齿轮是能互相啮合的有齿的机械零件,是一种常见的机械传动零件,在传动过程汇总,由于多种因素综合作用的结果产生噪声,发生震动,目前市面上流通的齿轮耐磨性能差,需要经常更换,增加成本,且安装和拆卸不方便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种噪音较小的耐磨损齿轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐磨损齿轮,具有齿轮体,所述的齿轮体的表面喷涂有耐磨层。
进一步的,本发明所述的齿轮体的断面上设置有油孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,使用方便,重量轻,噪音小,不易发生震动,耐磨损,延长使用寿命,降低成本。
