本发明涉及一种远红外微多孔涂层面料,具体涉及一种远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上采用的普通涂层面料一般都具有良好的透气、透湿、防水、防风功能,然而却不能够同时具备远红外保暖的功能性。一般的远红外面料是在面料纱线织造过程中或者染色后整理过程中添加远红外功能助剂来实现远红外功能的。虽然这些面料具有良好的远红外保暖功能,但其制造成本较高,且经过长期使用或者多次水洗之后,远红外保暖功能也会大大降低。如何在涂层中赋予普通面料防水透气透湿防风功能的同时,再赋予面料远红外保暖功能,成为纺织领域技术人员研发的方向。
发明内容
本发明提供一种远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺,该远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺能够生产出集防水、透气、透湿、防风、远红外功能于一体的复合面料。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺,至少包括基层布、聚氨酯树脂底涂层以及含有远红外陶瓷粉末的聚氨酯树脂面涂层三个部分,满足以下条件;
(1)所述基层布为尼龙布、涤纶布、无纺布、棉布、涤棉布、锦涤交织布中一种;
(2)所述微多孔涂层的聚氨酯树脂底涂层微孔孔径为0.1~3μm,而面涂层微孔的孔径为3~20μm;
(3)所述添加的远红外陶瓷粉末颗粒大小为3000~3500目,在面涂层中的分布浓度为40~60g/㎡;
该面料可应用于冲锋衣、户外休闲服、工装、猎装、保暖防寒服装;

2. 上述方案中,所述远红外陶瓷粉末和聚氨酯树脂为5~8:100质量配比。
3. 上述方案中,对完成上述制造工艺后,对远红外面料面涂层表面进行任意图案的印花工艺处理。
4. 上述方案中,对完成上述制造工艺后,对远红外微多孔涂层面料的面涂层表面再贴合一层或多层涤纶布、尼龙布、起绒布、经编布、无纺布、棉布、涤棉布或者锦涤交织布。

本发明远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺,其微多孔涂层为多孔聚氨酯树脂涂层。所述面料至少包括基层布、聚氨酯树脂底涂层以及含有远红外陶瓷粉末的聚氨酯树脂面涂层三个部分。满足以下条件。(1)所述基层布为尼龙布、涤纶布、无纺布、棉布、涤棉布、锦涤交织布中一种;(2)所述微多孔涂层的的聚氨酯树脂底涂层微孔孔径为0.1~3μm,而面涂层微孔的孔径为3~20μm;(3)所述添加的远红外陶瓷粉末颗粒大小为3000~3500目,在面涂层中的分布浓度为40~60g/㎡;(4)该面料可应用于冲锋衣、户外休闲、工装、猎装、保暖防寒服装等。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:一种远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:至少包括基层布、聚氨酯树脂底涂层以及含有远红外陶瓷粉末的聚氨酯树脂面涂层三个部分,满足以下条件;
(1)所述基层布为尼龙布、涤纶布、无纺布、棉布、涤棉布、锦涤交织布中一种;
(2)所述微多孔涂层的聚氨酯树脂底涂层微孔孔径为0.1~3μm,而面涂层微孔的孔径为3~20μm;
(3)所述添加的远红外陶瓷粉末颗粒大小为3000~3500目,在面涂层中的分布浓度为40~60g/㎡;
该面料可应用于冲锋衣、户外休闲服、工装、猎装、保暖防寒服装;
聚氨酯树脂底涂层和面涂层在每平方英寸存在微孔数量总和为80~90亿个,而微孔直径为0.1~20μm;
所述基层布与聚氨酯树脂底涂层以及面涂层的厚度比是10:0.5:1~2;

对完成上述制造工艺后,对远红外微多孔涂层面料的面涂层表面再贴合一层或多层涤纶布、尼龙布、起绒布、经编布、无纺布、棉布、涤棉布或者锦涤交织布。

聚氨酯树脂微多孔涂层本身具有的微多孔结构,能够赋予普通面料防水透气防风透湿功能,且使面料具有良好的坚韧性和手感。在显微镜下观察,聚氨酯树脂底涂层和面涂层在每平方英寸存在微孔数量总和为80~90亿个,而微孔直径为0.1~20μm。
本发明所述基层布与聚氨酯树脂底涂层以及面涂层的厚度比是10:0.5:1~2。
本发明所述聚氨酯树脂底涂层以及面涂层的厚度总和为20~100μm。
本发明所述远红外陶瓷粉末以能够辐射出比正常物体更多的远红外线为主要特征功能。当远红外陶瓷粉末吸收外界的热能后,能释放出波长为4-14微米的远红外线,易被人体吸收,促进人体的血液循环,对人体有良好的保温保健作用。
本发明的远红外微多孔涂层面料,根据国家标准GB/T 30127-2013,该面料的远红外发射率≥90%,远红外辐射温升≥1.8℃。
本发明的远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺如下:包括以下步骤:
(1)步骤一:将基层布进行防泼水定形处理,并对基层布的涂层面进行防水压光处理。
基层布可以是尼龙布、涤纶布、无纺布、棉布、涤棉布、锦涤交织布中一种,基层部布本身应具有一定的透气性,因为最终远红外微多孔涂层面料透气性不会高于基层部原有的透气性。
基层布若在面料定形中已经有防泼水处理,则不需再进行防泼水预处理;基层布若没有防泼水功能,则应该先进行防泼水定形处理。防泼水定形理可采用低氟碳6防泼水助剂,在定形机水槽中加入用量为50~75g/L,基层布过水槽后再对其进行温度为160~180℃,时间为30秒左右的防泼水定形。根据国标GBT 4745,定形后该基层布防泼水等级应该在3~5级。
基层布涂层面还须进行防水压光处理,压光过程中压光机温度控制为160~180℃,压光压强为60~90Mpa,平均转速为0.5~0.6m/s。涂层面压光完成后应比未压光面光滑紧密。
(2)步骤二:将步骤一中的基层布涂层面进行微多孔湿法底涂处理,底涂层配方包括以下成分:聚氨酯树脂100 质量份, DMF溶剂 10~30 质量份,促进剂5~8质量份,架桥机7~10质量份。底涂层上料量为30~50g/㎡,干燥后的厚度为5~10μm。涂层后经烘箱传输干燥,干燥温度温度为130~150℃,单米布干燥时间为80~120s。
(3)步骤三:将步骤二中完成微多孔湿法底涂处理的基层布底涂面进行远红外微多孔湿法面涂,面涂层配方包括以下成分:聚氨酯树脂100 质量份,甲苯30~40质量份,DMF30~50 质量份,远红外陶瓷粉末 5~8质量份,促进剂5~8质量份,架桥机7~10质量份,二氧化硅2质量份。面涂层上料量为50~300g/㎡,干燥后的涂层总厚度为20~100μm,可根据需求控制上料量,以达到目标厚度。涂层后经烘箱传输干燥,干燥温度温度为130~150℃,单米布干燥时间为80~120s。远红外陶瓷粉末须先与DMF溶剂充分混合后再加入反应釜中,控制反应釜温度35~40℃,保持搅拌桨2000r/min的速度匀速旋转10min,使粉末在树脂浆料中分布均匀。
所述二氧化硅对面涂层有消光作用,防止面涂层过分光亮;所述DMF溶剂有能够充分溶解树脂和助剂的作用;所述甲苯与DMF溶剂使用剂量较多,具有扩张面涂层微孔直径,增加微孔间连通性作用;所述促进剂包括分散剂、流平剂、防粘剂等助剂。所述远红外陶瓷粉末颗粒大小为3000~3500目,能释放出波长为4-14微米的远红外线在面涂层中的分布浓度为40~60g/㎡。
对完成上述制造工艺后,对远红外面料面涂层表面进行任意图案的印花工艺处理。
对完成上述制造工艺后,对远红外微多孔涂层面料的面涂层表面再贴合一层或多层涤纶布、尼龙布、起绒布、经编布、无纺布、棉布、涤棉布或者锦涤交织布。
该面料可应用于冲锋衣、户外休闲服、工装、猎装、保暖防寒服装等。
具体是实施方法:
结合具体实例来来阐述此项发明
实例1:尼龙塔丝隆远红外微多孔涂层面料制备工艺:
选用228T尼龙平纹塔丝隆作为基层布,该基层布透气良好,对该基层布进行防泼水定形,在定形机水槽中加入低氟碳6防泼水助剂,用量为60g/L,经定型机定形,控制温度为165℃,定型时间为30s。根据国标GBT 4745测试,该基层布定型后防泼水等级是4级,可用于微多孔涂层。对塔斯隆预涂层面进行压光处理,控制压光机温度为165℃,压光压强为90Mpa,平均转速为0.5m/s。涂层面压光完成后应比未压光面光滑紧密。
对该尼龙塔丝隆压光面进行微多孔湿法底涂,底涂层配方包括以下成分:聚氨酯树脂100 质量份, DMF溶剂 20质量份,促进剂 6质量份,架桥机 10质量份。底涂层上料量为40g/㎡,干燥后的厚度约为8μm。涂层后经烘箱传输干燥,干燥温度温度为150℃,单米布干燥时间为100s。
底涂工艺完成后,对该尼龙塔丝隆底涂面进行远红外微多孔湿法面涂面涂层配方包括以下成分:聚氨酯树脂100 质量份,甲苯40质量份,DMF 50 质量份,远红外陶瓷粉末6质量份,促进剂7质量份,架桥机10质量份,二氧化硅2 质量份。远红外陶瓷粉末须先与DMF溶剂充分混合后再加入反应釜中,控制反应釜温度40℃,保持搅拌桨2000r/min的速度匀速旋转10min,使粉末在树脂浆料中分布均匀。面涂层上料量为200g/㎡,干燥后的涂层厚度约为40μm,涂层后经烘箱传输干燥,干燥温度温度为150℃,单米布干燥时间为120s。远红外陶瓷粉末在面涂层中的分布浓度约为48g/㎡,根据国标GB/T 30127-2013检测,该面料的远红外发射率是90%,远红外辐射温升为1.6℃。
(4)尼龙塔丝隆远红外微多孔涂层面料制备完成,为使面料中的溶剂充分挥发和干燥,应将该面料放置于40℃左右熟成室中至少24小时。
实例2涤纶春亚纺远红外微多孔涂层面料制备工艺:
选用210T涤纶平纹春亚纺作为基层布,该基层布透气良好,对该基层布进行防泼水定形,在定形机水槽中加入低氟碳6防泼水助剂,用量为45g/L,经定型机定形,控制温度为160℃,定型时间为30s。根据国标GBT 4745测试,该基层布定型后防泼水等级为4级,可用于微多孔涂层。对春亚纺预涂层面进行压光处理,控制压光机温度为160℃,压光压强为80Mpa,平均转速为0.5m/s。涂层面压光完成后应比未压光面光滑紧密。
对该涤纶春亚纺压光面进行微多孔湿法底涂,底涂层配方包括以下成分:聚氨酯树脂100 质量份, DMF溶剂 15质量份,促进剂 6质量份,架桥机 8质量份。底涂层上料量为30g/㎡,干燥后的厚度约为6μm。涂层后经烘箱传输干燥,干燥温度温度为150℃,单米布干燥时间为100s。
底涂工艺完成后,对该涤纶春亚纺底涂面进行远红外微多孔湿法面涂面涂层配方包括以下成分:聚氨酯树脂100 质量份,甲苯35质量份,DMF 40 质量份,远红外陶瓷粉末8质量份,促进剂6质量份,架桥机8质量份,二氧化硅2 质量份。远红外陶瓷粉末须先与DMF溶剂充分混合后再加入反应釜中,控制反应釜温度40℃,保持搅拌桨2000r/min的速度匀速旋转10min,使粉末在树脂浆料中分布均匀。面涂层上料量为140g/㎡,干燥后的涂层厚度约为30μm,涂层后经烘箱传输干燥,干燥温度温度为150℃,单米布干燥时间为120s。远红外陶瓷粉末在面涂层中的分布浓度约为45g/㎡, 根据国标GB/T 30127-2013检测,该面料的远红外发射率是92%,远红外辐射温升为1.8℃
(4)涤纶春亚纺远红外微多孔涂层面料制备完成,为使面料中的溶剂充分挥发和干燥,应将该面料放置于40℃左右熟成室中至少24小时。
实例3:对实例1或实例2中面料的涂层面进行涂层印花工艺,使得涂层面更加美观。
实例4:对实例1或实例2中面料进行三层复合加工,在涂层面涂抹均匀粘合胶水,经复合机贴合经编特立可得、涤纶柔丝纺、摇粒绒或者其他类型起绒布。此种复合方式能够提高面料亲肤性、保暖性,而远红红外功能不受影响。

Claims (5)

1.一种远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:至少包括基层布、聚氨酯树脂底涂层以及含有远红外陶瓷粉末的聚氨酯树脂面涂层三个部分,满足以下条件;
(1)所述基层布为尼龙布、涤纶布、无纺布、棉布、涤棉布、锦涤交织布中一种;
(2)所述微多孔涂层的聚氨酯树脂底涂层微孔孔径为0.1~3μm,而面涂层微孔的孔径为3~20μm;
(3)所述添加的远红外陶瓷粉末颗粒大小为3000~3500目,在面涂层中的分布浓度为40~60g/㎡;
该面料可应用于冲锋衣、户外休闲服、工装、猎装、保暖防寒服装;

步骤三:将步骤二中完成微多孔湿法底涂处理的基层布底涂面进行远红外微多孔湿法面涂,面涂层配方包括以下成分:聚氨酯树脂100 质量份,甲苯30~40质量份,DMF 30~50质量份,远红外陶瓷粉末 5~8质量份,促进剂5~8质量份,架桥机7~10质量份,二氧化硅2质量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述远红外陶瓷粉末和聚氨酯树脂为5~8:100质量配比。
4.根据权利要求2所述的远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:对完成上述制造工艺后,对远红外面料面涂层表面进行任意图案的印花工艺处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的远红外微多孔涂层面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:对完成上述制造工艺后,对远红外微多孔涂层面料的面涂层表面再贴合一层或多层涤纶布、尼龙布、起绒布、经编布、无纺布、棉布、涤棉布或者锦涤交织布。
