本发明的有益效果是:
选用石蜡油做为增速体系,可以提供此配方体系硫化效果,提高其电气性能,增加耐候性和耐高温性能,电线得到充分后硫化永久变形率接近于0。
采用无味硫化剂双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯,提高硫化效率,提高环保性能,此硫化体系耐高温,硫化温度高,不易烧焦,另外使产品硫化速度容易控制,具有优良的电气性能。

包括以下重量份的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯25±5份、氯化聚乙烯35±5份、氯醚橡胶40±5份、稳定剂10±2份、双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯4±1份、共交联剂3±0.5份、防老剂NBC2±0.5份、防老剂MB1±0.5份、防老剂RD1±0.5份、石蜡油16±2 份、补强剂滑石粉65±10份、氯铂酸10±2份、阻燃剂氢氧化铝25±5份。
实施例二:
包括以下重量份的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯25份、氯化聚乙烯35份、氯醚橡胶40份、稳定剂10份、双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯4份、共交联剂3份、防老剂NBC2份、防老剂MB1份、防老剂RD1份、石蜡油16份、补强剂滑石粉65份、氯铂酸10份、阻燃剂氢氧化铝25份。

1.一种阻燃电缆橡胶护套,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯25±5份、氯化聚乙烯35±5份、氯醚橡胶40±5份、稳定剂10±2份、双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯4±1份、共交联剂3±0.5份、防老剂NBC2±0.5份、防老剂MB1±0.5份、防老剂RD1±0.5份、石蜡油16±2 份、补强剂滑石粉65±10份、氯铂酸10±2份、阻燃剂氢氧化铝25±5份。
