吡啶季铵盐(维兰PF、防水剂PF等),适用于棉和涤棉纺织物,是耐久性的防水剂。脂肪烃三聚氰胺衍生物类(三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂和具有长链结构的额脂肪酸、酰胺、醇的结合)主要用于天然纤维和合成纤维的防水处理。有机硅化合物:一般由含氢硅油与甲基硅油或羟基硅油组成。广泛用于纤维素纤维、羊毛、蚕丝和各种合成纤维织物,在合成纤维上的防水效果及耐久性比在棉上好。
纳米(符号为nm)是长度单位,原称毫微米,就是10^-9米(10亿分之一米),即10^-6毫米(100万分之一毫米)。如同厘米、分米和米一样,是长度的度量单位。相当于4倍原子大小,比单个细菌的长度还要小。当其有一维尺寸小于100nm,即达到纳米尺寸,即可称为所谓纳米材料。
织物纳米银抗菌整理剂使用了新技术把银(Ag)制作成纳米 (Nano)级,充分体现了银原有的优越特性,因此应用领域也不断扩大。如:纺织、涂料、塑胶、医疗、皮革,环保等。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:
本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的制备方法,解决现有刺绣用抗折皱整理剂防霉效果差、光泽度低和不抗折皱等技术问题。
技术方案:
一种刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步:按照重量份数配比称取纯水100份、乙烯20-40份、活性剂3-7份、醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液30-50份、泡花碱25-45份、聚乙烯醇5-15份、纳米二氧化钛2.5-4.5份、氨基硅油1-5份、丁醇2-6份、壳聚糖5-9份和聚四亚甲基醚二醇15-35份;
第二步:将聚乙烯醇、氨基硅油和丁醇投入带有温度计、搅拌机和加热装置的反应釜中升温至50-60℃,打开搅拌机搅拌,搅拌速度为250-350r/min,混合1-2h;
第三步:依次加入泡花碱、纯水和乙烯,调节混合速度至400-600 r/min,混合30-50min,搅拌均匀,升温至80-100℃,加入剩余原料,继续搅拌2-4h,将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨15-35min,过滤清液后,静置3-5h后即得。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述第一步中刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:纯水100份、乙烯20份、活性剂3份、醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液30份、泡花碱25份、聚乙烯醇5份、纳米二氧化钛2.5份、氨基硅油1份、丁醇2份、壳聚糖5份和聚四亚甲基醚二醇15份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述第一步中刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:纯水100份、乙烯40份、活性剂7份、醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液50份、泡花碱45份、聚乙烯醇15份、纳米二氧化钛4.5份、氨基硅油5份、丁醇6份、壳聚糖9份和聚四亚甲基醚二醇35份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述第一步中刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:纯水100份、乙烯30份、活性剂5份、醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液40份、泡花碱35份、聚乙烯醇10份、纳米二氧化钛3.5份、氨基硅油3份、丁醇4份、壳聚糖7份和聚四亚甲基醚二醇25份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述活性剂采用氧化锌。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的制备方法采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、制备方法简单,成分安全,防霉效果好,抗拉强度3.5-4.5MPa,抗潮气性优良;2、成本低廉,增加光泽,附着力1级,耐腐蚀性好,耐洗刷性500-600次;3、抗折皱性能好,皂洗50-90次螨虫趋避率93.5-97.5%,柔韧性1mm,光泽度好;4、延长刺绣使用寿命,干燥快,阻燃性能好,抗菌性能好,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率99.1-99.5%,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
按照重量份数配比称取纯水100份、乙烯20份、氧化锌3份、醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液30份、泡花碱25份、聚乙烯醇5份、纳米二氧化钛2.5份、氨基硅油1份、丁醇2份、壳聚糖5份和聚四亚甲基醚二醇15份。
将聚乙烯醇、氨基硅油和丁醇投入带有温度计、搅拌机和加热装置的反应釜中升温至50℃,打开搅拌机搅拌,搅拌速度为250r/min,混合1h。
依次加入泡花碱、纯水和乙烯,调节混合速度至400 r/min,混合30min,搅拌均匀,升温至80℃,加入剩余原料,继续搅拌2h,将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨15min,过滤清液后,静置3h后即得。

将聚乙烯醇、氨基硅油和丁醇投入带有温度计、搅拌机和加热装置的反应釜中升温至60℃,打开搅拌机搅拌,搅拌速度为350r/min,混合2h。
依次加入泡花碱、纯水和乙烯,调节混合速度至600 r/min,混合50min,搅拌均匀,升温至100℃,加入剩余原料,继续搅拌4h,将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨35min,过滤清液后,静置5h后即得。
制备方法简单,成分安全,防霉效果好,抗拉强度4MPa,抗潮气性优良;成本低廉,增加光泽,附着力1级,耐腐蚀性好,耐洗刷性550次;抗折皱性能好,皂洗70次螨虫趋避率95.5%,柔韧性1mm,光泽度好;延长刺绣使用寿命,干燥快,阻燃性能好,抗菌性能好,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率99.3%,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
实施例3:
按照重量份数配比称取纯水100份、乙烯30份、氧化锌5份、醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液40份、泡花碱35份、聚乙烯醇10份、纳米二氧化钛3.5份、氨基硅油3份、丁醇4份、壳聚糖7份和聚四亚甲基醚二醇25份。
将聚乙烯醇、氨基硅油和丁醇投入带有温度计、搅拌机和加热装置的反应釜中升温至55℃,打开搅拌机搅拌,搅拌速度为300r/min,混合1.5h。
依次加入泡花碱、纯水和乙烯,调节混合速度至500 r/min,混合40min,搅拌均匀,升温至90℃,加入剩余原料,继续搅拌3h,将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨25min,过滤清液后,静置4h后即得。
制备方法简单,成分安全,防霉效果好,抗拉强度4.5MPa,抗潮气性优良;成本低廉,增加光泽,附着力1级,耐腐蚀性好,耐洗刷性600次;抗折皱性能好,皂洗90次螨虫趋避率97.5%,柔韧性1mm,光泽度好;延长刺绣使用寿命,干燥快,阻燃性能好,抗菌性能好,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率99.5%,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

Claims (5)
1.一种刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
第一步:按照重量份数配比称取纯水100份、乙烯20-40份、活性剂3-7份、醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液30-50份、泡花碱25-45份、聚乙烯醇5-15份、纳米二氧化钛2.5-4.5份、氨基硅油1-5份、丁醇2-6份、壳聚糖5-9份和聚四亚甲基醚二醇15-35份;
第二步:将聚乙烯醇、氨基硅油和丁醇投入带有温度计、搅拌机和加热装置的反应釜中升温至50-60℃,打开搅拌机搅拌,搅拌速度为250-350r/min,混合1-2h;
第三步:依次加入泡花碱、纯水和乙烯,调节混合速度至400-600 r/min,混合30-50min,搅拌均匀,升温至80-100℃,加入剩余原料,继续搅拌2-4h,将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨15-35min,过滤清液后,静置3-5h后即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:纯水100份、乙烯20份、活性剂3份、醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液30份、泡花碱25份、聚乙烯醇5份、纳米二氧化钛2.5份、氨基硅油1份、丁醇2份、壳聚糖5份和聚四亚甲基醚二醇15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:纯水100份、乙烯40份、活性剂7份、醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液50份、泡花碱45份、聚乙烯醇15份、纳米二氧化钛4.5份、氨基硅油5份、丁醇6份、壳聚糖9份和聚四亚甲基醚二醇35份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:纯水100份、乙烯30份、活性剂5份、醋酸丁酸纤维素溶液40份、泡花碱35份、聚乙烯醇10份、纳米二氧化钛3.5份、氨基硅油3份、丁醇4份、壳聚糖7份和聚四亚甲基醚二醇25份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用抗折皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述活性剂采用氧化锌。
