腔异味10例,口唇生疮10例,随机分成3组,每组各25人。3组在年龄、病程、病情等方面经统计学处理,无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。
治疗方法:第一组服用实施例1制备的清热祛湿保健饮料,每次300mL,每天三次;
第二组服用实施例2制备的清热祛湿保健饮料,每次300mL,每天三次;
第三组服用实施例3制备的清热祛湿保健饮料,每次300mL,每天三次。
疗效判定标准
显效:使用后5天以内临床症状及大部分体征消失。
有效:使用后5天以内症状减轻,1周以内临床症状及部分体征消失。
无效:使用5天内无变化者。
研究结果:

使用本发明后症状改善情况总结:
最先改善的症状是大便逐渐恢复正常,体内热毒逐渐排除,口腔异味消除,食欲增加,腹部饱胀、消化不良等症状消除。
本发明采用的上述各中药互作配伍,能发挥其协同作用,所用中药原料各成分之间具有药效相互交织相互促进和协调效能,本申请的保健饮料,成本低廉,效果显著,具有广阔的应用前景。

1.一种清热祛湿保健饮料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:龙胆草4~12份、栀子6~12份、麦冬5~9份、黄精5~9份、金银花4~8份、党参4~8份、蒲公英4~8份、泽泻4~12份、钩藤5~15份、益母草4~12份、沙棘5~9份、枸杞子2~8份和水800~1200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清热祛湿保健饮料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:龙胆草8份、栀子9份、麦冬7份、黄精7份、金银花6份、党参6份、蒲公英6份、泽泻8份、钩藤10份、益母草8份、沙棘7份、枸杞子5份和水1000份。
3.一种清热祛湿保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备以下重量份数的原料:龙胆草4~12份、栀子6~12份、麦冬5~9份、黄精5~9份、金银花4~8份、党参4~8份、蒲公英4~8份、泽泻4~12份、钩藤5~15份、益母草4~12份、沙棘5~9份、枸杞子2~8份,混合均匀后,粉碎,得到原料粉;
(2)将步骤(1)所得原料粉置于容器中,加入800~1200份水,加热至80~90℃,保持25~35min,冷却至常温,40~60目滤布粗滤,再200目滤布过滤,灭菌,灌装,即得所述清热祛湿保健饮料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种清热祛湿保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述各原料的重量份数分别为:龙胆草8份、栀子9份、麦冬7份、黄精7份、金银花6份、党参6份、蒲公英6份、泽泻8份、钩藤10份、益母草8份、沙棘7份、枸杞子5份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种清热祛湿保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述水的重量份数为1000份,所述加热的温度为85℃,所述保持的时间为30min。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种清热祛湿保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述灭菌的方式为钴60灭菌8~12min。
