Abstract

一种笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯65-70、丁腈橡胶20-25、有机蒙脱土1-1.5、废胎胶粉3-4、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.5-3、过氧化二异丙苯0.3-0.6、Fe3O4气凝胶2-2.5、软质微晶蜡0.3-0.5、沥青1-1.3。本发明护套料强度高,耐油性好,比单纯使用聚氯乙烯,具有更好的柔软性、弹性,安装使用方便;通过使用Fe3O4气凝胶、有机蒙脱土、沥青、废胎胶粉,可使电缆料具有良好的韧性、阻燃性、耐老化性、耐磨性及较低的密度,耐震动性好,同时在此基础上材料具有吸波性,适用于制作笔记本电脑内部链接线线束。

一种笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,尤其涉及一种笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
橡皮电缆以其柔软,具有弹性、耐摩擦而被广泛应用于中、低压的需频繁移动的电力线路之中,例如船用电缆、地铁用电缆、矿山用电缆、电焊机用电缆、摄影棚用电缆等.而塑料电缆则以其电气性能优越,机械强度高而被广泛应用于中、高压的,固定敷设的电力线路之中,各自在国民经济各部门中发挥着极其重要的作用。在塑料电缆当中,尽管近年来交联聚乙烯电力电缆得到了长足的发展,但聚氯乙烯绝缘、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆仍在发挥着重要的作用,尤其在低压线路当中,聚氯乙烯电线、电缆仍占据着主导地位.就生产工艺而言,橡皮电缆与交联聚乙烯电缆都比较复杂,都需要较大的设备投资。相对而言,聚氯乙烯电缆的生产工艺就要简单得多,由于它无需硫化,设备投资就小得多,生产成本就相应低得多.
除此之外,聚氯乙烯电缆相对橡皮电缆而言,所用电缆料可以工业化批量生产,而橡料则不然,它只能是电缆厂家自产自用,且由于橡料原材料品种多,也给生产带来不便. 尽管聚氯乙烯电缆在生产上有独特的优点,但就用途而言,它仍然无法替代橡皮电缆,原因就在于聚氯乙烯电缆的柔软性、弹性无法与橡皮电缆比拟。
根据橡塑复合的原理,《聚氯乙烯-丁腈橡胶复合弹性体电缆料的研究》一文使用聚氯乙烯与丁腈橡胶进行复合,无需硫化,得到了弹性、柔软性、耐油性好的电缆料。但是该复合材料只是进行简单的复合,拉伸强度、气密性、防潮性、耐老化性、耐磨性等性能还是不够好,不能满足现代工业对笔记本用电缆料的要求,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料,该电缆料强度高,耐油性好,具有良好的韧性、阻燃性、耐老化性、耐磨性及较低的密度, 耐震动性好,同时在此基础上材料具有吸波性,适用于制作笔记本电脑内部链接线线束。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯65-70、丁腈橡胶20-25、有机蒙脱土1-1.5、废胎胶粉3-4、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.5-3、过氧化二异丙苯0.3-0.6、Fe3O4气凝胶2-2.5、软质微晶蜡0.3-0.5、沥青1-1.3。
所述的笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)将丁腈橡胶、废胎胶粉、沥青、1/4的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/4的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,得到交联改性丁腈橡胶;
(2)将聚氯乙烯、有机蒙脱土、Fe3O4气凝胶、1/2的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/2的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,得到交联改性聚氯乙烯;
(3)将第(1)步和第(2)步得到的物料与其他剩余送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,送入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的粒料在160-165℃下热压5-6min,成形,送入烘箱,在110-115℃下老化45-50h,即得。
本发明的有益效果
本发明电缆料将聚氯乙烯、丁腈橡胶进行二次交联复合,无需硫化,从而大大简化了工装设备与工艺,提高了效率,降低了成本,而且强度高,耐油性好,比单纯使用聚氯乙烯,具有更好的柔软性、弹性,安装使用方便;通过使用Fe3O4气凝胶、有机蒙脱土、沥青、废胎胶粉,可使电缆料具有良好的韧性、阻燃性、耐老化性、耐磨性及较低的密度, 耐震动性好,同时在此基础上材料具有吸波性,适用于制作笔记本电脑内部链接线线束。
具体实施方式
一种笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:聚氯乙烯67、丁腈橡胶23、有机蒙脱土1.3、废胎胶粉3.5、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.7、过氧化二异丙苯0.5、Fe3O4气凝胶2.3、软质微晶蜡0.4、沥青1.1。
所述的笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)将丁腈橡胶、废胎胶粉、沥青、1/4的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/4的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在164℃下混炼3min,得到交联改性丁腈橡胶;
(2)将聚氯乙烯、有机蒙脱土、Fe3O4气凝胶、1/2的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/2的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在160℃下混炼3min,得到交联改性聚氯乙烯;
(3)将第(1)步和第(2)步得到的物料与其他剩余送入混炼机,在160℃下混炼3min,送入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的粒料在160℃下热压5min,成形,送入烘箱,在110℃下老化45h,即得。
实验数据:
经测试该护套料的断裂伸长率为530%,电阻率(1012Ω°cm)为0.478,电介质损耗为0.089,抗张强度(MPa)为20,老化系数为0.97。

Claims (2)

1.一种笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯65-70、丁腈橡胶20-25、有机蒙脱土1-1.5、废胎胶粉3-4、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.5-3、过氧化二异丙苯0.3-0.6、Fe3O4气凝胶2-2.5、软质微晶蜡0.3-0.5、沥青1-1.3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑连接线用聚氯乙烯电缆料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)将丁腈橡胶、废胎胶粉、沥青、1/4的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/4的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,得到交联改性丁腈橡胶;
(2)将聚氯乙烯、有机蒙脱土、Fe3O4气凝胶、1/2的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1/2的过氧化二异丙苯送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,得到交联改性聚氯乙烯;
(3)将第(1)步和第(2)步得到的物料与其他剩余送入混炼机,在160-165℃下混炼3-4min,送入双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的粒料在160-165℃下热压5-6min,成形,送入烘箱,在110-115℃下老化45-50h,即得。
