本发明公开了一种防水防静电的童装面料及其制作方法,包括第一面料层,所述第一面料层的顶端设有吸水层,所述吸水层的顶端设有第一防静电,所述第一防静电层的顶端设有第二面料层,所述第二面料层的顶端设有第二防静电层,所述第二防静电层的顶端设有防水层。有益效果:通过在第一面料层内混合抗静电剂让接触皮肤的面料更加安全,同时抗静电剂让第一面料层更加贴合皮肤,让人感到舒爽,吸水层让整个布料更加防汗,更加吸汗也使防水能力更加强劲,第二防静电层可以在内部防止与皮肤摩擦产生的静电,起到了双重防静电的作用,并且,内衬吸水,表层防水,可以有效吸汗的同时,防止热量的蒸发,起到双重保护的功效。

一种防水防静电的童装面料及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,具体来说,涉及一种防水防静电的童装面料及其制作方法。
背景技术
服装是人们日常生活中不可或缺的产品,而儿童服装也是重中之重,而童装品质的高低很大程度上取决于服装面料的品质。因为儿童一般比较闹腾,经常出汗,所以在面料的选择方面,更多的需要防水的面料,并且在冬天时候,孩子爱动也容易产生静电对孩子身体健康不好,所以童装不仅需要防水能力也需要一定的抗静电能力。
然而,现有的服装较少有适用于儿童并且能够防静电;有关的防静电服装并不是专用于儿童,而是针对特殊场景下的特殊工作者,为了防静电,服装不得不牺牲舒适度以及防水功能,此类面料不能直接用于儿童;这些特殊场景中,防水和防静电通常是分开的,不需要同时具备两种功能,也无法直接用于儿童的服装设计。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种防水防静电的童装面料及其制作方法。
本发明的一种防水防静电的童装面料,包括第一面料层(1)和第二面料层(4);
所述第一面料层(1)的顶端设有吸水层(2),所述吸水层(2)的顶端包含第一防静电(3)层,
所述第二面料层(4)的顶端包含第二防静电层(5),所述第二防静电层(5)的顶端设有防水层(6);
其中,所述第一防静电层由第一面料层(1)交织前浸泡抗静电剂形成。
所述第二防静电层则可以采用同样的方法形成,也可以在已有的面料层中直接添加银纤维或者尼龙颗粒形成。
具体而言,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种防水防静电的童装面料,包括第一面料层,所述第一面料层的顶端设有吸水层,所述吸水层的顶端设有第一防静电,所述第一防静电层的顶端设有第二面料层,所述第二面料层的顶端设有第二防静电层,所述第二防静电层的顶端设有防水层。
进一步的,所述第一防水层为高分子透气防水层。
进一步的,所述第一面料层采用涤纶纤维经纬交织而成,所述第一面料层混合抗静电剂。
进一步的,所述第二面料层由经纱、纬纱交错编织而成,且所述经纱、纬纱均为棉纤维和竹炭纤维的混纺纱线条。
进一步的,所述第一防静电层为银纤维层。
进一步的,所述第二防静电层包括一中空腔体,所述的中空腔体中设有尼龙颗粒。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种防水防静电的童装面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
将第一面料层、防静电层和吸水层通过经编机编织成贴身胚布,将第二面料层、防水层和防静电层通过经编机编织成防水胚布;
将贴身胚布和防水胚布放置在高温定型机中进行定型,定型温度在230-250℃;
将贴身胚布和贴身胚布通过贴合机进行贴合,贴合后形成初步面料;
将面料在烘干机中进行烘干并收卷.
进一步的,该抗静电剂的制作方法,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
蒸馏水50-150、聚氨酯5-15、纤维素1-5、导电云母粉1-5、吸水树脂5-12、金属纤维2-12、碳纤维5-16、云母粉1-5、聚乙烯醇2-18、聚氮化硫1-20、橡胶2-20、柔软剂10-25和渗透剂10-50。
进一步的,该抗静电剂的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述用于保暖抗菌的棉布所需各原料;
将称取好的聚氨酯、纤维素、导电云母粉、吸水树脂、金属纤维、碳纤维、云母粉、聚乙烯醇和聚氮化硫混合,并搅拌均匀制成混合物一;
将称取好的蒸馏水倒入混合物一中,搅拌均匀,进行煎煮,煎煮完成之后过滤制成混合物二;
将称取好的橡胶、柔软剂和渗透剂倒入称取好的蒸馏水中混合搅拌,制成溶液;
将混合物二注入溶液中,搅拌均匀制成抗静电剂。
进一步的,所述的防静电层的制作,包括以下步骤:
以高密针织物为基布,用防静电耐高温涂料对其进行涂层。
将一定比例的丁酮、聚氨酯、磷酸酯加入容器中充分混合搅匀,制备阻燃胶:对基布进行正面喷淋阻燃胶。
将处理后的基布进行水洗、烘干、烘焙,值得防静电层。
其中,本发明所采用的抗静电剂原料阐述如下:
玻璃粉:是一种抗划高透明粉料,粒径小、分散性好、透明度高、防沉效果好;经过表面改进,具有良好的亲和能力,并且有较强的位阻能力。
聚氧乙烯醚:称聚氧化乙烯或聚环氧乙烷。是一种结晶性、热塑性的水溶性聚合物。它既是一种新型水溶性树脂,又是一种非离子表面活性剂,具有防水和抗静电效果,不溶于冷水或者微溶于冷水但没有阻燃性是助燃的。
纤维素:纤维素既不溶于水,又不溶于一般的有机溶剂,如酒精、乙醚、丙酮、苯等。它也不溶于稀碱溶液中。
导电云母粉:云母粉是高分子材料常用的填充材料,云母粉的片状结构有利于在高分子材料中形成导电网络。但云母粉本身不导电,必须在云母粉表面沉积或包覆一层抗静电材料(如ATO)才能起抗静电作用。
吸水树脂:是一种新型功能高分子材料。它具有吸收比自身重几百到几千倍水的高吸水功能,并且保水性能优良,一旦吸水膨胀成为水凝胶时,即使加压也很难把水分离出来。高吸水性树脂是一种带有大量亲水基团的功能性高分子材料。
金属纤维:金属纤维具有良好的力学性能,不仅断裂比强度和拉伸比模量较高,而且可耐弯折、韧性良好;具有很好的导电性,能防静电,如钨纤维用作白炽灯泡的灯丝,同时它也是防电磁辐射和导电及电信号传输的重要材料。
碳纤维:碳纤维具有许多优良性能,碳纤维的轴向强度和模量高,密度低、比性能高,无蠕变,非氧化环境下耐超高温,耐疲劳性好,比热及导电性介于非金属和金属之间,热膨胀系数小且具有各向异性,耐腐蚀性好,X射线透过性好。良好的导电导热性能、电磁屏蔽性好等。。
云母粉:一种非金属矿物,含有多种成分,其中主要有SiO2,含量一般在49%左右,Al2O3含量在30%左右。云母粉具有良好的弹性、韧性。绝缘性、耐高温、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、附着力强等特性,是一种优良的添加剂。。
聚乙烯醇:有机化合物,白色片状、絮状或粉末状固体,无味。溶于水(95℃以上)。
聚氮化硫:最突出的特点是具有高度的各向异性和金属性。在平行于S-N链的方向上,导电性好,属金属导体;在垂直方向上,导电性则差得多。光的横轴偏振也反映出它的金属性。
银胶布:是含量较高的涤纶,具有防静电,遮光,防辐射等功能,因此,银胶布多用作防紫外线伞的面料。
柔软剂:柔软整理是印染加工中的重要后整理工序。纺织品在加工过程中,经多次处理后手感会变得粗糙,一般合成纤维织物更差,尤其是超细纤维织物。为了使织物具有柔软、滑爽、舒适的手感,就需要对其进行整理,应用广泛的是用柔软剂进行整理。此外在化学纤维纺丝,各种纤维的纺纱、织造等过程中均大量使用柔软剂,这是因为随着纺织品加工中高速化和小浴比方式的大量使用,织物之间和织物与设备之间相互摩擦增加,易产生擦伤、条疵等现象。使用柔软剂可使纤维本身具有与加工条件相适应的柔软平滑性以避免损伤。因此织物用柔软剂是一种重要的纺织助剂。
渗透剂:在印染助剂中渗透剂的用途较广,布料前处理用渗透剂包括:退浆用渗透剂、煮练用渗透剂、漂白用渗透剂、丝光用渗透剂、羊毛炭化用渗透剂、染色用渗透剂、印花用渗透剂、后整理用渗透剂等。
本发明的有益效果:通过在第一面料层内混合抗静电剂让接触皮肤的面料更加安全,同时抗静电剂让第一面料层更加贴合皮肤,让人感到舒爽,吸水层让整个布料更加防汗,更加吸汗也使防水能力更加强劲,第二防静电层可以在内部防止与皮肤摩擦产生的静电,起到了双重防静电的作用,并且,内衬吸水,表层防水,可以有效吸汗的同时,防止热量的蒸发,起到双重保护的功效。
值得指出的是,本发明的防静电层和吸水层可以相互配合,并且是在已有的面料层中混合抗静电剂或者浸染、浸泡抗静电剂形成抗静电层,不需要额外增加层级;这种在已有面料层中形成防静电层的方法,能够最大程度的保持原有面料的舒适感;这和现有技术专门设置防静电层的设计截然不同。同时,双层防静电层的相互内外配合设计,起到的双重防静电效果,也不同于现有的单纯防静电层或者多个静电层单独防静电的设计。

在一个实例中,所述防水层6为高分子透气防水层。

其中,该抗静电剂的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述用于保暖抗菌的棉布所需各原料;
将称取好的聚氨酯5g、纤维素1g、导电云母粉1g、吸水树脂5g、金属纤维2g、碳纤维5g、云母粉1g、聚乙烯醇2g和聚氮化硫1g混合,并搅拌均匀制成混合物一;
将称取好的蒸馏水50g倒入混合物一中,搅拌均匀,进行煎煮,煎煮完成之后过滤制成混合物二;

其中,该抗静电剂的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述用于保暖抗菌的棉布所需各原料;
将称取好的聚氨酯15g、纤维素5g、导电云母粉5g、吸水树脂12g、金属纤维12g、碳纤维16g、云母粉5g、聚乙烯醇18g和聚氮化硫20g混合,并搅拌均匀制成混合物一;

根据上述质量份数,称取所述用于保暖抗菌的棉布所需各原料;

蒸馏水120g、聚氨酯11.6g、纤维素3.6g、导电云母粉3.6g、吸水树脂9.6g、金属纤维8.6g、碳纤维12.4g、云母粉3.6g、聚乙烯醇12.6g、聚氮化硫13.6g、橡胶14g、柔软剂20g和渗透剂39.6g。
其中,该抗静电剂的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述用于保暖抗菌的棉布所需各原料;
将称取好的聚氨酯11.6g、纤维素3.6g、导电云母粉3.6g、吸水树脂9.6g、金属纤维8.6g、碳纤维12.4g、云母粉3.6g、聚乙烯醇12.6g和聚氮化硫13.6g混合,并搅拌均匀制成混合物一;
将称取好的蒸馏水120g倒入混合物一中,搅拌均匀,进行煎煮,煎煮完成之后过滤制成混合物二;

如图3所示,在实际生产过程中,该用于防水防静电的童装面料的抗静电剂,包括以下步骤:
S304将称取好的聚氨酯、纤维素、导电云母粉、吸水树脂、金属纤维、碳纤维、云母粉、聚乙烯醇和聚氮化硫混合,并搅拌均匀制成混合物一;
S301,将称取好的蒸馏水倒入混合物一中,搅拌均匀,进行煎煮,煎煮完成之后过滤制成混合物二;
S302,将称取好的橡胶、柔软剂和渗透剂倒入称取好的蒸馏水中混合搅拌,制成溶液;
S303,将混合物二注入溶液中,搅拌均匀制成抗静电剂。
在一个实例中,所述的防静电层的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S201,以高密针织物为基布,用防静电耐高温涂料对其进行涂层。
S202,将一定比例的丁酮、聚氨酯、磷酸酯加入容器中充分混合搅匀,制备阻燃胶:对基布进行正面喷淋阻燃胶。
S203,将处理后的基布进行水洗、烘干、烘焙,制得防静电层。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下结合实验数据对本发明的上述方案的进行详细说明,具体如下:

防水性能测试
1拒水性能测试
将待测布的普通面料和防水面料各分为六块,将不同给水量的水滴在不同待测布上,在相同时间内,收集透过待测布的水,收集的水越少,据水能力越强,防水性能越高。
结论:由普通面料和防水面料的实验数据得知,普通面料与防水面料在随着给水量的增加,且在相同时间内,普通面料收集的水量远远大于防水面料收集的水量,因此,防水面料的据水能力强于普通面料。
2淋水性能测试
将普通面料和防水面料均截取18×18(cm2)的试样各六块,紧绷于试样夹持器(金属弯曲环)上,并以倾斜45度放置。实验面的中心位于喷嘴中心。将250ml冷水迅速倾入的待测布中,使水淋洒于织物表面,经过不同时间对透过的水进行收集,透水量越少,防水性能越强。
结论:由实验数据得知,普通面料和防水面料在给水量相同的情况下,随着时间的延长,普通面料的透水量增长幅度加快,而防水面料在前期时间内透水量为零,在相同时间内,普通面料的透水量均大于防水面料的透水量,因此,防水面料的防水性能大于普通面料的防水性能。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过在第一面料层1内混合抗静电剂让接触皮肤的面料更加安全,同时抗静电剂让第一面料层1更加贴合皮肤,让人感到舒爽,吸水层2让整个布料更加防汗,更加吸汗也使防水能力更加强劲,第二防静电层5可以在内部防止与皮肤摩擦产生的静电,起到了双重防静电的作用,并且,内衬吸水,表层防水,可以有效吸汗的同时,防止热量的蒸发,起到双重保护的功效。

其中,所述第一防静电层由第一面料层(1)在交织前浸泡抗静电剂形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防静电的童装面料,其特征在于,所述防水层(6)为高分子透气防水层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水防静电的童装面料,其特征在于,所述第一面料层(1)采用涤纶纤维经纬交织而成,所述第一面料层(1)交织前浸泡抗静电剂。

将预先浸泡抗静电剂的第一面料层(1)、防静电层和吸水层(2)通过经编机编织成贴身胚布,将第二面料层(4)、防水层(6)和防静电层通过经编机编织成防水胚布;
将贴身胚布和防水胚布放置在高温定型机中进行定型,定型温度在230-250℃;
将贴身胚布和贴身胚布通过贴合机进行贴合,贴合后形成初步面料;
将面料在烘干机中进行烘干并收卷。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防水防静电的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的抗静电剂制作方法由以下质量份数的原料制成:

10.根据权利要求7所述的一种防水防静电的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的防静电层的制作,包括以下步骤:
以高密针织物为基布,用防静电耐高温涂料对其进行涂层。
将一定比例的丁酮、聚氨酯、磷酸酯加入容器中充分混合搅匀,制备阻燃胶:对基布进行正面喷淋阻燃胶。
将处理后的基布进行水洗、烘干、烘焙,制得防静电层。
