本发明涉及电缆料,具体涉及一种氯化聚乙烯电缆料。
背景技术
针对现有电缆料电气性能和机械物理性能不良的问题,研发设计了本发明。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的状况,提供了一种氯化聚乙烯电缆料,利用本配方生产出的电缆料具有良好的电气性能和机械物理性能,良好的耐候性和耐高温性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种氯化聚乙烯电缆料,包括以下重量份的组分:34-38份的氯化聚乙烯;2-5份的三元乙丙橡胶橡胶;10-15份的活性碳酸钙;20-25份的超细滑石粉;10-15份的超细高岭土;3-5份的炭黑;1-1.5份的双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯;1-1.5份的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯;3-6份的己二酸二辛酯或己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯;3-6份的活性氧化镁;0.5-1份的硬脂酸钙;0.5-1份的抗氧剂,0.5-1份的PE蜡。

本发明的有益效果是:
硫化体系:我们采用无味硫化剂双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯,提高硫化效率,提高环保性能,此硫化体系耐高温,硫化温度高,不易烧焦,另外使产品硫化速度容易控制,具有优良的电气性能。
填充体系:我们采用超细高岭土,目数在3000目以上,超细滑石粉目数在2000目以上,这些填料非常细,有利于增加电气性能和机械物理性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
一种氯化聚乙烯电缆料,包括以下重量份的组分:34-38份的氯化聚乙烯;2-5份的三元乙丙橡胶橡胶;10-15份的活性碳酸钙;20-25份的超细滑石粉;10-15份的超细高岭土;3-5份的炭黑;1-1.5份的双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯;1-1.5份的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯;3-6份的己二酸二辛酯或己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯;3-6份的活性氧化镁;0.5-1份的硬脂酸钙;0.5-1份的抗氧剂,0.5-1份的PE蜡。
实施例一:
由以下重量份的组分组成:34份的氯化聚乙烯;2份的三元乙丙橡胶橡胶;10份的活性碳酸钙;20份的超细滑石粉;10份的超细高岭土;3份的炭黑;1份的双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯;1份的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯;3份的己二酸二辛酯或己二酸二酯;3份的活性氧化镁;0.5份的硬脂酸钙;0.5份的抗氧剂,0.5份的PE蜡。
实施例二:
包括以下重量份的组分:38份的氯化聚乙烯;5份的三元乙丙橡胶橡胶;15份的活性碳酸钙;25份的超细滑石粉;15份的超细高岭土;5份的炭黑;1.5份的双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯;1.5份的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯;6份的己二酸二辛酯或己二酸二酯;6份的活性氧化镁;1份的硬脂酸钙;1份的抗氧剂,1份的PE蜡。
实施例三:
包括以下重量份的组分:36份的氯化聚乙烯;4份的三元乙丙橡胶橡胶;13份的活性碳酸钙;22份的超细滑石粉;13份的超细高岭土;4的炭黑;1.2份的双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯;1.2份的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯;4份的己二酸二辛酯或己二酸二酯;5份的活性氧化镁;0.8份的硬脂酸钙;0.7份的抗氧剂,0.9份的PE蜡。
上述方法制得的产品具有以下技术指标:抗张强度≥10牛每平方毫米,断裂伸长率≥50%,比重≤1.4克每立方厘米,门尼粘度ML(1+4/100)70±5,硫变(T90 185℃*12min)3分至5分30秒,氧指数≥33,耐油老化试验(121±2℃/18H)符合要求,烘箱老化试验(136±2℃/168H)符合要求,臭氧老化试验(25℃/24H 260PPM)无裂纹,低温弯曲试验-40℃无裂纹。
本项目实现后,可改变我国电缆料生产低端低利产品过剩,中高级产品缺乏的现状,帮助完成电线电缆企业产品的逐步升级换代和产品结构调整。在满足电线电缆行业对中高压交联电缆超净绝缘料的需求的同时,还可以大大提升企业技术档次,壮大公司经济规模,提高企业的品牌知名度,增强公司的综合竞争能力。
在本发明的基础上对产品的形状、尺寸、颜色与组合方式的变化、本发明产品整体外形尺寸、颜色的改变都在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

1.一种氯化聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:34-38份的氯化聚乙烯;2-5份的三元乙丙橡胶橡胶;10-15份的活性碳酸钙;20-25份的超细滑石粉;10-15份的超细高岭土;3-5份的炭黑;1-1.5份的双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯;1-1.5份的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯;3-6份的己二酸二辛酯或己二酸二酯;3-6份的活性氧化镁;0.5-1份的硬脂酸钙;0.5-1份的抗氧剂,0.5-1份的PE蜡。
2.如权利要求1所述的氯化聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:34份的氯化聚乙烯;2份的三元乙丙橡胶橡胶;10份的活性碳酸钙;20份的超细滑石粉;10份的超细高岭土;3份的炭黑;1份的双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯;1份的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯;3份的己二酸二辛酯或己二酸二酯;3份的活性氧化镁;0.5份的硬脂酸钙;0.5份的抗氧剂,0.5份的PE蜡。
3.如权利要求1所述的氯化聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:38份的氯化聚乙烯;5份的三元乙丙橡胶橡胶;15份的活性碳酸钙;25份的超细滑石粉;15份的超细高岭土;5份的炭黑;1.5份的双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯;1.5份的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯;6份的己二酸二辛酯或己二酸二酯;6份的活性氧化镁;1份的硬脂酸钙;1份的抗氧剂,1份的PE蜡。
