本发明涉及一种具有改善补肾培元功效的功能食品及其制备方法,其解决了人们肾功能退化影响身心健康的技术问题,其含有如下重量份的成分:彩粒小麦50-100份、红小豆10-30份、黄豆10-30份、黑豆10-30份、薏仁8-12份、山药8-12份、核桃8-12份、枣粉10-18份、黑芝麻8-12份、枸杞子8-12份、何首乌8-12份、芡实4-6份、南瓜子8-12份、山芋8-12份、红米10-30份。本发明同时提供了其制备方法。本发明可用于食品的制备领域。

[0002]目前,国内超过半数的中年男人都有或多或少的亚健康问题,尤其是男性肾功能退化的比较迅速,很多男人白天没有精神,总觉得身体发软,而且失眠多梦,尤其对于房事,更是兴趣全无,很多家庭也因此分崩离析。由此可见,男性亚健康问题,不仅仅降低了自身的生活质量,而且还影响到自己的家庭,所以很多养生专家都呼吁,关心男人补肾已经刻不容缓。

[0003] 本发明就是为了解决人们肾功能退化影响身心健康的技术问题,提供一种配方合理、营养丰富的具有改善补肾培元功效的功能食品及其制备方法。
[0004] 为此,本发明提供的具有健胃养胃功效的功能食品,含有如下重量份的成分:彩粒小麦50-100份、红小豆10-30份、黄豆10-30份、黑豆10-30份、薏仁8-12份、山药8-12份、核桃8-12份、枣粉10-18份、黑芝麻8-12份、枸杞子8-12份、何首乌8-12份、芡实4-6份、南瓜子8-12份、山芋8-12份、红米10-30份。
[0005] 本发明优选的技术方案是,功能食品含有如下重量份的成分:彩粒小麦75份、红小豆22份、黄豆13份、黑豆12份、薏仁10份、山药9份、核桃11份、枣粉13份、黑芝麻10份、枸杞子10份、何首乌9份、芡实5份、南瓜子9份、山芋10份、红米16份。
[0006] 本发明中,彩粒小麦除比普通小麦含有更多的植物蛋白、氨基酸、硫胺素、膳食纤维、维生素八及微量元素钙((¾)、铁(作)、锌(2=)30 (36)、碘(1)外,还富含其它同类食品中所缺乏的花青素、类黄酮、生物碱、植物留醇、强心甙等活性物质。花青素具有深入细胞保护细胞膜不被自由基氧化的作用,具有强力抗氧化和抗过敏功能。有机硒就是“抗癌之王”,可以有效的清除人体的各种有害毒素,有效地降低过氧化脂质的产生,增强人体的免疫力。
[0007] 红小豆为豆科植物赤小豆或赤豆的种子,红小豆的功效与作用是通乳,除热毒,散恶血,消胀满,利小便,红小豆的营养价值也很高,红小豆还可用于治疗心脏性和肾脏性水肿、肝硬化腹水、脚气病浮肿和外用于疮毒之症,都有一定效果。

[0009] 黑豆,又名乌豆,内含丰富的蛋白质、多种矿物质和微量元素。中医认为,其味甘、性平、无毒。有解表清热、养血平肝、补肾壮阴、补虚黑发之功效。李时珍曰:“黑豆入肾功多,故能治水、消胀,下气,治风热而活血解毒”。根据“黑豆乃肾之谷”的中医理论,黑色属水,水走肾,所以肾虚的人食用黑豆可以祛风除热、调中下气、解毒利尿,可以有效地缓解尿频、腰酸、女性白带异常及下腹部阴冷等症状,具有补肾养血的功效。
[0010] 薏仁是常用的中药,又是普遍常吃的食物,性味甘淡微寒,有利水消肿,健脾祛湿,舒筋除痹,清热排脓等功效。
[0011]山药又称薯蓣,是一种常见的食材。山药含有丰富的蛋白质、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素及维生素等多种营养成分、淀粉酶、胆碱、粘液汁酶及薯蓣皂苷等。山药,味甘,性平;归肺、脾、肾经。补脾,养肺,固肾,益精,具有滋肾益精强健机体,滋肾益精的作用。
[0012] 核桃,又称胡桃,《开宝本草》中说:核桃仁“食之令人肥健、润肌、黑须发”,核桃仁之所以能够美容,是因为它具有补气养血、滋补强壮的功效。另外还有丰富的磷脂,磷脂是人体细胞构造的主要成分之一,充足的磷脂能增强细胞活力,对造血、促进皮肤细嫩和伤口愈合、促住毛发生长等都有要作用。同时,还有补肾(治肾虚腰痛〉、整肠(治脾胃虚弱〉、强化脚部、腰部力量的作用。

[0015] 枸杞子主治滋补肝肾,益精明目。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。枸杞子中含有14种氨基酸,并含有甜菜碱、玉蜀黄素、酸浆果红素等特殊营养成分,使其具有不同凡响的保健功效。枸杞子含有丰富的胡萝卜素、多种维生素和钙、铁等健康眼睛的必需营养物质,故有明目之功,俗称“明眼子”。历代医家治疗肝血不足、肾阴亏虚引起的视物昏化和夜盲症,常常使用枸杞子。

[0021] 本发明提供的制备方法如下:(1)按下述重量份称取各原料:彩粒小麦50-100份、红小豆10-30份、黄豆10-30份、黑豆10-30份、薏仁8-12份、山药8-12份、核桃8-12份、枣粉10-18份、黑芝麻8-12份、枸杞子8-12份、何首乌8-12份、芡实4-6份、南瓜子8-12份、山芋8-12份、红米10-30份;(2)将上述彩粒小麦、红小豆、黄豆、黑豆、薏仁、山药、核桃、黑芝麻、枸杞子、何首乌、芡实、南瓜子、山芋、红米分别进行超微破壁粉碎到250-300目,然后将枣粉和粉碎后的原料进行超声震荡混合,充分搅拌均匀,制成冲调产品。
[0022] 本发明提供的制备方法的优选技术方案是,步骤(2)中的超微破壁粉碎过程的温度条件是-51〜161 ;彩粒小麦、红小豆、黄豆、黑豆、薏仁、山药、核桃、黑芝麻、枸杞子、何首乌、突实、南瓜子、山芋、红米的粉碎中心粒径控制在1011111以下。
[0023] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明的功能食品可作为日常晚餐食用,方便快捷;患者食用后,腰膝酸痛症状消失,晚上睡觉不失眠了,白天精神有力气,肾虚患者多数症状基本消失。本发明采用超微破壁粉碎技术,在不改变主要原料物理属性和不失活性成分前提下,大大提高了营养吸收率,易于消化吸收。

[0040] 三、典型案例:陈某某,男,63岁,病史7年,症状:畏寒怕冷,腰膝酸痛,夜间多尿。诊断:肾虚。服用本发明养生产品,每日1次,每次308,服用三个月即三个疗程。食用后的症状:畏寒怕冷恢复明显,夜间多尿,腰膝酸痛症状基本消失。

2.根据权利要求1所述的具有改善补肾培元功效的功能食品,其特征在于含有如下重量份的成分:彩粒小麦75份、红小豆22份、黄豆13份、黑豆12份、薏仁10份、山药9份、核桃11份、枣粉13份、黑芝麻10份、枸杞子10份、何首乌9份、芡实5份、南瓜子9份、山芋10份、红米16份。
3.—种如权利要求1所述的具有改善补肾培元功效的功能食品的制备方法,其特征是步骤如下: (1)按下述重量份称取各原料:彩粒小麦50-100份、红小豆10-30份、黄豆10-30份、黑豆10-30份、薏仁8-12份、山药8-12份、核桃8_12份、枣粉10-18份、黑芝麻8_12份、枸杞子8-12份、何首乌8-12份、芡实4-6份、南瓜子8_12份、山芋8_12份、红米10-30份; (2)将上述彩粒小麦、红小豆、黄豆、黑豆、薏仁、山药、核桃、黑芝麻、枸杞子、何首乌、芡实、南瓜子、山芋、红米分别进行超微破壁粉碎到250-300目,然后将枣粉和粉碎后的原料进行超声震荡混合,充分搅拌均匀,制成冲调产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有改善补肾培元功效的功能食品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的超微破壁粉碎过程的温度条件是_5°C〜16°C ;彩粒小麦、红小豆、黄豆、黑豆、薏仁、山药、核桃、黑芝麻、枸杞子、何首乌、突实、南瓜子、山芋、红米的粉碎中心粒径控制在1um以下。
