Abstract

本发明公开了一种蔬果清洁剂,由以下重量份原料制成:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍1‑10份、精制盐20‑30份、茶皂素1‑10份、小苏打1‑10份、柠檬酸1‑5份、表面活性剂3‑7份、增稠剂1‑5份、去离子水40‑70份。本发明的蔬果清洁剂不仅能有效去除蔬菜瓜果表面的细菌、寄生虫、污物及其表面的农药残留物,而且安全无毒性,不会破坏蔬菜瓜果的营养风味。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化工技术领域,具体涉及一种蔬果清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,国内外对蔬菜水果类产品的生产能力和加工技术水平越来越高,产品丰富,产量巨大,品尝新鲜果蔬已成为现代人的一种生活时尚。但新鲜果蔬表面被致病菌吸附,危害人类健康。此外,水果蔬菜表面经常会有农药残留,使用普通的洗洁精很难清除干净。为解决这方面问题,最早人们用含氯类消毒剂稀释后浸泡水果蔬菜,可以解决病菌的污染问题,但这类消毒剂长时间浸泡新鲜水果蔬菜也可能会造成果蔬品质和营养的丧失。此外,含氯消毒剂还会挥发出带有氯气的刺激性不愉快气味。为进一步解决这些问题,本发明的目的是提供一种具有广谱杀菌、安全环保、刺激性小的新一代蔬果清洁剂。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种蔬果清洁剂及其制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种蔬果清洁剂,由以下重量份原料制成:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍1-10份、精制盐20-30份、茶皂素1-10份、小苏打1-10份、柠檬酸1-5份、表面活性剂3-7份、增稠剂1-5份、去离子水40-70份。
优选地,所述的蔬果清洁剂,由以下重量份原料制成:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍6份、精制盐25份、茶皂素6份、小苏打6份、柠檬酸3份、表面活性剂5份、增稠剂3份、去离子水60份。
进一步地,所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸酯钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
进一步地,所述的增稠剂为黄原胶、卡拉胶、纤维素胶、改性淀粉中的一种。
本发明还提供了上述蔬果清洁剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:一、按上述配比依次称取:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍、精制盐、茶皂素、小苏打、柠檬酸、表面活性剂、增稠剂、去离子水;二、先将表面活性剂加入去离子水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入精制盐,搅拌至分散均匀,再加入盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍、茶皂素、小苏打、柠檬酸搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂,搅拌得膏状液体,即为清洁剂。
本发明各组分中,盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍是优良的生物制剂和抗菌剂,含高效广谱的杀菌成分杀菌性能及抑制致病微生物生长;精制盐对各种生物具有刺激性,能破坏各种细菌和寄生虫的生存环境;茶皂素、小苏打、柠檬酸可以增强洗涤效果;表面活性剂也有一定的去污效果。
本发明的优点是:本发明的蔬果清洁剂不仅能有效去除蔬菜瓜果表面的细菌、寄生虫、污物及其表面的农药残留物,而且安全无毒性,不会破坏蔬菜瓜果的营养风味。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1
一种蔬果清洁剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:一、称取以下重量份原料:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍1份、精制盐20份、茶皂素1份、小苏打1份、柠檬酸1份、表面活性剂3份、增稠剂1份、去离子水40份;二、先将表面活性剂加入去离子水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入精制盐,搅拌至分散均匀,再加入盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍、茶皂素、小苏打、柠檬酸搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂,搅拌得膏状液体,即为清洁剂。
其中,所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸酯钠;所述的增稠剂为黄原胶。
实施例2
一种蔬果清洁剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:一、称取以下重量份原料:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍3份、精制盐23份、茶皂素3份、小苏打3份、柠檬酸2份、表面活性剂4份、增稠剂2份、去离子水50份;二、先将表面活性剂加入去离子水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入精制盐,搅拌至分散均匀,再加入盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍、茶皂素、小苏打、柠檬酸搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂,搅拌得膏状液体,即为清洁剂。
其中,所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸酯钠;所述的增稠剂为卡拉胶。
实施例3
一种蔬果清洁剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:一、称取以下重量份原料:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍7份、精制盐28份、茶皂素7份、小苏打7份、柠檬酸4份、表面活性剂6份、增稠剂4份、去离子水60份;二、先将表面活性剂加入去离子水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入精制盐,搅拌至分散均匀,再加入盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍、茶皂素、小苏打、柠檬酸搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂,搅拌得膏状液体,即为清洁剂。
其中,所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠;所述的增稠剂为纤维素胶。
实施例4
一种蔬果清洁剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:一、称取以下重量份原料:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍10份、精制盐30份、茶皂素10份、小苏打10份、柠檬酸5份、表面活性剂7份、增稠剂5份、去离子水70份;二、先将表面活性剂加入去离子水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入精制盐,搅拌至分散均匀,再加入盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍、茶皂素、小苏打、柠檬酸搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂,搅拌得膏状液体,即为清洁剂。
其中,所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠;所述的增稠剂为改性淀粉。

Claims (5)

1.一种蔬果清洁剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍1-10份、精制盐20-30份、茶皂素1-10份、小苏打1-10份、柠檬酸1-5份、表面活性剂3-7份、增稠剂1-5份、去离子水40-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蔬果清洁剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍6份、精制盐25份、茶皂素6份、小苏打6份、柠檬酸3份、表面活性剂5份、增稠剂3份、去离子水60份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蔬果清洁剂,其特征在于所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸酯钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的蔬果清洁剂,其特征在于所述的增稠剂为黄原胶、卡拉胶、纤维素胶、改性淀粉中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的蔬果清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:一、按上述配比依次称取:盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍、精制盐、茶皂素、小苏打、柠檬酸、表面活性剂、增稠剂、去离子水;二、先将表面活性剂加入去离子水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入精制盐,搅拌至分散均匀,再加入盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍、茶皂素、小苏打、柠檬酸搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂,搅拌得膏状液体,即为清洁剂。
