本发明提供一种自动切换远近光灯的汽车车灯装置,包括LED光源和车灯灯罩,所述LED光源设置在车灯灯罩中,所述LED光源后端设置有反光罩,所述反光罩上设置有调整电机,通过调整电机对反光罩的开合角度进行调整,所述车灯灯罩上端设置有高清摄像头,车辆内设置有分析模块,通过高清摄像头对车辆前方道路情况进行拍摄,并传输至分析模块中进行分析处理,当分析模块检测到车辆前方出现其他车辆时,控制调整电机调整反光罩的折射角度。自动完成汽车车灯的远近光切换,提高行车安全性,并且通过光敏传感器控制提示灯闪烁,提示驾驶人员开启车灯,避免行车时忘记开启车灯,影响行车视野,设置清洁喷头对车灯灯罩进行清洗,提高车灯亮度。

自动切换远近光灯的汽车车灯装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车车灯照明领域,尤其涉及一种自动切换远近光灯的汽车车灯装置。
背景技术
目前在汽车行驶过程中,由于夜间行车光线不足,因此需要使用车灯进行照明,以提升行车时的安全,而远光灯具有照射范围广,强度大的优点,作为车辆行驶时的照明是十分有用的,但是目前在行驶过程中,由于车辆违规开启远光灯导致对面车辆视线受阻,出现交通事故的事情常有发生。目前对于车辆远近光灯的切换,只能通过驾驶人员的自觉进行控制,很容易出现需要切换远近光灯时由于忘记导致未能及时切换远近光灯造成对面车辆视线受阻的情况。因此,解决车辆行驶时只能通过人工进行远近光灯切换的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自动切换远近光灯的汽车车灯装置,通过LED光源为车灯提供光源,并通过反光罩将光线反光折射出车灯灯罩,形成远近光灯,并且通过高清摄像头和分析模块对行车道路的情况进行分析,在需要时通过调整电机自动完成远近光灯切换,解决了车辆行驶时只能通过人工进行远近光灯切换的问题。
本发明提供一种自动切换远近光灯的汽车车灯装置,包括LED光源和车灯灯罩,所述LED光源设置在车灯灯罩中,所述LED光源后端设置有反光罩,所述反光罩上设置有调整电机,通过调整电机对反光罩的开合角度进行调整,所述车灯灯罩上端设置有高清摄像头,车辆内设置有分析模块,通过高清摄像头对车辆前方道路情况进行拍摄,并传输至分析模块中进行分析处理,当分析模块检测到车辆前方出现其他车辆时,控制调整电机调整反光罩的折射角度。
进一步改进在于:所述车灯灯罩上设置有光敏传感器,车内设置有提示灯,通过光敏传感器控制提示灯闪烁,提示驾驶人员开启车灯。
进一步改进在于:所述LED光源与车灯灯罩之间设置有位置调节杆,通过位置调整杆调整LED光源的位置。
进一步改进在于:所述LED光源与反光罩之间设置有光导,所述光导两端设置有调光电机,所述提示灯旁设置有调节按钮,通过调节按钮控制调光电机。
进一步改进在于:所述车灯灯罩上设置有清洗喷头,通过清洗喷头对车灯灯罩表面进行清洗。
车辆在行驶过程中,高清摄像头随时对前方道路进行拍摄,并将画面传至分析模块中,当分析模块检测到车辆前方出现其他车辆时,控制调整电机调整反光罩的折射角度,对车辆车灯的远近光进行自动切换,当检测到前方没有车辆,进而控制调整电机调整反光罩的角度,将近光切换为远光,并且通过位置调整杆调整LED光源的位置,进而对车灯亮度进行调整;通过光导和调光电机对车灯亮度进行进一步调节,使车灯适用于不同情况的驾驶环境。
本发明的有益效果:当分析模块检测到车辆前方出现其他车辆时,控制调整电机调整反光罩的折射角度,自动完成汽车车灯的远近光切换,提高行车安全性,并且通过光敏传感器控制提示灯闪烁,提示驾驶人员开启车灯,避免行车时忘记开启车灯,影响行车视野,设置清洁喷头对车灯灯罩进行清洗,提高车灯亮度。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。如图1所示,本实施例提供一种自动切换远近光灯的汽车车灯装置,包括LED光源1和车灯灯罩2,所述LED光源1设置在车灯灯罩2中,所述LED光源1后端设置有反光罩3,所述反光罩3上设置有调整电机4,通过调整电机4对反光罩3的开合角度进行调整,所述车灯灯罩2上端设置有高清摄像头5,车辆内设置有分析模块6,通过高清摄像头5对车辆前方道路情况进行拍摄,并传输至分析模块6中进行分析处理,当分析模块6检测到车辆前方出现其他车辆时,控制调整电机4调整反光罩3的折射角度。所述车灯灯罩2上设置有光敏传感器7,车内设置有提示灯8,通过光敏传感器7控制提示灯8闪烁,提示驾驶人员开启车灯。所述LED光源1与车灯灯罩2之间设置有位置调节杆9,通过位置调整杆9调整LED光源1的位置。所述LED光源1与反光罩3之间设置有光导10,所述光导10两端设置有调光电机11,所述提示灯8旁设置有调节按钮12,通过调节按钮12控制调光电机11。所述车灯灯罩2上设置有清洗喷头13,通过清洗喷头13对车灯灯罩2表面进行清洗。当分析模块6检测到车辆前方出现其他车辆时,控制调整电机4调整反光罩3的折射角度,自动完成汽车车灯的远近光切换,提高行车安全性,并且通过光敏传感器7控制提示灯8闪烁,提示驾驶人员开启车灯,避免行车时忘记开启车灯,影响行车视野,设置清洁喷头13对车灯灯罩2进行清洗,提高车灯亮度。

Claims (2)

1.一种自动切换远近光灯的汽车车灯装置,包括LED光源(1)和车灯灯罩(2),所述LED光源(1)设置在车灯灯罩(2)中,所述LED光源(1)后端设置有反光罩(3),其特征在于:所述反光罩(3)上设置有调整电机(4),通过调整电机(4)对反光罩(3)的开合角度进行调整,所述车灯灯罩(2)上端设置有高清摄像头(5),车辆内设置有分析模块(6),通过高清摄像头(5)对车辆前方道路情况进行拍摄,并传输至分析模块(6)中进行分析处理,当分析模块(6)检测到车辆前方出现其他车辆时,控制调整电机(4)调整反光罩(3)的折射角度,所述车灯灯罩(2)上设置有光敏传感器(7),车内设置有提示灯(8),通过光敏传感器(7)控制提示灯(8)闪烁,提示驾驶人员开启车灯,所述LED光源(1)与车灯灯罩(2)之间设置有位置调节杆(9),通过位置调整杆(9)调整LED光源(1)的位置,所述LED光源(1)与反光罩(3)之间设置有光导(10),所述光导(10)两端设置有调光电机(11),所述提示灯(8)旁设置有调节按钮(12),通过调节按钮(12)控制调光电机(11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动切换远近光灯的汽车车灯装置,其特征在于:所述车灯灯罩(2)上设置有清洗喷头(13),通过清洗喷头(13)对车灯灯罩(2)表面进行清洗。
