Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀钢结构件,所述钢结构件包括钢结构件本体、热浸镀形成在所述钢结构件本体表面的锌膜层、喷涂在所述锌膜层表面的复合铝膜层;所述钢结构件的耐腐蚀处理包括如下步骤:1)预处理;2)热镀锌;3)喷涂复合防护涂料。通过上述方式,本发明在钢结构件表面依次附着有锌膜层和复合铝膜层,即采用双层防护处理,使钢结构件具有优异的抗海水及盐雾大气腐蚀性,能满足高端海洋钢结构机械设备的使用要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及钢结构件制备技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐腐蚀钢结构件。
背景技术
钢结构件为了提高其耐腐蚀性能,通常采用喷锌、喷铝涂层防护,但国内外大量的实验研究表明,喷锌、喷铝涂层防护处理,都不能保证钢铁在海水、海洋大气中十多年不腐蚀,即现有的钢结构件的耐腐蚀性能还存在一定的缺陷,不能满足高端海洋钢结构机械设备的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐腐蚀钢结构件,具有双层防护层,能够解决现有钢结构件在耐腐蚀性能上存在的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐腐蚀钢结构件,所述钢结构件包括钢结构件本体、热浸镀形成在所述钢结构件本体表面的锌膜层、喷涂在所述锌膜层表面的复合铝膜层;
所述钢结构件的耐腐蚀处理包括如下步骤:
1)预处理:对所述钢结构件本体进行酸洗和脱脂处理,然后用清水冲洗并烘干;
2)热镀锌:将步骤1)处理后的钢结构件本体置于镀锌锅内进行热镀锌处理,常温干燥后在所述钢结构本体表面形成锌膜层;
3)喷涂复合防护涂料:对步骤2)处理后的钢结构件本体喷涂铝基复合防护涂料,高温烘干后在锌膜层外形成复合铝膜层,即得到所述耐腐蚀性钢结构件。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铝基复合防护涂料包括的原料及各原料的质量百分比为:铝粉40%-45%、改性环氧树脂32%-38%、磷酸盐12%-18%、固化剂10%-15%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述固化剂为多异氰酯预聚物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤3)中所述的高温烘干温度为180-200℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在钢结构件表面依次附着有锌膜层和复合铝膜层,即采用双层防护处理,使钢结构件具有优异的抗海水及盐雾大气腐蚀性,能满足高端海洋钢结构机械设备的使用要求。

下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种耐腐蚀钢结构件,所述钢结构件包括钢结构件本体、热浸镀形成在所述钢结构件本体表面的锌膜层、喷涂在所述锌膜层表面的复合铝膜层;
所述钢结构件的耐腐蚀处理包括如下步骤:
1)预处理:对所述钢结构件本体进行酸洗和脱脂处理,然后用清水冲洗并烘干;
2)热镀锌:将步骤1)处理后的钢结构件本体置于镀锌锅内进行热镀锌处理,常温干燥后在所述钢结构本体表面形成锌膜层;
3)喷涂复合防护涂料:对步骤2)处理后的钢结构件本体喷涂铝基复合防护涂料,然后在180-200℃高温下进行烘干,最后在锌膜层外形成复合铝膜层,即得到所述耐腐蚀性钢结构件。
其中,所述铝基复合防护涂料包括的原料及各原料的质量百分比为:铝粉42%、改性环氧树脂35%、磷酸盐13%、多异氰酯预聚物11%。
本发明揭示了一种耐腐蚀钢结构件,在钢结构件表面依次附着有锌膜层和复合铝膜层,即采用双层防护处理,使钢结构件具有优异的抗海水及盐雾大气腐蚀性,能满足高端海洋钢结构机械设备的使用要求。

Claims (4)
1.一种耐腐蚀钢结构件,其特征在于,所述钢结构件包括钢结构件本体、热浸镀形成在所述钢结构件本体表面的锌膜层、喷涂在所述锌膜层表面的复合铝膜层;
所述钢结构件的耐腐蚀处理包括如下步骤:
1)预处理:对所述钢结构件本体进行酸洗和脱脂处理,然后用清水冲洗并烘干;
2)热镀锌:将步骤1)处理后的钢结构件本体置于镀锌锅内进行热镀锌处理,常温干燥后在所述钢结构本体表面形成锌膜层;
3)喷涂复合防护涂料:对步骤2)处理后的钢结构件本体喷涂铝基复合防护涂料,高温烘干后在锌膜层外形成复合铝膜层,即得到所述耐腐蚀性钢结构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀钢结构件,其特征在于,所述铝基复合防护涂料包括的原料及各原料的质量百分比为:铝粉40%-45%、改性环氧树脂32%-38%、磷酸盐12%-18%、固化剂10%-15%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐腐蚀钢结构件,其特征在于,所述固化剂为多异氰酯预聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀钢结构件,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中所述的高温烘干温度为180-200℃。
