白酒涉及一种供人们饮用的白酒。主要是为解决现有的白酒缺乏软化血管功能,口感和香味也不够理想的问题而发明的。所述白酒由下列原料按照如下重量份配制而成:高粱25份,小麦10份,大米20份,山楂5份,枸杞10份,绿豆5份、酒曲25份;生产方法是:将山楂和枸杞打碎,高粱、小麦、大米、绿豆用粉碎机粉碎,将粉碎后的山楂、枸杞、高粱、小麦、大米、绿豆与酒曲混合,加水混合均匀后入窖发酵,发酵期为120—180天,发酵完成后,取出蒸馏,然后入库储存,勾调灌装。优点是具有软化血管功能,有益人体健康,并且具有水果的香味,饮用口感好。

背景技术:
现有的白酒有用粮食酿制的,也有以粮食为主料,再加入一些配料酿制的,还有新工艺白酒。缺点是以粮食为主料酿制的白酒耗粮多,无论是以粮食为主料制作的白酒还是新工艺白酒都缺乏软化血管功能,口感和香味也不够理想。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耗粮少,并且有软化血管功能,口感和香味更好的馥香型白酒。
上述目的是这样实现的:由下列原料按照如下重量份配制而成:高粱25份,小麦10份,大米20份,山楂5份,枸杞10份,绿豆5份、酒曲25份;生产方法是:将山楂和枸杞打碎,高粱、小麦、大米、绿豆用粉碎机粉碎,将粉碎后的山楂、枸杞、高粱、小麦、大米、绿豆与酒曲混合,加水混合均匀后入窖发酵,发酵期为120—180天,发酵完成后,取出蒸馏,然后入库储存,勾调灌装。
本发明的优点是:耗粮少,由于水果中的果酸能软化血管,调理人体机能,所以用本发明所述的原料酿制的白酒具有软化血管功能,有益人体健康,并且具有水果的香味,饮用口感好。
