本发明提供一种轴承沟道淬火油孔堵塞工装,由铁爪、锥柱及螺栓所构成,所述的铁爪前部管壁设有开口,所述的锥柱前部设有梢头中前部轴心加工有内螺纹,后端部设有凹槽,所述的螺栓穿过铁爪内孔与锥柱的内螺纹相接。具有结构简单、操作方便、提高热处理产品质量、降低热处理油孔裂纹废品率、可重复使用等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承沟道淬火油孔堵塞工装。
背景技术
目前,在进行沟道淬火时,针对有油孔的沟道淬火时,采用玻璃丝石棉进行油孔堵塞,防止油孔在淬火过程中的孔口倒角处应力集中产生淬火裂纹,这种方法的缺点有3方面:
1、玻璃丝石棉堵塞油孔在沟道淬火过程中易因温度高而燃烧,起不到防止油孔裂纹的作用;
2、玻璃丝石棉堵塞不规则,有时会因为形状的原因,有部分孔口倒角裸露在外面,没有得到全面防护;
3、玻璃丝石棉在沟道淬火过程中,被淬火液带进淬火水盒里面,设备的过滤装置很难能把玻璃丝石棉过滤干净,堵塞淬火液喷淋水盒后,会出现冷却不好导致的硬度低等一系列产品质量问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种轴承沟道淬火油孔堵塞工装。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种轴承沟道淬火油孔堵塞工装,由铁爪、锥柱及螺栓所构成,所述的铁爪前部管壁设有开口,所述的锥柱前部设有梢头、中前部轴心加工有内螺纹、后端部设有凹槽,所述的螺栓穿过铁爪内孔与锥柱的内螺纹相接。
本发明同现有技术相比具有结构简单、操作方便、提高热处理产品质量、降低热处理油孔裂纹废品率、可重复使用等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明实施例:
锥柱2前部设有梢头4、中前部轴心加工有内螺纹5、后端部设有一字凹槽6,铁爪1前部管壁设有四个开口3,螺栓穿过铁爪1内孔与锥柱2的内螺纹5相接。
使用时,铁爪1和锥柱2用螺栓上紧,铁爪1前部可胀开,与油孔配合略紧即可。

1.轴承沟道淬火油孔堵塞工装,由铁爪(1)、锥柱(2)及螺栓所构成,其特征在于:所述的铁爪(1)前部管壁设有开口(3),所述的锥柱(2)前部设有梢头(4)、中前部轴心加工有内螺纹(5)、后端部设有凹槽(6),所述的螺栓穿过铁爪(1)内孔与锥柱(2)的内螺纹(5)相接。
