技术领域
本发明属于胶带技术领域,特别涉及一种热熔防腐胶、热熔防腐胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
石油、天然气传输、化工、城市建设中的给排水和煤气输送等埋地钢制管道的搭接处均需要做防腐处理。现有的管道防腐方式主要采用三层独立结构,即为:矿脂底漆+矿脂带+PE丁基保护胶带;这种防腐方式施工工艺复杂繁琐,施工成本较高;具体的,其施工流程为:手工机械除锈→手工底漆涂抹→矿脂带缠绕→PE丁基保护胶带缠绕固定;上述每个步骤均存在缺点,其中,手工机械除锈过程所达到的除锈等级不高,除锈效果一般;手工底漆涂抹步骤中,底漆涂布均匀性差;矿脂带缠绕步骤中,矿脂带几乎无粘结强度,缠绕时容易产生滑动;保护胶带缠绕步骤中,PE丁基保护胶带与矿脂带的粘结力很弱,胶带粘结及搭接处容易产生空隙,不能很好地达到保护矿脂带及阻水的目的。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种热熔防腐胶、热熔防腐胶带及其制备方法;该热熔防腐胶带具有较好的附着性能和较高的粘结强度,使用时可直接缠绕于管道上,施工方便,无需多步防腐工艺处理,可有效阻隔水分及空气,实现较好的防锈、防霉、防腐效果。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种热熔防腐胶,其制备原料按质量百分比计包括以下组分:矿脂25~40%、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯合成橡胶20~30%、石油树脂15~25%、矿物油5~10%、氢氧化铝10~15%、防锈剂3~5%、防霉剂1~3%、抗氧化剂1~2%。
优选地,所述防锈剂为磺酸盐类防锈剂。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂1010、抗氧化剂168、抗氧化剂1076中的一种或两种及以上的组合。
本发明还提供了一种热熔防腐胶带,包括复合防腐胶黏层和位于复合防腐胶黏层上的离型膜,该复合防腐胶黏层是由基材、无纺布和热熔防腐胶复合而成;所述热熔防腐胶的制备原料按质量百分比计包括以下组分:矿脂25~40%、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯合成橡胶20~30%、石油树脂15~25%、矿物油5~10%、氢氧化铝10~15%、防锈剂3~5%、防霉剂1~3%、抗氧化剂1~2%。
作为本发明热熔防腐胶带的一个优选技术方案,所述复合防腐胶黏层是由从上至下依次设置的基材、无纺布以及由热熔防腐胶形成的防腐胶层复合而成。
作为本发明热熔防腐胶带的另一个优选技术方案,所述复合防腐胶黏层是由基材和浸渍有所述热熔防腐胶的无纺布复合而成。
作为本发明热熔防腐胶带进一步的优选方案,所述基材为聚乙烯基材,所述离型膜为聚乙烯离型膜;更一步优选地,所述无纺布为PET无纺布。
本发明进一步提供了一种热熔防腐胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将基材、无纺布和热熔防腐胶复合形成复合防腐胶黏层;
(2)在复合防腐胶黏层的具有热熔防腐胶的一侧贴合离型膜,即得该热熔防腐胶带。
作为本发明制备方法的一个优选技术方案,步骤(1)中,先将无纺布和基材通过热压复合的方式复合在一起,然后将热熔防腐胶热熔涂布于无纺布上,形成具有基材、无纺布和位于无纺布上的防腐胶层的复合防腐胶黏层;步骤(2)中,待步骤(1)制得的复合防腐胶黏层冷却后,在其防腐胶层一侧贴合离型膜。
作为本发明制备方法的另一个优选技术方案,步骤(1)中,先将无纺布浸渍于热熔防腐胶中,经过浸渍处理后,得到浸渍有热熔防腐胶的无纺布,冷却后,在其一侧贴合基材,得到复合防腐胶黏层;步骤(2)中,在浸渍有热熔防腐胶的无纺布的另一侧贴合离型膜。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用合理配比的矿脂、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯合成橡胶、树脂、矿物油、氢氧化铝以及防锈剂、防霉剂、抗氧化剂进行配合,制得的热熔防腐胶具有较高的粘结强度,较好的防锈、防霉、防腐性及抗氧化性;利用该热熔防腐胶制成的热熔防腐胶带在使用时,可直接缠绕于管道上,即可达到防腐目的,无需复杂的防腐工艺,使得施工简单方便,施工成本降低;该热熔防腐胶带由于较高的粘结强度,缠绕管道时不易产生滑移,且粘结处与搭接处不易产生空隙,可以起到较好的阻隔水和空气的作用;该热熔防腐胶带缠绕于管道后,可以起到较好的防锈、防霉、防腐及抗氧化效果,对管道进行有效保护,其中的基材和无纺布可以作为防腐胶层载体,提高了整个胶带的强度,并可以更好地对热熔防腐胶和管道进行保护。

该实施例4的热熔防腐胶,其制备原料按质量百分比计包括以下组分:矿脂40%、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯合成橡胶20%、石油树脂18%、矿物油5%、氢氧化铝10%、防锈剂3%、防霉剂3%、抗氧化剂1%。
按照上述配方称取各原料,将各原料进行加热混合均匀,加热温度为100℃,加热后得到热熔防腐胶。
利用上述热熔防腐胶制备热熔防腐胶带,其制备过程如下:
将无纺布和聚乙烯基材通过热压复合的方式复合在一起,然后将制得的热熔防腐胶热熔涂布于无纺布上,形成具有基材1、无纺布2和位于无纺布2上的防腐胶层3的复合防腐胶黏层;
制得的复合防腐胶黏层冷却后,在其防腐胶层3一侧贴合聚乙烯离型膜4,即得该热熔防腐胶带,如图1所示。
实施例5
利用实施例1制得的热熔防腐胶制备热熔防腐胶带,其制备过程如下:
先将无纺布浸渍于热熔防腐胶中,经过浸渍处理后,得到浸渍有热熔防腐胶的无纺布5,冷却后,在其一侧贴合聚乙烯基材1,得到复合防腐胶黏层;
在浸渍有热熔防腐胶的无纺布5的另一侧贴合聚乙烯离型膜4,即得该热熔防腐胶带,如图2所示。
实施例6
利用实施例3制得的热熔防腐胶制备热熔防腐胶带,其制备过程如下:
先将无纺布浸渍于热熔防腐胶中,经过浸渍处理后,得到浸渍有热熔防腐胶的无纺布5,冷却后,在其一侧贴合聚乙烯基材1,得到复合防腐胶黏层;
在浸渍有热熔防腐胶的无纺布5的另一侧贴合聚乙烯离型膜4,即得该热熔防腐胶带,如图2所示。
实施例7
利用实施例4制得的热熔防腐胶制备热熔防腐胶带,其制备过程如下:
先将无纺布浸渍于热熔防腐胶中,经过浸渍处理后,得到浸渍有热熔防腐胶的无纺布5,冷却后,在其一侧贴合聚乙烯基材1,得到复合防腐胶黏层;
在浸渍有热熔防腐胶的无纺布5的另一侧贴合聚乙烯离型膜4,即得该热熔防腐胶带,如图2所示。
将实施例1-7的热熔防腐胶带按照表2中的测试标准分别进行性能测试,测试结果如表2所示;其中,厚度值为实施例1-7的热熔防腐胶带的厚度值的平均值。

由表2可知,实施例1至7所得的热熔防腐胶带均具有较高的剥离力,粘结强度大,且具有较高的断裂强度和断裂伸长率,同时具有较好的防锈、防霉、防腐及抗氧化效果,对水和空气的阻隔性能也较优异。

Claims (10)

1.一种热熔防腐胶,其特征在于,其制备原料按质量百分比计包括以下组分:矿脂25~40%、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯合成橡胶20~30%、石油树脂15~25%、矿物油5~10%、氢氧化铝10~15%、防锈剂3~5%、防霉剂1~3%、抗氧化剂1~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔防腐胶,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为磺酸盐类防锈剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔防腐胶,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂1010、抗氧化剂168、抗氧化剂1076中的一种或两种及以上的组合。
4.一种热熔防腐胶带,其特征在于,包括复合防腐胶黏层和位于复合防腐胶黏层上的离型膜,该复合防腐胶黏层是由基材、无纺布和热熔防腐胶复合而成;所述热熔防腐胶的制备原料按质量百分比计包括以下组分:矿脂25~40%、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯合成橡胶20~30%、石油树脂15~25%、矿物油5~10%、氢氧化铝10~15%、防锈剂3~5%、防霉剂1~3%、抗氧化剂1~2%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种热熔防腐胶带,其特征在于,所述复合防腐胶黏层是由从上至下依次设置的基材、无纺布以及由热熔防腐胶形成的防腐胶层复合而成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种热熔防腐胶带,其特征在于,所述复合防腐胶黏层是由基材和浸渍有所述热熔防腐胶的无纺布复合而成。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种热熔防腐胶带,其特征在于,所述基材为聚乙烯基材,所述离型膜为聚乙烯离型膜。
8.如权利要求4所述的一种热熔防腐胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将基材、无纺布和热熔防腐胶复合形成复合防腐胶黏层;
(2)在复合防腐胶黏层的具有热熔防腐胶的一侧贴合离型膜,即得该热熔防腐胶带。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种热熔防腐胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,先将无纺布和基材通过热压复合的方式复合在一起,然后将热熔防腐胶热熔涂布于无纺布上,形成具有基材、无纺布和位于无纺布上的防腐胶层的复合防腐胶黏层;步骤(2)中,待步骤(1)制得的复合防腐胶黏层冷却后,在其防腐胶层一侧贴合离型膜。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种热熔防腐胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,先将无纺布浸渍于热熔防腐胶中,经过浸渍处理后,得到浸渍有热熔防腐胶的无纺布,冷却后,在其一侧贴合基材,得到复合防腐胶黏层;步骤(2)中,在浸渍有热熔防腐胶的无纺布的另一侧贴合离型膜。
