技术领域
本发明主要涉及机动车辆座椅,更具体地,涉及座椅元件的泡沫内饰件的形成。
背景技术
越来越频繁地,希望形成复杂的泡沫座椅元件,使其将各种装置或配件集成在其中,或者具有带有不同密度的泡沫。
在注射成型为一体件的泡沫中集成物体可能产生问题。实际上,传统地,该物体在泡沫注射成型之前不能被放在模具中,因为在注射成型过程中,泡沫可能到达装置的各部分并阻碍其后续操作。例如当希望集成三维织物以获得通风效果时,这是真实的。所注射的泡沫将趋向于充满三维织物的孔隙。
在用具有不同密度的泡沫形成座椅元件的情形中,难以从两种泡沫同时注入同一模具的时刻开始定义这两种泡沫之间的边界。
发明内容
一个实施例旨在提供一种通过泡沫注射来形成座椅元件的内饰件的方法,其克服了常用方法的全部缺点或部分缺点。
一个实施例提供一种特别适于形成由具有不同密度的泡沫制成的内饰件的解决方案。
一个实施例提供一种特别适于在内饰件中集成装置的解决方案。
因此,一个实施例提供一种形成泡沫座椅元件的内饰件的方法,其包括以下步骤:
将界定至少一个第一泡沫注射区域的塑料薄膜插入到注射模具中;
注射泡沫以使内饰件形成一体件,薄膜随着泡沫的聚合而消失。
根据一个实施例,薄膜由聚乙烯和淀粉的混合物制成。
根据一个实施例,薄膜使泡沫注射区域与物体分开。
根据一个实施例,该物体是三维织物层。

为了清楚起见,仅示出对理解将要描述的实施例有用的那些步骤和元件,并将对其进行详细描述。特别地,不详细描述其他座椅元件的形成,特别是框架的形成和覆盖件的形成,所述实施例与这些元件的常用实施例兼容。
应指出,在图中,不同实施例共有的结构和/或功能元件可用相同的参考数字表示,并可具有相同的结构特性、尺寸特性和材料特性。
在以下描述中,当提到修饰绝对位置的术语(例如术语“前”、“后”、“顶部”、“底部”、“左”、“右”等)或修饰相对位置的术语(例如术语“在…上面”、“在…下面”、“上”、“下”等)或者提到修饰方向的术语时,除非以其他方式提到,否则其指的是图的方向或者指的是处于其正常使用位置中的座椅。除非以其他方式指定,否则“大致”、“基本上”以及“大约”的表达方式表示的是10%内,优选地是5%内。
图1是适于注射具有不同密度的泡沫的、将泡沫注入模具的步骤的实施例的简化示意图。使用术语“注射”,但是应理解的是,当提到注射时,这还包括泡沫喷射技术及其他泡沫形成技术。
根据此实施例,希望形成具有不同密度的三个泡沫区域。这是一个任意的实例,还可提供其他构造。
使用例如具有两个壳体32和34的形式的泡沫注射模具3,该两个壳体限定内饰件的形状并在注射之前彼此装配。模具3无需因描述的实施例的实施而改变。为了注射具有不同密度的三种泡沫M1、M2和M3,模具3包括布置在对应区域的高度处的至少三个注射喷嘴36。
在传统的实施例中,泡沫按照区域被同时注射或者被稍微延迟地注射。困难在于,区域之间的界面难以清楚地且可再现地限定。此问题特别存在于模具的边缘,及由此存在于内饰件的边缘。
根据图1所示的实施例,在注射泡沫M1、M2和M3之前,在模具中布置一个或多个塑料薄膜部件2,以在注射过程中限定泡沫之间的边界。薄膜的存在避免了泡沫在注射过程中混合。
一方面将薄膜2的材料选择为在注射过程中是不透泡沫的,而且在泡沫的聚合过程中会降解。
例如,由聚乙烯和淀粉制成的薄膜具有在泡沫聚合时消失的特性,或者更具体地,具有集成到泡沫的特性。
如果不使用在聚合过程中降解的薄膜,那么泡沫区域将保持分开且将不会粘附在一起。
图2是所获得的内饰件的简化剖视图。如在此图中示出的,座椅元件1包括具有不同密度的三个泡沫区域12、14和16。这些区域由于存在于模具处的薄膜2而被完美地限定。然而,由于薄膜2在聚合过程中消失,这些泡沫在它们的界面处也被结合。
在泡沫注射之前,可在模具3的底部处布置由毛皮或合成材料的编织织物或非编织织物制成的衬里材料,以直接在内饰件周围形成覆盖件。
图3和图4示出了在模塑过程中使用分隔薄膜的另一应用。根据此实例,希望在内饰件的表面中集成物体,例如用作座椅元件的通风(加热或冷却)区域的三维织物。
图3是将泡沫注入集成有三维织物元件的模具中的步骤的实施例的简化示意图。
在传统的实施例中,必须使用热成型层来将三维织物附接至内饰件。这使制造复杂。
根据图3中示出的实施例,在泡沫注射模具3的一个壳体32的底部放置三维织物层4。于是,在注射泡沫M之前,由薄膜2保护三维织物。
在例如通过喷嘴36注射泡沫的过程中,用薄膜2保持泡沫,这避免填充三维织物的孔隙。
根据一实施例,薄膜2由塑料制成,例如,由聚氨酯制成,由线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)制成,由低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)制成。根据此实施例,一旦已经完成该元件,薄膜2保留。
根据另一优选实施例,和图1及图2的实施例中一样,薄膜2由一旦泡沫聚合便降解的材料制成。薄膜2消失的事实有利于三维织物和泡沫层之间的空气交换。
图4是座椅元件(例如靠背)的分解立体图,其中,该靠背安装在背部处,通过三维织物在靠背中产生气流。
假设塑料薄膜2在制造结束时保留的情形。从而在靠背的前面存在泡沫层51。层51的背面通过薄膜2与三维织物层4分开。层4的背面覆盖有保护件,例如,粗呢53。优选地,用于容纳与三维织物连通的通风格栅55的开口535设置在层53中。

Claims (9)

1.一种形成泡沫座椅元件的内饰件的方法,包括以下步骤:
将界定至少一个第一泡沫注射区域的塑料薄膜(2)插入到注射模具(3)中;
注射泡沫以使内饰件(1)形成一体件,所述薄膜随着所述泡沫的聚合而消失,
其中,所述薄膜(2)界定所述第一注射区域与所述模具中的至少一个第二泡沫注射区域的界限。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述薄膜(2)由聚乙烯和淀粉的混合物制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述薄膜(2)使所述泡沫注射区域与物体(4)分开。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述物体(4)是三维织物层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述泡沫注射区域旨在用于具有不同密度的泡沫。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在注射之前,在所述模具(3)的底部处放置一覆盖件。
