本发明公开了一种水基润滑剂,按重量份计,包括以下组分:植物油20‑40份;三聚磷酸钠10‑30份;偏铝酸钠6‑12份;醋酸钠2‑5份;山梨糖醇酐油酸酯2‑5份;余量为水。本发明中的水基润滑剂的原料较为环保,不会对人体或者环境产生危害,另外,该水基润滑剂且具有优异的抗磨性能,具有广阔的应用前景。

一种水基润滑剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑剂,特别涉及一种水基润滑剂。
背景技术
植物油的优点在于其具有优良的润滑性和黏温特性,因此非常适合用于制备润滑剂的原料,但是和矿物油相比,由植物油制备得到的润滑油的抗磨性能较差。
公开号为104342265A的中国专利公开了一种润滑剂,其包括以下组分:植物油50~80份,蔗糖5~20份,氯化钠1~8份,氨基酸1~2份,脂肪酸钠2~6份,山梨糖醇1~3份,柠檬酸1~3份,天门冬酰苯丙酸甲酯3~8份,乳化剂0.5~2.5份,该润滑剂的润滑性较好,但是其抗磨性能较差,极大限制了其应用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有优异的抗磨性能的水基润滑剂。
为了解决上述问题,采用以下技术方案:一种水基润滑剂,按重量份计,包括以下组分:植物油20-40份;三聚磷酸钠10-30份;偏铝酸钠6-12份;醋酸钠2-5份;山梨糖醇酐油酸酯2-5份;余量为水。
优选地,上述水基润滑剂包括以下组分:植物油25-35份;三聚磷酸钠15-25份;偏铝酸钠8-10份;醋酸钠3-4份;山梨糖醇酐油酸酯3-4份。
更优选地,上述水基润滑剂包括以下组分:植物油30份;三聚磷酸钠20份;偏铝酸钠9份;醋酸钠3.6份;山梨糖醇酐油酸酯3.6份。
其中,所述植物油选自花生油、红花油、芥菜子油、玉米油或亚麻子油中的一种或几种的混合物。
最为优选地,所述水基润滑剂还包括羟乙基纤维素,所述羟乙基纤维素和醋酸钠的重量比为1:1-2:1。
和现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中的水基润滑剂的原料较为环保,不会对人体或者环境产生危害,另外,该水基润滑剂且具有优异的抗磨性能,具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面给出实施例以对本发明进行具体的描述,有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的普通技术人员根据该实施例对本发明所做出的一些非本质的改进或调整仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-5中水基润滑剂的制备:
按表1配方,在反应釜中加入水和三聚磷酸钠后搅拌均匀,然后依次加入山梨糖醇酐油酸酯、偏铝酸钠和醋酸钠,控制搅拌转速为400 r/min搅拌1h后缓慢加入植物油,将搅拌转速降低至300 r/min,继续搅拌3h即得本发明中的水基润滑剂。
实施例6-10中水基润滑剂的制备:
按表1配方,在反应釜中加入水和三聚磷酸钠后搅拌均匀,然后依次加入山梨糖醇酐油酸酯、偏铝酸钠、醋酸钠和羟乙基纤维素,控制搅拌转速为400 r/min搅拌1h后缓慢加入植物油,将搅拌转速降低至300 r/min,继续搅拌3h即得本发明中的水基润滑剂。
性能数据测试方法
取制备得到的水基润滑剂,使用四球试验机进行四球实验测试常温、主轴转速1450转/分钟、负载519N条件下的磨损斑痕直径大小。
实施例1-10的水基润滑剂各组分的含量(重量份数)及其性能数据测试结果见下表1所示。
由表1可知,实施例1-10通过向水基润滑剂中加入特定重量含量的植物油、三聚磷酸钠、偏铝酸钠、醋酸钠和山梨糖醇酐油酸酯,测试得到的润滑剂具有极其优异的抗磨性能,测试发现其在常温、主轴转速1450转/分钟、负载519N条件下的磨损斑痕直径达到0.33mm以内,即说明了本发明中的水基润滑剂的抗磨性能较好。
本领域的技术人员在实施本发明时应该知道,实施例6-8在实施例5的配方基础上额外添加羟乙基纤维素,并将羟乙基纤维素和醋酸钠的质量比控制为1:1-2:1范围内,最终测试得到的磨损斑痕直径为0.13-0.15mm,其抗磨性能尤其优异。

1.一种水基润滑剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:植物油20-40份;三聚磷酸钠10-30份;偏铝酸钠6-12份;醋酸钠2-5份;山梨糖醇酐油酸酯2-5份;余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水基润滑剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:植物油25-35份;三聚磷酸钠15-25份;偏铝酸钠8-10份;醋酸钠3-4份;山梨糖醇酐油酸酯3-4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水基润滑剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:植物油30份;三聚磷酸钠20份;偏铝酸钠9份;醋酸钠3.6份;山梨糖醇酐油酸酯3.6份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的水基润滑剂,其特征在于,所述植物油选自花生油、红花油、芥菜子油、玉米油或亚麻子油中的一种或几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的水基润滑剂,其特征在于,所述水基润滑剂还包括羟乙基纤维素,所述羟乙基纤维素和醋酸钠的重量比为1:1-2:1。
