本发明涉及化工技术领域，尤其涉及一种环保型切削液。
背景技术
工件在加工过程中使用切削液难免会与工人的皮肤进行接触。市场上很多的切削液成分对人体皮肤的刺激严重，造成手部皮肤发红常见的切削液产品对皮肤的刺激和破坏，瘙痒，接触性皮炎和蜕皮，长期的接触到有毒性成分的切削液，有毒物质从人体的皮肤吸收，导致慢性中毒。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题，本发明提供一种安全环保，无毒无污染，对皮肤无刺激，冷却效果好，防锈能力强的环保型切削液。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为：一种环保型切削液，由以下质量份数的原料制成：
丙二醇8-11份，乙酸乙酯5-9份，蓖麻油16-18份，对二异辛基二苯胺5-7份，二乙醇胺4-8份，钼酸铵8-10份，苯并三氮唑6-9份，十二烷基苯磺酸钠7-11份，纤维素羟乙基醚8-13份，杀菌剂9-10份，去离子水25-30份。
上述的环保型切削液，由以下质量份数的原料制成：
丙二醇10份，乙酸乙酯7份，蓖麻油17份，对二异辛基二苯胺6份，二乙醇胺6份，钼酸铵9份，苯并三氮唑7份，十二烷基苯磺酸钠9份，纤维素羟乙基醚10份，杀菌剂9.5份，去离子水28份。
本发明解决技术问题所带来的有益效果在于：本发明安全环保，无毒无污染，对皮肤无刺激，冷却效果好，防锈能力强。

一种环保型切削液，由以下质量份数的原料制成：
