Abstract

本发明涉及粘接材料领域,具体是一种可重工无纺布阻燃胶带,所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带依次包括第一离型层、第一压敏胶层、基材、第二压敏胶层和第二离型层;所述的基材为绵纸无纺布基材或聚酯型无纺布基材;所述的第一压敏胶层和第二压敏胶层由基材上下表面分别涂布压敏胶水形成;所述的压敏胶水中添加阻燃剂。本发明优点在于:采用特种的无纺布,其具有高于常规无纺布绵纸,拉伸,撕裂强度,成品具有优于聚酯的柔顺性;仍采用阻燃的无纺布及胶水结合而成,且无卤素、有机溶剂残留,更加环保。

Description

一种可重工无纺布阻燃胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及粘接材料技术领域,具体地说,是一种用于消费电子,汽车领域的粘接材料,特别是具有可重工性,且具有低VOC的优点的阻燃胶带。
背景技术
常规产品的无纺布单、双面胶带可重工性差,在制程过程中,会增加制造性企业的物料成本,尤其是良率不高的情况下更加明显。
聚酯薄膜类胶带,经过涂布胶水后拉伸,撕裂强度大,往往柔顺性变差,对于曲面等界面的追随性变差,难以结合两种材料的优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于消费电子,汽车领域的粘接材料,特别是具有可重工性,且具有低VOC的优点的阻燃胶带,以适应市场及环保安全要求。
本发明的第一方面,提供一种可重工无纺布阻燃胶带,所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带依次包括第一离型层、第一压敏胶层、基材、第二压敏胶层和第二离型层;
其中,所述的基材可选绵纸无纺布基材,采用15~35g/m2的克重,厚度0.08~0.2mm,不同于常规的棉纸产品,此类产品的厚重比达到T:M=2.5~5.5,由此产生独特的产品力学特性,高拉伸,撕裂强度;在产品粘接材料应用时,具有好的曲面粘接,追随性好,抗反翘优异。
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中,所述的基材采用绵纸无纺布基材,26g克重,厚度约0.09mm。
在本发明的另一个优选实施方式中,所述的基材采用高蓬松的无纺布,26g克重,厚度约0.11mm。
所述的基材还可以采用聚酯型无纺布基材,选用高蓬松比的聚酯型无纺布基材,厚重比T:M=1.5~8.5。优选的,还可以添加阻燃填料,从而材料达到统一的阻燃效果。
在本发明的另一个优选实施方式中,所述的基材采用PET型熔喷无纺布,14g克重,厚度约0.04mm。
所述的第一压敏胶层和第二压敏胶层由基材上下表面分别涂布压敏胶水形成,所述的压敏胶水(PSA)选自具有压敏特性的水性压敏胶,热熔压敏胶,UV压敏胶,或有机气体挥发VOC低于0.5%的油性压敏胶。总体胶层厚度可在0.03~1.0mm;整体180°剥离力可在0.1~5.0kg/inch进行调节,粘接耐温性可控制在80~260℃,阻燃可达到0级(GBT 15903-1995压敏胶粘带耐燃性试验方法)。
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中,所述的压敏胶水采用水性丙烯酸树脂压敏胶SXL-90树脂(固含量45%)。
所述的压敏胶水中添加阻燃剂,添加量为压敏胶水质量百分比的10%~20%。所述的阻燃剂选自各类胶水用的溴系阻燃剂,磷系阻燃剂,氮系阻燃剂,无机阻燃剂中的一种或两种以上。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,所述的阻燃剂为含量为99.5%环保性三氧化二锑、BASF阻燃剂Melapur 25、或氢氧化铝阻燃剂(如泰星化工阻燃剂HT-205)。
所述的离型层为离型纸,离型膜,或者具有离型隔离作用的界面材料。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,所述的离型层为双硅离型纸、格拉幸离型纸或透明PET离型膜。
优选的,所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带厚度在0.01~3.0mm之间。
本发明的第二方面,提供一种上述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:采用添加阻燃剂的压敏胶水,涂布在离型纸或离型膜上进行转移贴合,贴合无纺布基材,双面复合后完成胶带成品。
本发明优点在于:
1、本发明产品对常规的无纺布双面胶带进行了结构与材料特性的优化,采用了特殊的无纺布结构涂布为胶带产品,使得其力学性能表现综合性能优异;
2、结合特殊的阻燃助剂,具有优良的自熄灭效果,无发烟,无滴落;
3、采用环保的胶水体系,采用UV胶,水性胶,热熔胶压敏胶,产品无有机溶剂残留;
4、本发明产品采用特种的无纺布,其具有高于常规无纺布绵纸,拉伸,撕裂强度,成品具有优于聚酯的柔顺性;仍采用阻燃的无纺布及胶水结合而成,且无卤素、有机溶剂残留,更加环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1:
采用水性丙烯酸树脂压敏胶如SXL-90树脂(固含量45%),阻燃剂为含量为99.5%环保性三氧化二锑,阻燃剂添加量为胶水的15%,经涂布在110g双硅离型纸上转移贴合,单层的干胶涂胶厚度0.065mm,贴合特种绵纸无纺布基材(26g克重,厚度约0.09mm)。

实施例2:
采用热熔性压敏胶,添加阻燃剂10%(如BASF阻燃剂Melapur 25),涂布在90g的格拉幸离型纸上进行转移贴合,PET型熔喷无纺布(14g克重,厚度约0.04mm),双面复合后完成胶带成品总厚度在0.1mm。

实施例3:
采用UV型压敏胶,添加氢氧化铝阻燃剂20%(如泰星化工阻燃剂HT-205),涂布在0.05mm透明PET离型膜上进行光聚合后转移贴合,采用高蓬松的无纺布(26g克重,厚度约0.11mm),双面复合后完成胶带成品总厚度在0.17mm。

以上已对本发明创造的较佳实施例进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明创造精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同的变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种可重工无纺布阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带依次包括第一离型层、第一压敏胶层、基材、第二压敏胶层和第二离型层;所述的基材为绵纸无纺布基材或聚酯型无纺布基材;所述的第一压敏胶层和第二压敏胶层由基材上下表面分别涂布压敏胶水形成,所述的压敏胶水选自具有压敏特性的水性压敏胶,热熔压敏胶,UV压敏胶,或有机气体挥发VOC低于0.5%的油性压敏胶;所述的压敏胶水中添加阻燃剂,添加量为压敏胶水质量百分比的10%~20%;所述的阻燃剂选自胶水用的溴系阻燃剂,磷系阻燃剂,氮系阻燃剂,无机阻燃剂中的一种或两种以上;所述的离型层为离型纸,离型膜,或者具有离型隔离作用的界面材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述的绵纸无纺布基材的厚重比达到T:M=2.5~5.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述的绵纸无纺布基材采用15~35g/m2的克重,厚度0.08~0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述的聚酯型无纺布基材的厚重比T:M=1.5~8.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述的第一压敏胶层或第二压敏胶层总体胶层厚度0.03~1.0mm;整体180°剥离力0.1~5.0kg/inch,粘接耐温性80~260℃,阻燃可达到0级。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述的阻燃剂为含量为99.5%环保性三氧化二锑、BASF阻燃剂Melapur 25、或泰星化工阻燃剂HT-205。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述的离型层为双硅离型纸、格拉幸离型纸或透明PET离型膜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带厚度在0.01~3.0mm之间。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一所述的可重工无纺布阻燃胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:采用添加阻燃剂的压敏胶水,涂布在离型纸或离型膜上进行转移贴合,贴合无纺布基材,双面复合后完成胶带成品。
