本发明涉及泡棉固化技术领域,尤其涉及一种泡棉的固化处理装置,包括:辊筒、刮板、熔缸;辊筒设置在机体的中间,且辊筒与机体通过轴承相连接;刮板设置在机体的上部一侧,且刮板与机体通过焊接方式相连接;熔缸设置在机体的中间,且熔缸与机体通过螺栓固定方式相连接;加热器设置在熔缸的内部,且加热器与熔缸通过螺母拧接方式相连接;电机设置在机体的内部,且电机与机体通过螺栓固定方式相连接。通过以上结构上的改进,具有泡棉固化方式合理保证固化面均匀且固化厚度一致,固化类溶剂热熔速度且不易冷却固化,连接结构合理便于操作且增加生产效率等优点,从而有效的解决了现有装置中存在的问题和不足。

本发明涉及泡棉固化技术领域,尤其涉及一种泡棉的固化处理装置。
背景技术
泡棉类产品使用范围及其广泛,有些泡棉在使用过程中需要对某一面或多面通过涂抹固化类溶剂使其达到一定硬度便于加工需求,那么对泡棉的固化处理便需要相应的泡棉固化设备来进行完成。
现在所使用的对泡棉固化处理设备存在泡棉固化方式不合理导致固化面不均匀且无法保证固化厚度一致,缺少固化类溶剂熔化功能导致固化过程操作繁琐降低生产效率等问题和不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种泡棉的固化处理装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的存在泡棉固化方式不合理导致固化面不均匀且无法保证固化厚度一致,缺少固化类溶剂熔化功能导致固化过程操作繁琐降低生产效率的问题和不足。
本发明的目的与功效,由以下具体技术方案所达成:
一种泡棉的固化处理装置,包括:机体、辊筒、刮板、熔缸、加热器、电机、皮带轮、电控柜、散热条;所述辊筒设置在机体的中间,且辊筒与机体通过轴承相连接;所述刮板设置在机体的上部一侧,且刮板与机体通过焊接方式相连接;所述熔缸设置在机体的中间,且熔缸与机体通过螺栓固定方式相连接;所述加热器设置在熔缸的内部,且加热器与熔缸通过螺母拧接方式相连接;所述电机设置在机体的内部,且电机与机体通过螺栓固定方式相连接;所述皮带轮设置在辊筒与电机的一端,且皮带轮与辊筒及电机通过销柱镶嵌方式相连接;所述电控柜设置在机体的内部,且电控柜与机体通过螺栓拧接方式相连接;所述散热条设置在机体的表面,且散热条与机体为一体式结构。

本发明一种泡棉的固化处理装置通过设置熔缸与加热器,利用熔缸与加热器配合使用可以使固化类溶剂快速融化且防止使用过程中冷却固化的优点。
本发明通过以上结构上的改进,具有泡棉固化方式合理保证固化面均匀且固化厚度一致,固化类溶剂热熔速度且不易冷却固化,连接结构合理便于操作且增加生产效率等优点,从而有效的解决了现有装置中存在的问题和不足。

一种泡棉的固化处理装置,包括:机体1、辊筒2、刮板3、熔缸4、加热器5、电机6、皮带轮7、电控柜8、散热条101;辊筒2设置在机体1的中间,且辊筒2与机体1通过轴承相连接;刮板3设置在机体1的上部一侧,且刮板3与机体1通过焊接方式相连接;熔缸4设置在机体1的中间,且熔缸4与机体1通过螺栓固定方式相连接;加热器5设置在熔缸4的内部,且加热器5与熔缸4通过螺母拧接方式相连接;电机6设置在机体1的内部,且电机6与机体1通过螺栓固定方式相连接;皮带轮7设置在辊筒2与电机7的一端,且皮带轮7与辊筒2及电机7通过销柱镶嵌方式相连接;电控柜8设置在机体1的内部,且电控柜8与机体1通过螺栓拧接方式相连接;散热条101设置在机体1的表面,且散热条101与机体1为一体式结构。
具体的,机体1呈长方形内凹状,且机体1的两侧内部镶嵌有轴承。
具体的,辊筒2的两端设置有转轴,且辊筒2的底部设置在熔缸4的熔腔内。

具体使用方法与作用:
使用该装置时,先将固化类熔剂放在熔缸4内用加热器5进行预热熔化,当固化类熔剂熔化完成后由电机6通过皮带带动辊筒2旋转,熔缸4中的固化类熔剂便附着在辊筒2上面随着转动,通过刮板3将附着在辊筒2上的固化类熔剂进行刮拭均匀,最后将泡棉与辊筒2接触,让附着在辊筒2上面的固化类熔剂均匀涂抹在泡棉的固化面上即可,待固化类溶剂完全冷却后便完成对泡棉的固化处理。
综上所述:该一种泡棉的固化处理装置,通过辊筒,解决了该装置对泡棉固化面无法达到均匀一致的问题;通过设置刮板,解决了该装置对泡棉固化厚度不平均的问题;通过设置熔缸与加热器,解决了该装置无法具备对固化类溶剂进行融化且防止使用过程出现冷却固化的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种泡棉的固化处理装置,包括:机体(1)、辊筒(2)、刮板(3)、熔缸(4)、加热器(5)、电机(6)、皮带轮(7)、电控柜(8)、散热条(101);其特征在于:所述辊筒(2)设置在机体(1)的中间,且辊筒(2)与机体(1)通过轴承相连接;所述刮板(3)设置在机体(1)的上部一侧,且刮板(3)与机体(1)通过焊接方式相连接;所述熔缸(4)设置在机体(1)的中间,且熔缸(4)与机体(1)通过螺栓固定方式相连接;所述加热器(5)设置在熔缸(4)的内部,且加热器(5)与熔缸(4)通过螺母拧接方式相连接;所述电机(6)设置在机体(1)的内部,且电机(6)与机体(1)通过螺栓固定方式相连接;所述皮带轮(7)设置在辊筒(2)与电机(7)的一端,且皮带轮(7)与辊筒(2)及电机(7)通过销柱镶嵌方式相连接;所述电控柜(8)设置在机体(1)的内部,且电控柜(8)与机体(1)通过螺栓拧接方式相连接;所述散热条(101)设置在机体(1)的表面,且散热条(101)与机体(1)为一体式结构。
