本发明公开了一种汽车用PVC塑溶胶包括以下组分及重量份数:25~35份增塑剂、1~3份增粘剂、0~5份溶剂、0.5~2份抗氧化剂、0.005~0.0015份抗UV剂、0.5~1份氧化锌稳定剂、4.0~10份氧化钙、15~25份纳米碳酸钙、5~10份重钙、25~35份PVC树脂、0~2份玻璃珠、0~5份塑料珠、0~1份SiO2。本发明的PVC塑溶胶能够与PPG、BASF和Axalt的3C1B中涂漆,色漆和清漆湿碰湿施工,不会有任何外观缺陷,具有良好的附着力,产品性能符合通用标准GMW16680‑2012 3‑wet material。

Description

一种汽车用PVC塑溶胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车用PVC塑溶胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车用PVC塑溶胶主要用于汽车车身电泳漆钢板的焊缝处或搭接处,及车身底板、轮罩和下部裙边处。其作用是密封,抗石击及隔音降噪。密封作用,主要是指防风尘、雨水、水汽也可以部分防腐蚀。抗石击作用,主要是指防止路面扬起的沙石、泥水对车身的冲击。隔音降噪作用,主要是指减轻车体的震动并消除噪音。PVC塑溶胶需要在液体状态下施工,要使它起到上述的功能必须要使之塑化。通常PVC塑溶胶施工于电泳漆和中涂油漆或色漆之间,其上后续会继续喷涂或者中涂,或者色漆,最后在色漆上再喷涂清漆。
通常的PVC塑溶胶施工工艺是首先依次施工内密封胶,折边胶,顶沟胶,底部密封胶和底涂胶,之后会有PVC胶烘房烘烤使之塑化,烘烤工艺为130-175degC/15-60mins;然后,在车身外表喷中涂漆(溶剂型或水性,10-30um),烘烤工艺为130-175degC/15-60mins;其次喷色漆(溶剂型或水性,10-30um),烘烤工艺为130-175degC/15-60mins;最后喷清漆(溶剂型,40-70um),烘烤工艺为130-175degC/15-60mins。
如上述PVC塑溶胶及油漆施工工艺,需要高温烘箱(130-175degC)以及大型的烘箱(较长的烘烤时间),从而导致车厂每年消耗在烘烤上的能源巨大,而且还有昂贵的烘箱维护成本。
当前大多数汽车用PVC塑溶胶在未烘烤直接与中涂或色漆接触时会产生各种配套性的问题,如油漆龟裂、皲裂、起皱、橘皮、针孔及露白等。所以绝大部分在施工后及中涂漆喷涂前需要烘烤塑化,以避免与油漆湿碰湿时产生各种缺陷。虽然已经有些PVC塑溶胶已经把塑化温度降低到130degC左右,但是还是不能避免PVC塑溶胶烘房以及由此产生的昂贵费用。
由于在汽车行业使用了各种品牌和种类的油漆,同时对几种油漆具有良好的湿碰湿配套性也是一个很大的挑战。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题而提供了一种汽车用PVC塑溶胶及其制备方法,能够与PPG,BASF和Axalt的中涂漆,色漆和清漆湿碰湿施工,不会有任何外观缺陷,具有良好的附着力,产品性能符合通用标准。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明的一种汽车用PVC塑溶胶包括以下组分及重量份数:

在上述的一种汽车用PVC塑溶胶中混合增塑剂包括一种到五种增塑剂的混合物,增塑剂可以为低分子量聚酯增塑剂和/或者类邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂和/或己二酸类增塑剂和或聚醚类增塑剂混合物,如GLOBINEX W-221,GLOBINEX W-1550,Jayflex MB10,FerroSan278,Monocizer W-260,GLOBINEX W-1042-A,GLOBINEX W-1040S,DINP,DPHP,DOA等。
在上述的一种汽车用PVC塑溶胶中混合增粘剂为1~3种增粘剂的混合物,优选的增粘剂可以是氨基增粘剂或聚氨酯增粘剂的混合物(如SY-Z533E,SY-Z530E,ChemiflexPV-54N,Nourybond 289,Nourybond 276,ADEKA RESIN QR-1636-2I,IBERO-TEC 6159,IBERO-TEC PM 132,IBERO-TEC PM 114等)。
在上述的一种汽车用PVC塑溶胶中混合PVC树脂为1-4种PVC树脂的混合物,优选共聚PVC树脂、均聚PVC树脂和共混PVC树脂的混合物(如Lacovyl 1384,SYCC PSM-31,Vinnolit PA5470/5,Vestolit P1353K,SIAMVIC 167GZ,SIAMVIC 370HD,PCMA-12,Vinnolit PA5070/5,Vinnolit SA1062/7等)。
本发明还提供一种汽车用PVC塑溶胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下组分及重量分数准备原料:

(2)将混合增塑剂、混合增粘剂、溶剂、抗氧化剂、抗UV剂、氧化锌稳定剂、氧化钙加入搅拌釜搅拌5分钟;
(3)将纳米碳酸钙、玻璃珠和重钙搅拌投入搅拌釜中搅拌10分钟;
(4)向搅拌釜中加PVC树脂并将料温控制在5~35℃搅拌30分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)的产物打入熟化罐中1~16小时使粘度稳定,然后调节粘度至需求范围内后过滤包装即可。
本发明可以与PPG,BASF和Axalt的中涂漆,色漆和清漆湿碰湿施工,
不会有任何外观缺陷,并与电泳漆、中涂漆、色漆和清漆具有良好的附着力;产品性能符合通用标准(GMW16680-2012)对PVC塑溶胶(内密封胶,折边胶,顶沟胶,底部密封胶和底涂胶)的性能要求。使用本产品施工,可以达到取消PVC塑溶胶烘箱并将中涂漆烘箱和色漆烘箱温度降低到80℃的效果,从而实现四湿一烘的工艺以帮助客户降低成本(节能降耗、简化工艺流程、提高工效)。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~4的组分信息如表1所示:

按以下制备方法制备实施例1~4的塑溶胶:
(1)将增塑剂1~4、增粘剂1~2、溶剂、抗氧化剂、抗UV剂、氧化锌稳定剂、氧化钙加入搅拌釜搅拌5分钟;
(2)将纳米碳酸钙、玻璃珠和重钙搅拌投入搅拌釜中搅拌10分钟;
(3)向搅拌釜中加如PVC1/2/3/4并将料温控制在一定温度下搅拌30分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)的产物打入熟化罐中熟化16个小时使粘度稳定,然后调节粘度至需求范围内后过滤包装即可。
实施例1~4的性能测试方法及结果如表2所示:

Claims (3)

1.一种汽车用PVC塑溶密封胶,其特征在于,包括以下组分及重量份数:
增塑剂 25~35份;
增粘剂 1~3份;
溶剂 0~5份;
抗氧化剂 0.5~2份;
抗UV剂 0.005~0.0015份;
氧化锌稳定剂 0.5~1份;
氧化钙 4.0~10份;
纳米碳酸钙 15~25份;
重钙 5~10份;
PVC 25~35份;
玻璃珠 0~20份;
塑料珠 0~5份;
SiO2 0~1份;
所述增塑剂包括低分子量聚酯增塑剂、邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂、己二酸类增塑剂、聚醚类增塑剂中至少三种;
所述增粘剂为氨基增粘剂或聚氨酯增粘剂;
所述PVC树脂为共聚PVC树脂、均聚PVC树脂和共混PVC树脂;
所述的玻璃珠、塑料珠、SiO2的粒径为1um-100um。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车用PVC塑溶密封胶,其特征在于,所述增粘剂包括一种至三种增粘剂的混合增粘剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车用PVC塑溶密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下组分及重量分数准备原料:
增塑剂 25~35份;
增粘剂 1~3份;
溶剂 0~5份;
抗氧化剂 0.5~2份;
抗UV剂 0.005~0.0015份;
氧化锌稳定剂 0.5~1份;
氧化钙 4.0~10份;
纳米碳酸钙 15~25份;
重钙 5~10份;
PVC 25~35份;
玻璃珠 0~20份;
塑料珠 0~5份;
SiO2 0~1份;
(2)将增塑剂、增粘剂、溶剂、抗氧化剂、抗UV剂、氧化锌稳定剂、氧化钙依次加入搅拌釜搅拌5分钟;
(3)将纳米碳酸钙、玻璃珠和重钙搅拌投入搅拌釜中搅拌10分钟;
(4)向搅拌釜中加入PVC并将料温控制在15~35℃搅拌30分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)的产物打入熟化罐中1~16小时使粘度稳定,然后调节粘度至需求范围内后过滤包装即可。
