本发明公开了一种具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉及其制备方法,具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉按照重量份的原料包括:丹参18~22份、生地黄25~35份、黄芪25~35份、麦冬8~12份、黄莲8~12份、枸杞子25~35份、人参25~35份、乌梅25~35份、菟丝子25~35、桔梗8~12份、纳豆粉450~550份。本发明最大程度上保留了海带及纳豆的营养和功能成分,具有良好的营养和保健作用,将丹参、生地黄、黄芪、麦冬、黄莲、枸杞子、人参、乌梅、菟丝子、桔梗共同和纳豆混合作用,制备含有中药的纳豆,从而更加提高纳豆的营养和保健疗效,能治疗糖尿病,益气养阴,生津清热,降低血糖,药性良好,安全性好,纯天然,无污染,无副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纳豆制作技术领域,具体是一种具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是世界三大疑难病症之一,几十年来,世界各国纷纷进行了长期不懈的研究与开发。在治疗糖尿病历史上有过两次重大突破:第一次是20世纪50年代,中国首次人工合成胰岛素,震惊世界;第二次是双胍类及磺脲类口服降糖药的问世,使糖尿病患者的血糖得以暂时控制。目前用于临床治疗所用中西药已达数十种,但是由于对糖尿病病理、病因研究至今还没有实质性的突破,治疗糖尿病仍处于控制血糖、尿糖增高阶段和预防综合并发症的研究阶段。此外,患者长期服用西药,会对肾、肝、心、脾、胃等脏器带来副作用。国内新开发出来的各种纯中药制剂其药效也均处于控制血糖、尿糖增高阶段,没有任何一种药物对人体胰腺组织损伤有修复作用而取得有说服力的科学依据。
纳豆是日本传统的大豆发酵食品,是利用枯草芽孢杆菌对大豆原料进行发酵而成的产品。科学研究表明,纳豆富含多种具有调节人体身体机能的代谢物,如:多种酶、抗菌物质吡啶二羧酸、皂角苷、卵磷脂、异黄酮、多种维生素、粘蛋白、氨基酸及矿物质等。纳豆中含有“纳豆激酶”,它能激活人体内部的纤维蛋白溶解酶,它的溶栓作用要大于尿激酶溶栓作用的四十七倍,这样就卡住了心脑血管疾病的源头,使血液在人体中净化、通畅,抗氧化延缓衰老,纳豆中含有消化蛋白酶、异黄酮、卵磷脂、亚油酸,可以降低血液粘度,防止动脉硬化,对高血脂、高血糖均有特殊效果;纳豆中的纳豆菌、溶菌酶、膳食纤维能抑制病源菌生长,清理肠道,抗菌消炎,调节便秘;纳豆内含VB、VE、K2生物素,叶酸、铁、钙、钾、锌,可以提供人体必需的多种营养成分,能消除疲劳,防止衰老,预防骨质疏松。其中的纳豆菌、SOD多肽,纳豆多糖,吡啶二羧酸杀各种病菌真菌,沙门氏菌,葡萄球菌,降低肠毒,调节肠内微态平衡,保证肠功能正常运行,防辐射,提高免疫力。纳豆消化蛋白酶,将蛋白质消化与吸收率从50%提高到90%以上。纳豆中含有小分子蛋白质和胆碱卵磷脂,能够预防小脑萎缩,记忆力下降。纳豆中富含的30~32个碳直链饱合烃,可有效抗击肿瘤细胞生成和生长。
纳豆具有确切的疗效,但是将纳豆与中药联合用药,以达到协同和加强的目的,也是目前开发者努力研究的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种效果好、没有药物残留的具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉,按照重量份的原料包括:丹参18~22份、生地黄25~35份、黄芪25~35份、麦冬8~12份、黄莲8~12份、枸杞子25~35份、人参25~35份、乌梅25~35份、菟丝子25~35、桔梗8~12份、纳豆粉450~550份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉,按照重量份的原料包括:丹参19~21份、生地黄28~32份、黄芪28~32份、麦冬9~11份、黄莲9~11份、枸杞子28~32份、人参28~32份、乌梅28~32份、菟丝子28~32份、桔梗9~11份、纳豆粉480~520份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉,按照重量份的原料包括:丹参20份、生地黄30份、黄芪30份、麦冬10份、黄莲10份、枸杞子30份、人参30份、乌梅30份、菟丝子30份、桔梗10份、纳豆粉500份。
所述具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照配方中纳豆粉的含量备齐原材料备用,精选黄豆,通过自动除杂设备系统进行筛选除杂,除去影响产品质量的烂豆、铁豆以及影响产品质量的杂质,黄豆大小均匀;
(2)按照重量份称取各原料;
(3)按照配方精选丹参、生地黄、黄芪、麦冬、黄莲、枸杞子、人参、乌梅、菟丝子、桔梗,经过三层清洗除杂工序,沥干水分后再烘干水分,混合后研磨至200~300目得到中药粉;
(4)将黄豆清洗去皮,去皮后浸泡2~4倍的水中,在室温14~16℃下浸泡15~16h,浸泡完成后取出黄豆再加入至营养液中,浸泡2~3h;
(5)加入黄豆总量2~4%的蔗糖,进行蒸煮,蒸熟后再进行冷却至55℃以下;
(6)加入黄豆重量0.8~1.2%的纳豆菌,恒温发酵;
(7)发酵后,将得到的纳豆放置于-60~-40℃的环境中进行真空冷冻;
(8)将真空冷冻的纳豆干燥后制成干纳豆粉,再将中药粉和干纳豆粉混合均匀后进行成品包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明最大程度上保留了海带及纳豆的营养和功能成分,具有良好的营养和保健作用,将丹参、生地黄、黄芪、麦冬、黄莲、枸杞子、人参、乌梅、菟丝子、桔梗共同和纳豆混合作用,制备含有中药的纳豆,从而更加提高纳豆的营养和保健疗效,能治疗糖尿病,益气养阴,生津清热,降低血糖,药性良好,安全性好,纯天然,无污染,无副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉,按照重量份的原料包括:丹参18份、生地黄25份、黄芪25份、麦冬8份、黄莲8份、枸杞子25份、人参25份、乌梅25份、菟丝子25、桔梗8份、纳豆粉450份。
所述具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照配方中纳豆粉的含量备齐原材料备用,精选黄豆,通过自动除杂设备系统进行筛选除杂,除去影响产品质量的烂豆、铁豆以及影响产品质量的杂质,黄豆大小均匀;
(2)按照重量份称取各原料;

(2)按照重量份称取各原料;
(3)按照配方精选丹参、生地黄、黄芪、麦冬、黄莲、枸杞子、人参、乌梅、菟丝子、桔梗,经过三层清洗除杂工序,沥干水分后再烘干水分,混合后研磨至200目得到中药粉;
(4)将黄豆清洗去皮,去皮后浸泡2倍的水中,在室温14℃下浸泡15h,浸泡完成后取出黄豆再加入至营养液中,浸泡2h;

实施例3
一种具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉,按照重量份的原料包括:丹参20份、生地黄30份、黄芪30份、麦冬10份、黄莲10份、枸杞子30份、人参30份、乌梅30份、菟丝子30份、桔梗10份、纳豆粉500份。
所述具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照配方中纳豆粉的含量备齐原材料备用,精选黄豆,通过自动除杂设备系统进行筛选除杂,除去影响产品质量的烂豆、铁豆以及影响产品质量的杂质,黄豆大小均匀;
(2)按照重量份称取各原料;
(3)按照配方精选丹参、生地黄、黄芪、麦冬、黄莲、枸杞子、人参、乌梅、菟丝子、桔梗,经过三层清洗除杂工序,沥干水分后再烘干水分,混合后研磨至250目得到中药粉;
(4)将黄豆清洗去皮,去皮后浸泡3倍的水中,在室温15℃下浸泡15.5h,浸泡完成后取出黄豆再加入至营养液中,浸泡2.5h;
(5)加入黄豆总量3%的蔗糖,进行蒸煮,蒸熟后再进行冷却至55℃以下;
(6)加入黄豆重量1%的纳豆菌,恒温发酵;
(7)发酵后,将得到的纳豆放置于-50℃的环境中进行真空冷冻;
(8)将真空冷冻的纳豆干燥后制成干纳豆粉,再将中药粉和干纳豆粉混合均匀后进行成品包装。
实施例4
一种具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉,按照重量份的原料包括:丹参21份、生地黄32份、黄芪32份、麦冬11份、黄莲11份、枸杞子32份、人参32份、乌梅32份、菟丝子32份、桔梗11份、纳豆粉520份。
所述具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照配方中纳豆粉的含量备齐原材料备用,精选黄豆,通过自动除杂设备系统进行筛选除杂,除去影响产品质量的烂豆、铁豆以及影响产品质量的杂质,黄豆大小均匀;
(2)按照重量份称取各原料;
(3)按照配方精选丹参、生地黄、黄芪、麦冬、黄莲、枸杞子、人参、乌梅、菟丝子、桔梗,经过三层清洗除杂工序,沥干水分后再烘干水分,混合后研磨至300目得到中药粉;
(4)将黄豆清洗去皮,去皮后浸泡4倍的水中,在室温16℃下浸泡16h,浸泡完成后取出黄豆再加入至营养液中,浸泡3h;
(5)加入黄豆总量4%的蔗糖,进行蒸煮,蒸熟后再进行冷却至55℃以下;
(6)加入黄豆重量1.2%的纳豆菌,恒温发酵;
(7)发酵后,将得到的纳豆放置于-45℃的环境中进行真空冷冻;
(8)将真空冷冻的纳豆干燥后制成干纳豆粉,再将中药粉和干纳豆粉混合均匀后进行成品包装。
实施例5
一种具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉,按照重量份的原料包括:丹参22份、生地黄35份、黄芪35份、麦冬12份、黄莲12份、枸杞子35份、人参35份、乌梅35份、菟丝子35、桔梗12份、纳豆粉550份。
所述具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照配方中纳豆粉的含量备齐原材料备用,精选黄豆,通过自动除杂设备系统进行筛选除杂,除去影响产品质量的烂豆、铁豆以及影响产品质量的杂质,黄豆大小均匀;
(2)按照重量份称取各原料;
(3)按照配方精选丹参、生地黄、黄芪、麦冬、黄莲、枸杞子、人参、乌梅、菟丝子、桔梗,经过三层清洗除杂工序,沥干水分后再烘干水分,混合后研磨至300目得到中药粉;

1.一种具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉,其特征在于,按照重量份的原料包括:丹参18~22份、生地黄25~35份、黄芪25~35份、麦冬8~12份、黄莲8~12份、枸杞子25~35份、人参25~35份、乌梅25~35份、菟丝子25~35、桔梗8~12份、纳豆粉450~550份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有治疗糖尿病作用的纳豆粉,其特征在于,按照重量份的原料包括:丹参19~21份、生地黄28~32份、黄芪28~32份、麦冬9~11份、黄莲9~11份、枸杞子28~32份、人参28~32份、乌梅28~32份、菟丝子28~32份、桔梗9~11份、纳豆粉480~520份。

(1)按照配方中纳豆粉的含量备齐原材料备用,精选黄豆,通过自动除杂设备系统进行筛选除杂,除去影响产品质量的烂豆、铁豆以及影响产品质量的杂质,黄豆大小均匀;
(2)按照重量份称取各原料;
(3)按照配方精选丹参、生地黄、黄芪、麦冬、黄莲、枸杞子、人参、乌梅、菟丝子、桔梗,经过三层清洗除杂工序,沥干水分后再烘干水分,混合后研磨至200~300目得到中药粉;
